Broja is still young in the team and have a lengthy year to play football since he's tender. I think he's the backup striker for Pierre Aubameyang and the only thing left for him is to get familiar with playing big games and have have confidence on the pitch. That's where Graham Potter comes in, he needs to build Broja and get him to score goals for himself, all this will contributes to making him a genius in the team. I believe he will do an incredible striker for the blues if he's presented to open chances.

If between the Champions League and the Europa League there was a transition of clubs towards the Champions League, and not only towards the Europa League (3rd place in the Champions League group stage goes to the Europa League), then the transition would not be possible. I wouldn't say Chelsea have been wasting money on players because the players were actually good in their former clubs before they signed them. Chelsea has a record of turning good players to flops. Thank God Graham Potter is here now and he will need to bring in some additions in January and I think the main area to focus on should be strengthening the midfield and attack which I believe he will do a perfect selection come January.

Even with all these players you mentioned, there is every need for Nkunku and Nkunku has alot of energy and driving force than the players you mention. Lukaku had already had a bad time with  Chelsea in terms of relationship and cannot be Chelsea's plan for a long term. If I were to be a coach, I cannot rely on Harverts to challenge for a title. If City has Forden and Grealish in same team, sell Jesus for Haaland, Nkunku is a decent move.

The thing is right now it feels like Chelsea is improving their performance. Obviously, they did not buy any players who are not good for the team. They brought in the players because those players have been good and also a necessity for Chelsea. This is the start of a new season and after two back-to-back wins, things are looking good. I think as the season progresses Chelsea will be able to perform better. They just got a new coach. So it is understandable if they take a little time to settle.
