Not crazy at all, you know that he is literally not 'The Special One' anymore right. He was sacked by Roma on mid term and his reputation was tarnished so most clubs would avoid to hire a coach that was sacked mid term. Aside from that, football has evolved alot compared to back then when he was still on his prime so yeah he wouldnt fit in most top clubs on top league for now so its kinda expected that he would sign with teams outside of the top league

Jose Mourinho is just so unpredictable and you can never tell where he’ll chose to settle down to coach when many big teams are on his radar to coach them for the next season. Fernabache is not a weak team in the Turkish league and we’ve seen them on several occasions playing in the European competition. Jose Mourinho is a good coach and have made good achievements in his coaching career so far so if he chooses to move away from top clubs in Europe to coach a Turkish team is not a bad idea or a bad contract in my own opinion however, Fenerbahce is also one of the competitive side in the Turkish league so Jose Mourinho is just trying to Fantasize football over there and since it's just a two year deal, he can still decide to come back to Europe after the expiry of his contract in 2026.

In my opinion, Arsenal should look for a striker who is more productive in terms of scoring goals because that is one of the shortcomings that must be corrected. Even though their front line is quite good this season, they don't yet have a striker who can make things better like Haaland did with Manchester city. If Arteta relies on Jesus, I think that is not appropriate because Jesus seems to have experienced a decline in his performance this season. Mou realizes that his prime is up and with the modern style of big European competitions even though he tries to stay competitive but in the end the results remain the same if Mou still does the same scheme where he only focuses on emphasizing a conservative playing style and seems to be left behind from modern football today.

Indeed, he can still train several clubs in big competitions but with his current condition where modernization in football continues to occur, it is difficult for Mou if he still maintains his style of play.

That news surprised many people and I found it too in the web. Personally I was waiting for him to move back to his country or join another club in top 5 leagues or maybe in Eredivisie or Belgium league. That move to Turkiye was quite unexpected. I think he is trying to get the 20th Turkish league title for Fenerbahce and maybe an European title?
Fenerbahce is reported also to seek Benzema from Al-Ittihad which might be a good option for the club to strengthen the attack line.
