It's very much advantageous when a team is seeded with a number of young players that in their own way are doing really well for the club. It's every club's dream to excel in their dealings.
It's a bigger blessing when the squad is young, vibrant and growing. There's still hope for better and improved performances in coming years. The squad spirit won't just die off easily. In fact, Hansi Flick did have good experience when he served as head coach of Bayern Munich and actually it is not the language issue that will be a big problem for him but whether he is able to rotate Barca players with only free players without being able to get the players he wants to strengthen Barca performance.
