I think this should speak volumes about the couch of Manchester United. He was definitely a fraud. And at this point, I believe the Manchester United owners also know that very well. It's just that they want money and the ideology of the owners and Manchester United seems to be similar. And also for some reason they really like him.

Otherwise, I do not say any reason why he should still be the coach of Manchester United. You can have problems with one player. That is acceptable. But when you have problems with half of the squad, it is definitely not a good look, right?

We've got very important lesson from this match said that if the main problem of manchester united ten hag and it's not its players. I must say if ronaldo has become the victim from ten hag's arrogance. Sancho knew so well how ten hag was training him in manchester united and so, his words can be trusted.
Ten hag is the main causes by so many good players lost their prime time at the bad coach like him. It can't be tolerated and manchester united still defends him as a coach. What a shame for manchester united caused by the clubs till tried to keep arrogance coach to handle manchester united.

Sir him has been making the right plan to replace him with a potential coach that can also bring the better result from this moment. you're totally right about the main problem needs to be sorted out and it's ten hag. It seems like that youngstar got scared by him.
It means that ten hag totally failed in building a proper environment for the players. Im still wondering how long ten hag will stay in manchester united. MU totally needs a new coach to handle the club and a few years spent by ten hag and he got nothing other than carabao cup only.

I do support sir jim to replace him with a better coach. The club needs to contract the good coach. Ten hag is not suitable anymore to handle manchester united.

Just a year and a half ago, he already extended his contract with the club (until 2027), now it is obvious that he has turned into a top player and City wants to sign him with an obviously longer contract and a larger compensation amount. This probably won’t be difficult to do, since Foden has been a City fan since childhood and is as loyal as possible, but if I were him, I wouldn’t be in much of a hurry, since there are still 3 years ahead - why rush? Plus, he's already won everything he could with City, so maybe it's worth leaving some room for maneuver.

You have a good point there as well. Considering his current contract still has three more years to expire there isn't any need to be in a hurry to sign another shortly.

Besides he should think about the possibility of Guardiola's departure in the future as well. We all know Guardiola built this squad according to his system completely. In case of his decision to leave just like Klopp has done next manager choice will be really important for Manchester City. If they can't bring a manager who will continue with a similar system then things can get really interesting. However I assume they would think of bringing Arteta in that case who was already Guardiola's assistant before.  Smiley
With Pep's contract expiring, I'm worried about who will come next. Doesn't Arteta make sense? He's devoured Pep's tactical wisdom. Replacing a legend like Guardiola is difficult. You're replacing someone who basically revolutionised City. More than continuity, this is about legacy. The pressure to keep City at the top, especially in the unpredictable EPL, is huge. All matches can be unpredictable

You mentioned playersanother bag of worms. Guardiola's method is like a custom suit - not everyone can wear it well. The new manager must respect Pep's work and modify it to keep City competitive, especially in Europe. We've seen clubs tank after a management change, and I don't want that for City. Players should tread carefully during this tricky moment, as you said

Even though his contract with Girona ends in 2026, it does not rule out the possibility of the Girona manager leaving next season. Girona impressive performance this season is certainly thanks to Minchel cool hands, he managed to turn a mediocre club into a trophy challenging club, which has been competing closely with Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico since the start of this season's campaign. Due to his genius, clubs such as Chelsea, Barcelona, Liverpool and Bayern Munich are rumored to be interested in hiring him as their new manager, but in my opinion these rumors are not completely credible.

Meanwhile, if he gets a large salary from another club, of course Michel will be willing to leave. But it all depends on the decision, and Girona will definitely have difficulty competing in the top four next season, if the manager leaves. Liverpool and Bayern Munich may prioritize recruiting Xabi Alonso, while Chelsea and Barcelona could make Michel their new coach next season. If Michel wants a new challenge, moving to the Premier League and joining Chelsea is the right choice.
This is just a rumor but look at what he has done to make Girona very superior this season. Of course, there will be lots of offers for him from top teams so in my opinion it is very likely that he will leave because for a coach getting an offer from a top team is certainly very difficult to refuse.

However, whether or not the current Girona coach leaves next season, I think it will still be difficult for them to repeat what they have done this season. It is not easy to maintain the consistency of a team if they do not have really strong strength.

There is more information to this than just a coach who led Girona to the top of La Liga with his "cool hands". Girona is well financed. It is not a club that came out of nowhere and played its way to the top with mediocre players. They have invested big time in infrastructure and they have a well formed team within the club that understands how to build football teams. The City Football Group is backing it and they have the money to make sure that the coach stays if they want to keep him. By now the City Football Group owns 12 clubs worldwide. The chairman of Girona is so called Pere Guardiola, got it? Smiley The brother of Pep Guardiola. There are no amateurs at work.

