I actually see their problems going further than just the manager. Xavi is good but he doesn't have the full support of the management, especially in fulfilling the players he really wants. How much money did the management give him during the transfer window? I didn't see that. Even when they were able to get players it came from players who didn't have any contracts with their previous clubs, or in the sense that they got players for free.
Do you believe that if they had a new manager with more experience than Xavi or a manager who knew Barcelona very well they would go back to being a strong club? To be honest I personally doubt it as long as they still have the same problems. I think what they have to solve now is their internal problems first, if that is done I am sure that slowly they will return to being one of the strong clubs in Europe.

The fans were continuously blaming him has been making him feel so desperate with his career in the club. So, it's becoming the good reason for him to leave from all of burden owned by him. Barcelona had numours unsolved problems and it will not be fixed soon.

Marcus Rashford faced indiscipline case several time with Manchester United in this season and Erik ten Hag must drop out his position from main squad, I don't sure Marcus Rashford would be right replacement for Kylian Mbappe position who confirmed leaves PSG for next season. Beside the level or qualities some player would be replacement for Mbappe position, PSG must looking for players has good attitude and never had indiscipline cases.

I agree with you that Xavi is actually not too bad at managing this team, last season he proved by bringing Barcelona to win La Liga, even though at the same time their rivals Real Madrid were in bad shape, but it proves that as a young coach who does not have much experience he can bring Barcelona to become champions. This season they are not like last season, they have shown a lot of decline, but I can't blame Xavi for the decline in Barcelona's performance this season.

I wonder when I read stuff's like this, I take a good time to look back to last season and ponder who won Barcelona the Spanish League Competition and also what has changed from last season and this season? Did they see any of them big names leaving? Yes, Sergio Busquet and also Jordi Alba.

I'd say the midfied has been a huge leak for Barcelona you know, the defensive midfielder role has been a huge problem for them. Much blames I'd love to put on Xavi Hernandez but no more you know. Barcelona will only recruit experienced coaches and I think there are still many coaches out there that they can rely on. Maybe it won't be easy because it will also be a challenge for the new coach with a lot of responsibilities that he has to take care of. Kylian Mbappe without doubt is one of the best footballers on earth at the moment and I don't expect just one club to be interested in his services since he's gonna leave Paris Saint Germaine at the end of the current season. Just like Real Madrid, other top European clubs are also interested in the French international as they've reportedly made their own offers in other to sign him during the summer transfer window but the big question that's begging for answer at the moment is " will Kylian Mbappe chose another club over Real Madrid when he finally leaves the French champions in the summer?" I don't think that's gonna happen and that's because of how much he's interested in playing for the Spanish giants. Real Madrid if you ask me is more likely to sign Kylian Mbappe at the end of the current season ahead of the other clubs that's shown interest in him.

Yeah Real Madrid isn't the only linked team. However I haven't heard any interest by Manchester City side. I don't think they would be interested in such transfer as they already have a player like Haaland either. 

I think Mbappe's next team would be Real Madrid or Liverpool. Both of these teams would meet his demands as they are both very rich. But it is up to Mbappe's decision this summer. In the end he hasn't even decided to leave PSG by the end of the season. Who knows maybe this will be another time we see Mbappe extending his contract with PSG.
