I've also seen reports about this rumor but I don't think it's possible now.
Ansu still has a very expensive spending clause despite his young age, on the other hand Arsenal have spent more than 200 million on transfers this summer so I feel that if they want to try to bring in players it will be very dangerous for their current finances and there could be problems with FFP later.

He also has some offensive qualities, which doesn't happen very often, but did pay off in the past for Bayern Munich as well as in the national team. Mazraoui is young, but I think that he is still quite insecure and when there is a lot of space for him that he could make use of, more often than not does he make the wrong decision. It can almost be felt how he hesitates and isn't sure what pass to go for or what shot to take. Pavard is quite solid as a defender.

One thing I've noticed currently about football is that it's not the amount of money a club spend to bring in quality  players,  if the players fail to understand themselves on the pitch them perform poorly the amount of money spent would be a waste of funds, it's not about signing the most talented or expensive players but signing the right players that would suit the club's style of play, not players that would come into a club and worsten their performance.
 After spending almost a billion from last season to now, they're supposed to start having good performance, they've got young talented players all they need is a good pattern and better understanding among themselves, cause there where some times  when they couldn’t read the game well and kept making mistakes against Westham however instead of crowding the squad with multiple midfielders i think what they really need is a good proven striker

Fulham finished on a decent note in the last season in my opinion. But they are definitely needed to keep the players that they had to continue the performance that they were able to bring. They have definitely let some very important players go. But at the same time I also understand why they have taken the decision. It is definitely a lot of money. So probably it was a better idea to actually keep the players that they had in the first place instead of letting them go for a good amount of money and not find a suitable replacement in the future.  One team i feel really sad for is Manchester united, the glaziers refusal to leave the team has really affected the club in several ways and as well as the FFP rule that doesn’t permit them to sign muvj players without clearing a good number of their squad depth,  the club looks imbalanced and lack the necessary players in diferente areas and in return has affected their two previous matches even though they managed to win Wolverhampton, Manchester United are finding it difficult to offload some players making it more hard for more new signings to come in and one area i think they really need to strengthen is the defensive midfield area, because Casimiro lacks the form and would need a competition in that role to help him pick up.
 I keep hearing people say Onana is not really playing up to their expectations and i doubt if they're really watching the game, now this is one player that's been so outstanding for them so far a boost the confidence level of the team playing comfortably from the back which was something they lacked during the time Degea was in the club and moreover Onana has had some good saves as well, the problem of united is coming from the midfield area and they lack good options to play in that area,especially in the Dm area, and that is what Erik Ten Hag needs to look into before the transfer window ends, they need to look for a way to force out unwanted players so as to make way for better ones to come in, also their new signing Rasmus Højlund needs to revover soon to free Rashford the burden of playing from the midfield of the attack and move back to his preferred wing which he's been most successful playing in over the years.
