IMHO, a move would make sense for both Harry Kane and FC Bayern. After the transfer of Robert Lewandowski to FC Barcelona, FC Bayern has need at the striker position and Harry Kane could make the next step with a transfer to FCB and play to win the Champions League next season.

It is still a long speculation there are some media say Harry Kane can be confirmed will move to Bayern Munich but some other media Harry Kane can stay at Tottenham Hotspurs to continue to extend it, it seems this will be a tough negotiation with Kane that is one how could persuade him to go or stay.
It was said that if Antonio Conte extended his contract then the possibility of Harry Kane still being able to stay at Spurs because he had at least an influence for Kane to stay and not leave, but that still can't be done now even though Kane's contract runs out in 2024, I know Bayern Munich want to move quickly to get Harry Kane so that no other club can step over him but it seems it all still takes time how Kane will answer his desire to leave.

Except Antonio Conte have personal interest or goal to coach Juventus, I think Tottenham Hotspur still remains the best club for him now. Well Man City might be the main EPL title hopeful based on the depth of their squad, however anything can still happen in EPL when Leceister City won the league few seasons ago nobody gave them any chances of winning it, personally I believe there might be an upset this season and it's obvious that Man City without Halaand is toothless and not ruthless and might struggle to win matches, meanwhile other clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea might take that advantage, those two clubs are performing brilliantly well though Arsenal had dropped some points already notwithstanding they will up their game.

It will be very nice if this transfer news will be successful. Chelsea is in serious need of a midfielder.Since Kante is absent in the team, the midfield have shaking to a very large extent. It seems for now it's starting to surface again after there were several reports about Tottenham who actually have an option for an automatic contract for the next 12 months which has not been discussed and is still waiting for next month to discuss this contract.

I don't think there is any "need" for him to leave. He has been going through some mental troubles since summer, and I believe he is going to get better with time.
