Getting sacked is a very bad thing for any manager to experience and Bruno lege just been a victim of it. A few years ago when Rashford made his debut basically everyone was surprised and amazed about how good this kid already was back then and basically every expert said that he will have a huge career and that he will be one of the absolute top players for the next decade or so. Rashford is performing well this season compared to the last one in my opinion. He had only four goals in 25 matches in the last season. But this season he has already 3 goals in 7 matches. And I think that is obviously better compared to the last season. To be honest a much better performance was expected from him even in the last season. But he could not deliver that type of performance. And I see no reason why Real Madrid or PSG should go for this player. They have far better players in that position and there is no need for them to get Rashford.

I do think that some English players are overhyped. But not all of them. Manchester United will just have to take smart decisions.