Building a club comes with different sources and strength, we've closely watch the big clubs making important and big moves for players and they forget about the main problem, can these newly signed big names elevate the performance of the club? PSG have big names in the club and they've failed to reach the peak moment in the system, rather they have continue to watch how they're declining in performance. PSG board are the ones mismanaging the team because there's no significant value for the growth of the team despite their financial balance.

No, not funds, but skills, because they have plenty of money, they just need to keep up with FFP and that's it. I've never heard of a club having money problems. Right, because they don't have any, so their only problem is that they don't know how to manage that money properly, but hopefully they have really learnt their lesson and will now be sensible with their purchases.
PSG management must build a strong foundation if they want to achieve success in the Champions League, recruiting more star players is not the right solution for instant success. Building a squad with young players who are promoted from the academy gradually, recruiting players who suit the coach needs, is one of the best ways to get a golden generation. This could eliminate large gaps within the club regarding player salaries and so on, and could balance the club in the dressing room. Apart from that, management also has to retain coaches for several seasons, not all coaches are lucky in their first season.

Luis Enrique certainly has experience in achieving success in the Champions League, if PSG management can work in the same direction as the manager, it is very likely that they can achieve success in the seasons to come. Mbappe's departure must be accepted, he no longer wants to stay at PSG, it would be useless to tempt him with a lot of money. It could be that with Mbappe gone, other players in the squad can shine, without the need to recruit Osimhen from Napoli.

Yes, this option is also possible, after his departure there will most likely be a coordinated revision of the style of play, maybe someone will be shifted to other positions. PSG don't seem to be luring Mbappe with money, they made peace with it at the beginning of the season, if I remember correctly, because they were very negative against the player after his refusal, but the situation has been resolved, he will at least finish this season.

Alisson's contract at Liverpool is still very long so Liverpool don't have to worry about that but now they have to be able to convince some players because apart from Salah at this time Alexander Arnold and Virgil their contracts are almost up so Liverpool must work faster if they still want the services of this player especially indeed they are from the core line-up so losing this player will indirectly make Liverpool even more difficult in the end.
The contracts of these three players will expire in 2025 so as you said there must be a quick movement if you really want these three players to remain at Liverpool but it also depends on the new coach because after all sometimes new coaches always have different plans and there could be changes in the squad that Klopp has now with the new coach later.

In addition, for Salah I think it's also a little more complicated because seeing from what happened last season it looks like it will still happen this season.
The SPL offer will still continue to disturb Liverpool for Salah it seems especially before the SPL club had offered a price that was quite pantastis where Salah was valued at more than 100 million which surely this could be a more attractive attraction for Liverpool so now it is still a little more difficult for Salah. But for Van Dijk and Trent Alexander I think it's a little easier.
Well it is likely that they will prioritise extending the contracts of some of the players who will leave next season and there is news that Liverpool will try to keep the three players at Anfield and extend their contracts although there is a grapevine where there is a player who must be sacrificed and that is Diaz, but there is still no definite clarity on this matter.

Speaking of Salah, I read some news that it is rumoured that Liverpool could have kept Salah but there are 2 conditions that Liverpool must meet such as Salah wants to get a guarantee with next season's plans because Liverpool will experience a transition of coach changes and Salah wants a guarantee that his position remains safe in the core line-up and the second is that he wants to be given a leak about who Liverpool are targeting now to replace Klopp at Anfield. I think this is an anticipatory step from Salah because if indeed in the end the new coach who will be appointed by Liverpool is not too in line with the ideology that Salah has and can harm Salah then indeed it is likely that he will choose the option to leave Liverpool.

Well this is cute if you think he is staying. Obviously we all know that he is 32 years old this year and that is a perfect age to go to Saudi, spend another 2-4 years to get as much money as possible before heading on to retirement. Whoever replace Klopp wont be as good as Klopp and that is a fact, well unless if they could sign Xabi Alonso but thats kinda impossible though

Xabi Alonso have always been the top target to fill in the shoes of Jurgen Klopp, but it's definitely going to be challenging for the deal to be executed. What will be the current situation of Liverpool when their main manager, Jurgen Klopp finally push exits? I guess the performance of the club will remain high as currently and the board will appoints good backup manager for the outgoing coach. Jurgen Klopp leaving Liverpool at the end of the season, it's been huge wonderful moments to watch Klopp making incredible accomplishments with the club.

If Michel really leaves next season, Girona will definitely experience a shock that could result in a decline in their performance. The opportunity to coach a big club doesn't come twice, Michel will definitely consider the offers that come even though Girona management will try to keep him at the club. Apart from that, Michel must first complete his mission in La Liga, managing Girona to collect more points before the season ends. Rumors regarding his future will continue to circulate as several clubs will part ways with their coaches.

