According to this latest news report the board of Chelsea football club the owner Todd Boehly had backed Graham Potter to continue to manage the club after some poor runs, recall Chelsea had just won 2 out of 14 matches in all competitions, a poor record for such a big club having spent so much in buying players in the last two transfer, despite all the injuries suffered by some of their players the club has depth in terms of reserve players yet the club hasn't made any progress both in the league and in Europ, I believe club owner wanted to give Graham Potter more time perhaps he might improve the team else he might be  sacked.

Yeah, another piece of news from stupid owner. It seems like todd wants to see his own club to be relegated to the championship league. I don't know how chelsea's director was not even feeling frustated with its club after very poor performance under potter?
Chelsea was always getting lose against another team while another big clubs were starting to wake up from their sleeps. Todd needs to take a harsh decision to sack him. Potter was still an amateur coach and he needs to get more experience in the low tier club.

He is not having any capabilities to handle the big club with so many problems like that. I think that the result gonna be different if it was the special one.

Leipzig manager seems too optimistic about Gvardiol to stay here for next season as well. But I think there is no way this is happening. Dortmund couldn't keep Haaland for a longer time for example. Gvardiol is another big talent in defense and I believe his future will be the same as well. It is just difficult to predict the team that he can go to. There are already a couple of big teams interested in signing him. The Premier League teams seem likely to sign him for now.

But this can change anytime if a team like Real Madrid make an offer for him. Real Madrid are quite interested in such young talents actually. Hence I wouldn't be surprised if they enter the race for him as well.

He's not really over hyped, as I've watched him closely during the FIFA World Cup, although he messed up with the chance to mark and defend against Lionel Messi, he should have done better than that.

I couldn't find the value of Kendry Paez, it shouldn't be higher than the value paid for Andrey Santos, it should be a little less.
If I had to guess, I would put something like £8 million.

I am not so sure that Gvardiol will definitely leave RB Leipzig after this season already. That being said, he just prolonged his contract with RB Leipzig in September of 2022 and his contract is now running until the end of 2027. I would guess though, that his contract has some clause in it that he can leave Leipzig if another club is willing to pay a certain amount of money.
I still think that it would be good for Gvardiol if he would play at least one more season for Leipzig. There are a lot of examples of young and talented players that moved to big clubs to early and never really made it then.

I knew that but i think that it must not also destroy the reputation from the club. It's normal for a coach to get a lot of harsh criticism for failing to bring the team he is holding to play well. Conditions are still possible I think.
Rashford's condition cannot continue to be managed and he must now be temporarily sidelined. As far as I know, fans are very unhappy because of the result he got during this season and the managers of Chelsea should be happy, this disappointment can make Graham potter closer to the exit door and during the next season, we are going to see different and maybe a much better Chealse with another coach they are going to sign a new contract with him because keep Potter for another season seems impossible.
