I'm okay with the decision of a striker, the Fifa World Cup fast approaching and Harry Kane and Son can be back injured so, good option for that position.

Arteta is indeed a successful manager this season. But it is really difficult to know what he can do with Barcelona. Because Arsenal is his first job experience as a manager. He was an assistant manager at Manchester City before as you know. I'm not sure if Barcelona would like to take that risk by signing a manager like this. Actually the rumors about Messi returning to Barcelona are only based on the statement of the president of the Barcelona club who said that they always open the door for Messi and this was followed by some words of other former football players such as Fabregas and Zabaleta but this is only one-sided and Messi is silent about it.

De gea is a wonderful goalie that can make unexpected saves for you. He made such type of unexpected saves last week against Westham United. What I don't know is if Ten Hag will rely on De Gea next season to secure his post. Myself I don't trust De gea sometimes because of some careless mistakes that he does and also because he doesn't use his feet very well to help the defenders. Any keeper that has feet control always make the defence even stronger.

One of the factors that Pep Guardiola doesn't want Messi is the age factor in my opinion. However age will affect the performance of a player, all players will experience the same thing. Pep Guardiola is the type of coach who prefers players who are young and mature, I personally see the impossibility of Messi being part of Manchester City. Especially now that Manchester City are in very good shape, so it's better for them to sign young players.
