If Erik ten Hag is to survive in Manchester United, 80 percent of the current players need to be overhauled. Manchester United need a long term to rejuvenate the team. Erik is going to need more than three years. I'm afraid the management will not want to give Erik that much time they will want instant result in a year or two.

Absolutely, that's what I am thinking, too. Ten Hag's success will depend on how quickly he can rebuild the team. With the current squad, you can't play at the top in the long term. Man United will definitely have to invest a lot of money. It's main problem in recent years has not been the coaches, but the players. But I fear that the squad can't be rebuilt fast enough for the new coach to succeed.

Clubs (and particularly big clubs) can be far too impatient, they bring in a big name coach and expect instant results. Of course, that's unrealistic. First he needs to familiarise himself with the entire squad, to work out what he needs in the transfer market. Then United have to secure those players - which may be tougher for them than usual, as they don't have the prospect of Champions League football to offer to potential new recruits. Then, once they have the new players in, it takes a lot of time to get them to fit together with the current squad into a cohesive unit. And finally everyone - current players as well as new ones - have to get used to the new manager and his tactical style. Even if you bring in the best players in the world, it's almost impossible to guarantee instant results. They do indeed need to give him a few years, but you'd expect that what will happen, if they fail to qualify for the champions league again, is that they'll be looking around for another new manager this time next year.

Even though United has been led by Erik Ten Hag starting next season, we cannot guarantee that the former Ajax coach will be able to bring United back to the track for the title next season where the current United squad cannot compete with big teams like Liverpool and Manchester City to compete for the title. making their own changes for Erik ten hag is not easy if the club is not generous in the transfer market this time considering that Erik ten hag has to patch up so many holes that United has in the defense, of course this will be a PR for Erik ten Hag to start the competition with Manchester United next year the future where until now there have been no transfer rumors discussed by Manchester United regarding the players who will be brought to Old Trafford
The burden that Ten Hag has to bear is indeed quite large but I think he has realized that. When he accepts the contract from Man United, it means he has accepted the challenge that was given to him. No one knows if he will be successful, or will have the fate of the previous coaches. What is clear is that his arrival at Old Trafford will at least give Man United a little hope in welcoming next season, and for that Ten Hag had to make big changes. Yeah, It looks like a difficult mission, but it's not something impossible to do.

it looks like the bundesliga will lose its second top striker (after Erling Haaland/man city). according to the german bild newspaper, Robert Lewandowski will not extend his contract with bayern munich, which runs until 2023, and will most likely move to spain to fc barcelona ... the spanish club is offering him a 3-year contract
Yes, it does look likely he'll leave Bayern. It's a shame to see him go, but at the same time, he's still one of the best players in the world, and he has only really played top football in Germany. It must be hugely enticing to be offered a chance to play for another European giant, and to test himself in another league... particularly at a time when Barca are no longer as dominant as they once were, and there is a chance for him to help restore them to their former status.

And it seems more likely now given that Barca have offloaded Coutinho to Aston Villa, and so freed up a chunk of the wage bill.
He might have told Bayern that he has no plans on extending his current deal. From the way I see it, it looks like he is looking for a new challenge. He has already won about 20 trophies with them as well as five Bundesliga top-scorer awards. So there is nothing else to win or play for and maybe no hunger to try another season with Bayern. The thing now is that Bayern must carefully consider what a Lewandowski departure would mean. On the one hand, the club would get a fee from his sales and save his big wages. But on the other hand, a top replacement would be needed, which is not easy to find.

According to reports from Sport Bild, Lewandowski has spoken with the club's board of directors to decide not to extend his contract
at Bayern. This of course forced Bayern to sell Lewandowski in the summer if they did not want to lose Lewandowski for free next season.
Lewandowski is Barcelona's main target, so rumors of Lewandowski's move to Barcelona could come true. Moreover, there are rumors that
say the real reason Lewandowski refused a contract extension with Bayern, because he was offended by Bayern's move, which is also eyeing
Erling Haaland to replace Lewandowski. This made Lewandowski seem unappreciated by Bayern, although in the end Haaland preferred to join
Man City. But Lewandowski was already disappointed, so Lewandowski decided not to extend his contract at Bayern.

