Kvaratskhelia is getting weird every day since we are getting closer to the end of the season.
In the last season, Kvaratskhelia had a good performance in Napoli with Osimhen and he was one of the best players in Serie A and attracted too much attention to himself.
He is a player who wants to play for famous and great teams. Months ago he wanted to join Real Madrid but they didn't send him any offer to them he said he would like to play for Barcelona but they didn't send him any offer too.

For Manchester City’s case with Haaland, it will not be a problem unless if teams like Madrid come for him which I think they will not because of the Mbappe they are trying to compete his move. I believe Haaland will not stay more than two seasons in the Premier League because his performance dropped this season compared to last season, and I think he will be willing to go to any team that will help his career in which I think Madrid will want him maybe next season since they don’t value Joselu gang much and they will need a striker to complete their front three.

This is still an advantage for Madrid because if they are left by senior players then Madrid will indeed feel more lost because for an era that in my opinion is one of Madrid best eras only Modric, Carvajal and Vasquez are currently left after Nacho decided to leave and Kroos retired.  If all of them leave at the same time, it will be a loss that is difficult to describe and although Madrid can still compete, the situation will still not be the same .

Real Madrid is the best team, not arguable. Florentino Pérez have made crucial planning for the growth of the club, always sticking to greatness and bringing in potential players. Rumours. They're all rumours. The player never said he wanted to join Real Madrid, he also didn't say he wanted to join Barcelona, and now he never said he wanted to join PSG. He's under contract at Napoli and he doesn't have a right to say that. Saying he wants to join another club means he's fully ready to leave his present club and I don't think he's fully ready to leave.
There's a difference between when a club has an interest in a player and when the player says he wants to join a certain club.

Kwava's performance this season has reduced compared to last season, but that is to be expected since the whole team is in poor form this season. Even Osimhen has dropped in form. That could affect that market value of course and that's what PSG are banking on. PSG are also interested in Osimhen, so let's see if the club can buy both Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia.
