I think it's great to be back at the club he's loved since the beginning of his football career and it looks like he'll be retiring at Fluminense in the future.

Nah, he's still 34 years old and he's playing as left back which is he doesn't really need to keep running in the field, so he wouldn't lose his stamina unlike left winger position. Marcelo can still play until he reach 40 years old, but his lifestyle isn't good and he seems lazy to workout to maintain his prime body. Just look at his belly and his face, right now he's more chubby. If he's really consistent enough, he can still able to play in Real Madrid.

If a team is stablized almost every coach can take the team to victory.  The problem of Chelsea is not the coach, it is the inconsistencies of the players . After the rebuilt thay Chelsea is doing, by next season they will do very well even with Poter if he's gonna remain as the head coach.

The player has already done the best thing that they can do. How can you blame the players once the coach itself was not even at a professional level of coach? Look at so many inconsistently that were already made by potter and that proves that if potter is so bad. I consider Messi joining his boyhood club Newell's old boys as a good gesture, trying to give back to the club for the good years of mentorship and coaching from a young stage of academy but as of now there are no concrete or factual decision made by the player concerning his future after PSG.
Joao Felix seems to be enjoying life at Chelsea already and it's already expected that he will favor a move to stay at Chelsea permanently. It is very possible that Sergio Ramos may move abroad after PSG, it could also be a move to Saudi Arabia.

There have been no serious offers from the Saudi Pro league or MLS for Marcelo's transfer, so he decided to return to Fluminense after playing five months with Olympiakos. In fact, he could have played in some of Europe's top leagues, such as the Italian and French Leagues because there he didn't fully rely on speed for a defender, but returned again because there were no serious offers for clubs who wanted to sign him.

Marcelo started his football career there and he will most likely retire at Flumimense. I don't see any statistic about this player, but he's playing as a midfielder.

It seems Chelsea are not yet done with their recruitments this season and are looking to add 15 years old Kendry Paez. With this signing, everything now makes sense it is obvious Chelsea are thinking long term not just for their signings but also the manager. That’s why there is no pressure to sack Potter right now even though the team is not giving results, the management is confident in Potter and the signings they have made.

It is amazing how Chelsea is working with the new management.
It's clear that they are thinking about the future, hiring many new players, even players under 18 years old, for possible valorization, generating profit for the team, and also to have an excellent and young team in a few years.
I couldn't find the value of Kendry Paez, it shouldn't be higher than the value paid for Andrey Santos, it should be a little less.
If I had to guess, I would put something like £8 million.

Independiente del Valle is a team that will participate in the Libertadores 2023, and they regularly play this competition (they won the South American cup in 2022) and they will probably take advantage of Kendry Paez at some point, since he still has 2 years and some months of contract with the team, before going to Chelsea, so it is good that the player can already participate in important and international games, arriving even more prepared for the Chelsea team.

I already know that Chelsea is looking for a long term solution and not a short-term solution. This is the reason why players like Aubameyang are not giving future in the club. Meanwhile the Chelsea management has assured Potter of their continued support in this trying period of his career.

There's no place like home, which is why Marcelo made the right decision by returning to Fluminense. Very few football players would put their families and country ahead of their paychecks. Giroud is interesting to feel the atmosphere in the EPL again. It seems like he was deciding that after seeing how competitive EPL. He misses playing in the london. He ever became a part from Chelsea and arsenal. I would not be surprised if he will be going to the EPL again. Brentford looks very good team for him.

It won't be a bad thing for both Giroud and Milan to part ways. Things come to an end. If Giroud wants to play football somewhere else then it's fine. He's already used to the EPL so it won't be a very difficult situation for him.
Milan also have a lot of time to look for a replacement since it's the summer that Giroud would be leaving. There are a lot of exciting top strikers that would love to play for Milan. They may not be as experienced as Giroud but they can deliver and that's all that matters.
