Well he's been a fearless coach , he turned west ham from mediocre into nearly qualified to champions league back in the days in 2015 , if only they won the last three matches of that season they might be playing at champions league , too bad they are a couple of points away to play in the most prestigious competition.

He's not unfit at Bayern but he's not very comfortable in his current position.
after losing Lewandowski Bayern indirectly lost a pure striker and Mane is not a player who always creates goals like Lewandowski because we know when he was at Liverpool he was more often a player who provided assists than goals so having a different goal as a target man did not suit his game.

I didn't know that Marcus Rashford had a 12-month extension option on his contract to be triggered. Manchester United have started to negotiate with some of their important players for extending their contracts. He is one of these players currently. If they don't convince him to extend then they will guarantee one more year by triggering the option at least. Maybe Rashford might not rush things about extending his contract with the team. Because he heard about some interest by PSG before and he would like to wait to see if he will get any offer.

Manchester United are in talks with De Gea at the same time because his contract is ending next summer normally just as Rashford. I'm still not very sure about Conte's not renewing his contract with Tottenham for certain. Because depending on the success rate of the team maybe we might see the team and him reaching an agreement for a contract extension later in the season. For now things are going the way they want in the English Premier League. I believe they would start doing better in the Champions League as well. We would watch them qualifying from their group at worst.

Juventus will need to be patient and their priority should be fixing things without changing their manager I believe.

It makes sense for Conte to not sign a contract yet. I don't know what his preferences look like, but I think it is not unlikely that he would like to go back to Italy and if he does, the club he would probably want to coach is Juventus. I would bet that Conte is already in touch with people from Juventus Turin. Of course they claim all the time that no negotiations or talks are happening, not even in the background, but I seriously don't think that is true. Coaches like Conte with a history as a coach in Italy has an amazing network and they can keep quiet about any kind of talks.

Conte can now see how it goes and also have one eye on what is happening at Juventus. If Tottenham performs well throughout the next couple of months especially in the Premier League, he could ask for a significant rise in salary for another contract extension. If his wishes are not fulfilled then, he could check his alternative options and Tottenham will know what his options are when Juventus doesn't step up their game.

One factor is certainly the performance in the Champions League though. Even if they do well in the EPL, the CL is still another very important goal. It is the icing on the cake and it would be a bummer to Tottenham's management and fans if they don't make it through the group stage.