Sometimes we have to really ask why clubs tend to make changes when things start working fine for them. They will want to change the coach or do some things. In the case of Michel I think it should be a matter of a better offer and not that of non performance.

Girona is a club I have just respected since this season. Even without having a solid squad depth, yet they did wonders. I wish the team could remain and even get solidifies for the upcoming season.

But at the same time there is intense competition from other, more popular clubs when a coach and a team like Girona does incredibly well. We will see a similar a problem occurring for Bayer Leverkusen. The talk is all over the place about Xabi Alonso's next coaching position and I don't even want to know how many players will leave the club by the end of the season. Money could solve some of the problems, but Bayer Leverkusen would never be able to convince the majority of the players and certainly not Xabi Alonso to stay there when there are offers from world clubs like Liverpool.

If xabi alonso is already a lot of interest from the news bayern munchen and liverpool have been at the forefront to get xabi alonso's signature. but coach girona is still quiet enthusiasts. even barcelona who are both in the spanish league did not glance at the slightest coach girona to be made coach barcelona. maybe girona is just a surprise for this season so the coach is still quiet who is interested in it.

If you are always up to date on the latest news from Girona, you may have ever heard a story in which the Girona president stated that if he is feeling free for michel to leave from the club, Michael can decide his future by himself. Leverkusen still has a contract with Xabi Alonso, while Michel can be purchased, according to Girona's president and this has already confirmed by him on his interview. Regarding Barcelona's future coach, I believe Michael is a better fit for the club than Xabi Alonso caused by it sounds impossible for barcelona to recruit alonso. It is also impossible to bring him to Barcelona because we already know who Xabi Alonso is. He was a former player for Real Madrid and very loyal to the real madrid fans. It is impossible to bring Xabi Alonso to Barcelona. In comparison to Xabi Alonso's scenario, Michel's scenario remains more likely to happen soon and i hope this will come true.

Things are changing so quickly for Xabi Alonso. There will be a large number of top coaches retiring this season. It starts with Pep, Klopp, and even Xavi, who managed some big clubs. I don't even see anybody who can fit into Barcelona other than Michael from Girona.
You can see the gameplay from Girona. It reminds me of Barcelona's gameplay because Michael is also very adept at using short passing which is very suitable to handle barcelon as a new coach.

As far as i can see that if there may be more demand to come for michel from girona.

Chelsea have reportedly table an offer for Girona manager Michel Sanchez as they look to replace Mauricio Pochettino.

Even chelsea has interest to recruit him as a new appointment to replace pochettino which was totally failed in changing the club to be even better. I think barcelona will be doing it right to recruit him as a new appointment instead of try to name other candidates.
Barcelona needs to find someone who can fully understnad the way barcelona is playing. Tuchel is the only guy who can do that.

Smiley
Phil Foden doesn't need to be too hasty because his contract is still quite long, even though he is also very happy and comfortable at Manchester City, but no one knows the future, who knows, he might want to explore other big clubs to increase his experience in different leagues, because of his current age still 23 years old if his contract at Manchester City still has 3 more years to automatically complete it Foden is still 26 years old and he still has the opportunity to explore other clubs. But in fact if he doesn't move and remains in the Premier League it will actually make his future bright if the club continues to impress and his abilities at Manchester City are also improving well, so this will benefit the club and also him.

Yes, Manchester City also have to think about that because Pep Guardiola's contract for next season has expired so Manchester City has to decide now, not just think about players who still have a long period of time to extend their contracts. I think it would be better if Manchester City extended Pep Guardiola's contract because this choach has built a very good squad. Now if Manchester City makes the decision to change coaches, it is not certain that the new coach will be able to build a squad as good as Pep Guardiola. Talking about Mikel Arteta, coincidentally the coach's contract also expires next season, but I don't know yet there is no clarity between Arsenal and Manchester City whether they still want to extend their contract or not or even swap places Grin

Talent is always chased by money and same happening in few cases like we are currently talking about Girona coach and with Bayer Leverkusen coach which is also in talk for next possible move due to best performance in last season so big clubs mostly done this because they have enough sources, and they never want clubs like Girona and Bayer Leverkusen stay at the same level and bring challenges for them even currently nothing is sure who is going or who is going to stay but still we will have some changes which will hurt the teams like Girona and Bayer Leverkusen after giving their best in this season because they will go with too many changes and this could be no easy for them to stay at this level for the long time.

But still we can feel few things like if they keep going with their current clubs and have same level performance then surely things will be not as par we have right now because in the long run still we have big clubs as the winner in this all race.

