I completely agree with you but I don't understand why he is looking for a defender? Leverkusen has the best defense in the Bundesliga so bringing in Jeanuel Belocian means there's a bit of doubt there? 15 Million is a low price for a player 19 year old, can we assume that this is a Leverkusen Investment? I mean they will let this player go if he has a higher market value. I just heard this name and he seems quite promising. But I don't think Real Madrid will take him considering the depth of their squad is already so good. While considering the power of Real Madrid I was expecting to see Real Madrid hire this player but this time it seems Chelsea won the race and they are very close to signing the contract with this player.

I'm not sure what Real Madrid expects from this player. Pedro Lima is a very young right-back to be expected to replace Carvajal, so I don't think Real Madrid will take this rumor as reality. So far Real Madrid is more likely to buy quality players than to recruit new stars in their team, of course they don't need more young players because good financial strength can help them find other quality players.

Pedro Lima is only 17 years old and he plays for Sport Recife in Brazil's Serie B. Of course he is looked at by scouts, but I don't think Real Madrid really need this player. If something is needed, then it is very possible for Real Madrid to bring in a quality right-back who can replace the aging Carvajal.

If we consider the age of the Spanish right-winger Lamine Yamal who is about 16 years of age and playing good football at Barcelona then,  Pedro Lima 17 can play much better too playing for Real Madrid as a young player. I think that for Real Madrid to go after him then they must have seen some potential in the young star for the future and he can stay at Madrid and gradually get that experience to play the madrista kinda of football. Real Madrid doesn't go for mediocre

But when it comes to Chelsea, of course this is a potential business for TOD, he will buy more players again maybe for this season, we know that his habit is always to collect a lot of players and resell them or even kill someone's career because they don't get playing time and most of the substitutes in his cage.

It's a no, no, no for me Chelsea is not a good destination for the young lad considering his age and with lots of young players in the Chelsea team it makes my preference for real madrid more stronger because he needs to be in a team where he will eat in no time that needed experience he may be lacking due to his age and Madrid is just right for him with those sets of players.

Chelsea owner, Todd Boehly will do everything to ensure there's good heights to win matches, it's all a matter of time. When we talk about experience, there's actually more things to push forward about and we should always know what's coming in for the big ones. There's actually more work to accomplish for these big clubs because they've always come out to be straight when it comes to winning. These elite teams will now focused on the promising young talents, they've become desperate for the signing.

Just imagine Xabi Alonso with the Leverkusen squad this season is already very good, especially if from a financial perspective it is fully supported, then Xabi will be even more able to maximize the players he wants to buy. Because Xabi is a genius coach, he prefers young players whose potential he can develop. In terms of player selection, there is no doubt that Xabi has longterm goals for Leverkusen's future while investing in young players. After next season, Xabi is likely to leave Leverkusen to replace Ancelotti at Real Madrid. With the remaining time he has, Xabi wants to create his legacy first with Leverkusen.

Is this just speculation or their is some truth to what you are actually saying because I don't know and an pretty sure that Xabi Alonso doesn't have such plans for now about leaving Bayern Leverkusen for now. I think Xabi has already made it clear that he doesn't intend on leaving that club anytime soon atleast like you said he needs to first implement his legacy with the club first.

For me, all of this does not rule out the possibility that Alonso will eventually leave Bayer Leverkusen to focus more on his career with a more established and strong club and team. As previously rumored, Xabi is quite popular with several elite clubs in various leagues. Well, what's unique is that this former midfielder refuses to change teams in the near future. it seems, Xabi Alonso has other prospects and plans for him and Leverkusen. IMO, I don't see that Xabi is planning or thinking about leaving a legacy but rather establishing his career with Leverkusen before he actually manages another elite team. for example Bayern Munich, Real Madrid or a Premier League team. that's why, I assume that Xabi prefers to stay and extend his contract at BayArena.

I remembered Xabi Alonso's previous statement, he said he was grateful to Leverkusen for giving him trust after being appointed. He also once said, more or less like this, we believe in the same ideas and direction on the field, creating close affinity and trust between the club management and himself. Apart from that, Alonso also said that when he was linked with Real Madrid. If I'm not mistaken, he said that he was still not worthy to handle a team as big as El Real. "BTW, correct me if I'm wrong." with his humility, and maybe he needs time to get to the next level, therefore he is more determined to stay with Bayer Leverkusen. After this season, it is possible that Alonso will be willing to handle other teams, especially elite teams in various leagues. But before we speculate too far, let's just enjoy it first because the 2024-2025 season hasn't even started yet.
