I dunno why some people critized him as overrated players. Palmer is still undervalued consider he has big potential. His price is far less compared with caicedo which is having almost the same age like him.

I think he realized that he is not doing that great and we should not expect any more football from him.  Was surprised about this news but can Pep Guardiola allow Palmer go, not to any other club but to Chelsea? That's something Manchester City would have to take a lot of time to think before letting him go that's if they want him to go because he has filled in that missing position like replacement for Mahrez so if they let him go who's going to cover that position now that KDB is out and Phil Foden is covering for KDB and he can't play from that wing position? I definitely think you are correct that more ingredients are need than just money. While I sometimes think that there is only so much a coach can do when the team sucks, I do believe that Chelsea or PSG with the money they invested or are still willing to invest, would be way better than they have been with Guardiola sitting on their bench. I really believe that. He has this little extra to keep his players pumping at full efficiency and maximum effort. It's a very rare thing that one of his teams ever fell apart during a game. And I think he has a much better understanding of how to build a squad compared to most of the other coaches.