But the most plausible reason is that as you say, Lewandowski has got everything at Bayern, so Lewandowski needs a new challenge before
deciding to retire. This means that Bayern from now on have to start looking for a replacement for Lewandowski, it is rumored that there is
a possibility that Christopher Nkunku will be Bayern's target to replace Lewandowski. Moreover, Nkunku's performance with Leipzig has been
quite good this season.

He is a young prospect and is going to be very useful for any team in the future so it is not going to be surprised if these big teams actually want him in their squad.

As far as I am hearing Barcelona have agreed with Manchester United for Frenkie de Jong transfer. and Manchester United are looking to get Darwin Núñez in their team also.

Eh...?  Is it really confirmed now?  I haven't looked it up as of late but the last time I searched online was it looks like there's a verbal agreement between Haaland and Man City but there wasn't anything signed yet.  And in other articles it said Haaland is interested in joining City but he hasn't agreed on anything and it's still under negotiation.

As long as we don't see a signature in the contract, it's all hearsay and rumors.  And City acquired a striker from South America during the Jan transfer window.  So if they don't get Haaland, they have an option.

He has also passed Manchester City's medical and has already signed a 5-year contract, an official announcement from both Manchester City and Dortmund was made a few days ago, and he will earn the same amount as KDB. As a City player, he will move to England on June 1st.

Damn.  I think this huge signing is def also a sign that Pep could extend his contract at City for a couple of years and make his stay up until 2025.  I feel like it's already planned behind the scenes with the verbal agreements already made.  Having Txiki and Ferran Soriano backing Pep in the club def makes it really easy to make a decision to stay.  It's not perfect but it's a well managed club from the back room, to the front lines and to pitch.

Can't wait for more summer transfer news across Europe.

it looks like the bundesliga will lose its second top striker (after Erling Haaland/man city). according to the german bild newspaper, Robert Lewandowski will not extend his contract with bayern munich, which runs until 2023, and will most likely move to spain to fc barcelona ... the spanish club is offering him a 3-year contract

Not a bad deal if Barca could acquire him for cheap imho.  I fancied him as a cheaper short term option if in case City couldn't acquire Haaland or Kane.

It will actually be surprising if Robert Lewandowski leaves Bayern Munich because he was offended. I think the main reason why Robert Lewandowski is leaving Bayern Munich because he has done so much for the club and there is nothing more that he can give the club in my opinion except for maybe one or two years of service.

So, I think he is looking for a new competition. Barcelona is also looking to get a good Striker for an affordable amount and Robert Lewandowski seems to be the right target.

It was already obvious that Haaland would leave Dortmund, but I expected him to go to Real Madrid. The Premier League remains the center of attention for all players. La Liga management was as upset as Real Madrid about Haaland's transfer. While Pep Guardiola has this champions league curse, they will be defeated by 35 Modric and Benzema again next year.
Halland will find a new challenge in the English league, although he is a great player, I personally think he will not be easy to adapt to the team, even though he is the player with the highest salary, but he will not be the best player in the English league next season, because the English league has many great players even in almost every club there are the best players, even though Manchester city managed to bring in halland, but I'm still optimistic that Manchester city will definitely not be able to lift the Champions League trophy.
It's a shame the Bundesliga can't keep its star players, one by one its star players leave the Bundesliga, if this continues it will have a negative impact on the Bundesliga itself, it's proven this season no club from the Bundesliga has made it to the semifinals of the champions league, I'm afraid if they continue selling their star players, of course they will not be feared by European clubs, for sure they will find it difficult to reach the final of the champions league.

According to reports,Arsenal have submitted a 40 million pounds bid to Manchester city for the services of their central attacker, Gabriel Jesus.Jesus and his agent is said to be interested in the project that is going on at Arsenal and wants to be part of it,and also,Mikel Arteta was very close to him while at Manchester city as assistance coach, and so,Gabriel Jesus want to have a re-union with his ex boss.
With the latest signing of Haaaland to the mancity team,Jesus have no place in the team anymore,so playing elsewhere will be the perfect thing to do.And if the deal for Jesus is true, then Arsenal may have got the right attacker for themselves.

