But to mean the bigger question is that, is he actually willing to go to Chelsea or Manchester United?

Chelsea or Manchester United? my answer is PSG.

Even both Chelsea and Manchester United afford to buy out Osimhen, but they need to pay his high salary too, so this is why I say PSG is more realistic. PSG can buy out him and able to pay high salary.

It just depend on Osimhen decision, will he want to play for career or play for money.

In my opinion, he should study and see about players who join Paris Saint Germain, indeed if we talk about money, Paris Saint Germain can pay him more than any other club. However, if we talk about career, I would not include Paris Saint Germain as a club that can make a player's career better. Let's see what happened to Mbappe after joining Paris Saint Germain. Here I am also having same feeling about this because we all know he is new and just going to end his season with first title and Premier League is surely never been easy with too many quality coaches and clubs which is also never been easy to handle, and he needs more experience and maturity before jumping here for the competition with coach like Pepe Guardiola which is at the top and few others are also giving good.

Not surprising for Manchester United's scouters want to watch this guy, it because he's Dutch, a same nationally with Ten Hag. I've said many times Ten Hag want to bring Dutch players to Manchester United.

According to some reports, Bayern Munich has more advantage in signing Xabi Alonso than Liverpool. Its not easily to predict about Victor Osimhen future will play for Premier League teams or he will accept offer from PSG or any La Liga teams interested for signing him. Depend on how much salary payment offer for each teams are interested for him and how much transfer fees release by Napoli filtering the higher bid offer will be prioritize to acceptable.

This season I've come to watch him go against two of the top sides in the history of La Liga and he did well funny enough. Against Real Madrid and Antonio Rudiger came online to talk about his strength on the pitch. Against Barcelona during the first leg, he was able to salvage a point out of the game for Napoli. Last season he was also highest goal scorer for Napoli as he was able to score twenty six goals for Napoli to help them win the Scudetto Tittle Competition. Manchester United and PSG are more interested in signing Osimhen from Napoli, with PSG seemingly much more in need of a striker to complement Mbappe's transfer to either Real Madrid or unlikely Arsenal as rumours would have it.

Arsenal in the meantime will be keen on signing Barcelona's duo Raphinha and Ferran Torres. Barca are in need of financial support and wouldn't hesitate to sell off these and some of its players to aid its financial problems.
If they get to sign these players, I have strong doubt about Mbappe being signed to the gunners camp.

I don't think there's any chance of that happening at all and there are probably already agreements in place, whatever happens like last time when Mbappe changed his mind at the last minute. Regarding Barcelona, I think they will not give away the players they need, otherwise by that logic you can sell the whole squad and close the club to pay off debts

I think there is one point behind Xabi Alonso picking up Baryren Munich over Liverpool. And that is that they can understand Bayern Munich well, i mean Xabi Alonso knows the German League well. So therefore I think he showed interest in Bayern Munich over Liverpool. Apart from that, I don't have any other reason why he preferred Liverpool. Despite Bayern Munich's squad not being as strong as Liverpool's, but despite this, Xabi Alonso liked Bayern Munich over Liverpool. Besides, I don't think that Bayern Munich should be made a prominent club in the same way as it was first because a club requires a lot of top class players for a coach, but Bayern Munich doesn't have as many good players as the Uefa Champions League. In my opinion there is nothing unusual in this. Mbappe is not just a football player, but a big media person, so you can see him (and we will see him) a lot at some events/meetings, etc. This is the world of celebrities, they hang out together and mutually increase their media capital.

TBH, I'm not a fan of these two teams, but I would agree more if Osimhen were at Man United (if there were no other options) because currently the only one who has higher potential is Man United compared to Chelsea, which is currently almost a mediocre team even though it is one of the teams. popular but his performance really makes the fans disappointed when Chelsea performance is currently very inconsistent and in comparison Man United can still provide opportunities even though they always fail in the UCL but because there is a lack of great attacking players so Osimhen is more suitable if he joins Ten Hag.

Moving to the same league but just a different club is no greater challenge for Alonso, if he takes over Bayern Munich maybe he wants to take a comfort zone.

Maybe Xabi is thinking about how the Premier League job is very tough, just imagine Zidane refusing to coach the English team because he probably realizes how tight the game is here but he doesn't try any challenges which will obviously be more interesting if Alonso returns to the old club as a coach.
