To be honest i don't think that the situation at Bayern Munich is that bad at all. Of course it is very unusual for them to be unsuccessful in Bundesliga matches four times in a row and they have even lost the last one. I think this has not happened in the last 20 years or so. If you have watched those games though then it was also pretty obvious that Bayern Munich was not playing that badly in at least 3 of those games. So there was also a lot of bad luck for Bayern involved and of course it is also their own fault because they were so inefficient with the goal scoring.
I still think they should not buy a new striker in the winter.

I am not entirely sure if that would be impossible for them to do. I mean it looks like CR7 is still not that happy at United, and Bayern would be a team he would fit perfectly for and that could still happen. I understand that transfer window might be closed right now, but they could get him for the second part of the season maybe? I do not know if there are any work arounds or anything like that but it would definitely be something to look at.

Because things are still not going well for him. He is still not giving good signals with his performance either. His effort against Spain was quite poor for example. He wasted so many goal chances which might have blocked the way for him to join some big teams. Of course they wouldn't take only one match into account but he hasn't been impressive in the matches he found chances to play. Bayern Munich refuted the speculations about Ronaldo to join them before.

However if they don't find another alternative then they might really sign him. But his contract might not be for long as they would look for younger players in the summer. They just need a decent striker immediately to improve their form.
