100% agree^^. First off change few central defenders and then get a new defensive midfielder. I am sure whoever they bring in center defence will do better job than Maguire and in defensive midfielder maybe bringing in some responsible character like McGinn or Rice or Phillips will improve things for them. All these three midfielders are top class, but out of all they have good shot at getting Phillips as Leeds are having relegation scare and if they do get relegated then it should be an easy target for them. Both McGinn and Rice on other hand are main players of their respective teams and clubs will ask huge fee for them.

the team need a overhaul and I think it is the strong verdict Teg presented to the management this weekend. I already forgot cavani is still in that team, so are many other players that are too old for top competing teams. Nothing is wrong with Harry Maguire in my own opinion but the high purchase defender tag as English player will put pressure on him for a long time.

According to some sources on twitter earlier, director and president of PSG both denied having any kind of talks with Zidane taking over the club. They do need a change given the squad they have and still unable to get into further stages of CL. According to the source, Chelsea are prepared to let Romelu Lukaku go this summer. And for now, Inter and PSG seem to be the most serious teams about signing him. I think that Lukaku's first choice would still be Inter even though PSG are in this race too. Manchester United defensive frails or problem is not due to the defenders but due to a terrible system. If you play a system that exposes your cb to attacks every 90 seconds, then having the best cbs in the world would not safe you. Newcastle is blessed with having investors with a lot of money, so they could buy as many players as they want, but without the prospect of winning big titles, they will hardly attract good players.

Yes, they have money because of having a big investor. But this team never ends the season with good results, can't finish Europa or UCL zone. A big team should play in many competitions, including international competitions like Europa League or UCL League. Top players want to play regularly in the best football tournaments. They want to improve their skills and mentality by playing in the top competitions. Also, they need to have a top coach, which we cannot find in Newcastle. There are still many weaknesses of this team, not only about winning titles.