I think the way Manchester United have performed in this season and the where the players have played, it didn't show any chemistry between them at all. It will be better for the club and also for the players to go their separate ways. I believe Manchester United really need newer players in the squad and most of the current players need to be replaced. Otherwise it is going to be the same old story that has been happening in the the previous season and this season also. and they have to remember not to spend too much money for any overrated players.

it looks like the bundesliga will lose its second top striker (after Erling Haaland/man city). according to the german bild newspaper, Robert Lewandowski will not extend his contract with bayern munich, which runs until 2023, and will most likely move to spain to fc barcelona ... the spanish club is offering him a 3-year contract
But you also know that exactly this german Bild newspaper also writting a lot of crap and things that not true.
If he really goes to Barcelona with a 3 years contract makes me thinking that Barcelona already found another loopwhole for paying players like Robert Lewandowski.
I only will be believe that when there will be an official statement from Bayern Munich about that possible transfer.

It is said in the report that Gabriel Jesus will also not extend the contract even though Mancity gave the opportunity but it is said in the report that Pep does not know Jesus' future so there is a possibility that he will go to join Arsenal it will be much better with the main place later If so, we'll see at the end of the season if they can reach an agreement, because after all, Halaand has shifted his place at Mancity.

Don't get perplexed players comes and goes, I think it's time he makes the moves else where.
He's dominated the German side for over six to seven years, from Dortmund to Bayern Munich.
Had a great time and scored goals under Pep Guardiola as head coach, he's a player with character and having a winning mentality.
I am sure he can be successful everywhere!

The arrival of new players to English Premier League clubs will usually make the competition more competitive and lively, Haaland arrival will indeed make Manchester City stronger next season, but the question now is, is he able to do what he did with Dortmund?
Because after all we can't deny that if there are star players who come to the English league they are not able to develop properly.

Take a good look at the premier league and the kind of players that have  been successful.
I think it will not take haaland too long for him to adapt at Manchester City and the premier league.
He's arrival means, Gabriel Jesus will be sold, heading to Manchester City (Arteta was assistant Coach there, so moving over won't be hard for him to settle, Lacazzette moving so they need a replacement).Haaland will be successful, after Messi, Pep Guardiola has groomed a lot of young players, and Haaland will be next! He will play better than he's father at Manchester City.

You know that FC Bayern and FC Barcelona where in the same group in the Champions League this season and that FC Bayern has won both of those games with 3-0? So if FC Bayern is far from winning the Champions League cup, what is FC Barcelona then? So if he really wants to join Barcelona then not because he thinks that his chances for a Champions League title are higher there but for other reasons. One could be that FC Barcelona is offering a higher salary than FC Bayern does, which would be crazy because Bayern is offering 24 Million € as far as i know and FC Barcelona is completely broke with 1,3 Billion € of debts so if they are offering more they should be banned right away in my opinion. I would guess that Lewandowski just wants to play for another big club in his career.

Pep's last interview suggests that he does not intend to extend his current contracts; he appears to be bored and frustrated by the club's lack of Champions League experience; Pep is an adventurous man who would like to try a new challenge elsewhere. He's won every cup in the league, and he might want to take try the Italian or French leagues as well.

This tweet from Romano : https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1524792693221642241 does indicates that yeah he is having a bit of doubt so yeah a slight layer of uncertainty but I think now that they have acquired a striker they will do much better next season. They were lacking in terms of a proper goalscorer who knows how to put pressure inside the box and now that they have acquired player like Haaland , they will have some quite better dominating season.

Question is how they will do in CL, which has always been out of grasp for them. They advance to so many stages but afterall they are unable to touch that trophy.

I was also expecting Guardiola not to extend his contract with Manchester City anymore. But after this Erling Haaland transfer, maybe he might think of extending it for one more year at least. His current contract ends in the summer of 2023. Erling Haaland could be a key player for them to reach the Champions League title next season. And maybe winning a title there might motivate him to manage to team for one more year to have one more title who knows.