To be honest, I am still worried about the new coach who will become Liverpool coach after Jurgen Klopp leaves. The thing is, if they appoint the wrong coach then it will make everything fall apart, and if that happens it will be even more difficult because they have to build the team from the ground up again. I hope Liverpool can decide very precisely who they will appoint as coach, and if they can, they should appoint a coach who has a character that is not so different from Klopp, because if the coach has similarities then it makes them just continue what has been built by previous trainer.

Now anything can happen, and for now we're just seeing them through the end of the season. They have succeeded in becoming champions in the EFL, which is good initial capital for them. Right now they are currently in tight competition in the Premier League, their chances of becoming champions there are also great. And don't forget, they are also one of the favorites in the European League with a big chance of becoming champions. If they succeed in both competitions, then it will be a sweet parting gift for Klopp and Liverpool.

Even chelsea has interest to recruit him as a new appointment to replace pochettino which was totally failed in changing the club to be even better. I think barcelona will be doing it right to recruit him as a new appointment instead of try to name other candidates.
Yes, Pochettino current future at Chelsea is very insecure considering Chesea performance which is not improving after Pochettino took over Chelsea in 2023, after Chelsea spent a lot of money to recruit players but instead Chelsea continues to be outside the top 10 of the Premier League this season, the performance shown by Chelsea certainly makes fans begin to no longer respect Pochettino and continue to ask Chelsea management to sack Pochettino immediately.

Indeed, there are currently rumors circulating that Chelsea are starting to approach Girona coach Michel Sanchez to be a successor for Pochettino next season at Chelsea, I think compared to bringing in Michael Sanchez which may be difficult for Chelsea, especially next season it is likely that Girona will play in the Champions League and of course Michal Sanchez does not want to lose the opportunity to be in the Champions League if he joins Chelsea later,  So I think it's better now for Chelsea to approach Mourinho who does not have a club after being fired from Roma, Mourinho is an experience coach and as before of course he will be able to make Chelsea better especially Morinho has coached Chelsea for 5 seasons.

Girona performance create good things for the coach with his current contract is going to end 2026 but few clubs which are going to lose their coaches are looking for the suitable replacement, and he is also considered as good because he achieved good results in presence of the Barcelona and Atlético Madrid has never been easy, and he deserved some respect and part of these rumours which are moving around and if he is going to accept any good offer it's going to be no problem because this is not going to happen first time it's all part of the game as well.

But, surely Girona performance in next season is going to be not on same level because we are going watch too many offers about few players and coach as well which are going to hurt them badly and if they are able to bring suitable replacements then surely things will be good for the La Liga as they will be having another competitive team at the top.

For Alonso, what is being actively discussed now is a possible transfer to Liverpool or Bayern, and according to the latest news, Alonso is leaning more towards Bayern. Most likely, he can take several leaders with him and you are right, with his departure, some players may also want to change the club. For Bayer and Alonso, now is a golden time, as long as he is doing well, he can choose the best option for himself.

It has become commonplace when big teams like Bayern Munich start to invade the assets of other clubs and this time they are very determined to bring in Xabi Alonso as the new coach next season to replace Thomas Tuchel. Of course, it is not difficult for Bayern Munich to be able to bring in Xabi Alonso during the offer until negotiations run smoothly with all parties and it will be something difficult to match if Bayern Munich is in the cold hands of Xabi Alonso.

Seeing Leverkusen, which until now has not been touched by other clubs, makes us know that this is a masterpiece that cannot be frozen again. As long as there is Xabi Alonso and the depth of his squad is even, Leverkusen is still the only team in Europe that is unbeaten so far in all competitions. Now it's just a matter of how Liverpool or Bayern Munich convince the Spanish tactician and to be honest, I still want to see Xabi Alonso stay at Leverkusen so that football in Europe will be much more colorful.

For Bayer and Alonso, now is a golden time, as long as he is doing well, he can choose the best option for himself.

I have read some interesting news somewhere that Alonso's decision could on the one hand be driven by his passion for tough challenges and he is not a guy who likes to take the easiest path, which then would made most sense if he went to Liverpool and became the coach there as the Premier League is the biggest competition someone can go for. But on the other hand I saw an interesting statement from someone that Alonso might not feel like the time is right to go to Liverpool, trying to fill the gap that someone like Klopp is leaving behind. I see the point there as it is really hardly conceivable that Alonso can make history and replace Klopp in the hearts of the Liverpool fans. But if he decides to go to Bayern Munich, a lot is in shambles there and he could write his very own chapter with a successful Bayern team, collect some titles and then make the next move. Both decisions would make sense in my opinion.
