I actually see their problems going further than just the manager. Xavi is good but he doesn't have the full support of the management, especially in fulfilling the players he really wants. How much money did the management give him during the transfer window? I didn't see that. I agree with you that Xavi is actually not too bad at managing this team, last season he proved by bringing Barcelona to win La Liga, even though at the same time their rivals Real Madrid were in bad shape, but it proves that as a young coach who does not have much experience he can bring Barcelona to become champions. I wonder when I read stuff's like this, I take a good time to look back to last season and ponder who won Barcelona the Spanish League Competition and also what has changed from last season and this season? Well Kylian is said to be leaving the club and plans to get a quality replacement is already in progress. Kylian has been linked for a move out of the club and he’s expected to leave at the end of the season. Now some key players have been linked to replace him and one player that has been checked on is AC Milan Rafael Leao. Leao is one quality attacker that has similar pace like Kylian and can be a good replacement for Kylian in that PSG's Squad.

 Him in that team is sure to make the starting line up on every match he plays cause he has the quality of a starter . I think now the coach will now have to build the team making all the players involved this time rather than all playing for one player. Leao on the other hand has proved himself worthy at Ac Milan  but would also need to do same at PSG if they finally get him, I think he'll make a fine replacement for Mbappé.

Real Madrid is not the only team linked with Mbappe. Currently, some other teams like Liverpool and Manchester City are also interested in hiring Mbappe and even Manchester City is rich enough and got enough money to hire Mbappe. This can even make Mbappe more expensive for Real Madrid because there are now more teams linked to this player.

Barcelona's next manager choice should be a wise one. I think they should even prioritize the manager who they have already worked with and become successful. There is a Rijkaard example as he has also been rumoured with the job recently.    Having a manager who knows this team very well would be the best thing to do in my opinion.

I mean of course Xavi also knows Barcelona but only as a player. He isn't very good when it comes to managing the team. Barcelona would rather make use of an experienced manager or maybe Xabi Alonso as an exception as he has been really successful despite his being new at his job.

I actually see their problems going further than just the manager. Xavi is good but he doesn't have the full support of the management, especially in fulfilling the players he really wants. How much money did the management give him during the transfer window? I didn't see that. Even when they were able to get players it came from players who didn't have any contracts with their previous clubs, or in the sense that they got players for free.
Do you believe that if they had a new manager with more experience than Xavi or a manager who knew Barcelona very well they would go back to being a strong club? To be honest I personally doubt it as long as they still have the same problems. I think what they have to solve now is their internal problems first, if that is done I am sure that slowly they will return to being one of the strong clubs in Europe.

Xavi should have realized at the start that Barcelona was in a bad financial condition, if he insisted on joining there would clearly be consequences that he had to be prepared to accept.
Since the past, Barcelona has always used players from the academy to be included in the first team. Then buy players whose contribution in my opinion is very much proportional to their price, such as Rapinha and Kounde.
Barca's scouting team should also be evaluated, with the depth of their current squad they cannot compete with their rivals. For now, Barca must focus on the club's finances in particular, at least having stable finances so they can meet the demand for new players according to what the coach needs.
