I have a problem with how PSG operate as a club, they had different opportunities to sell Mbappe and make money off him, of which they refused, now that he has left to Real Madrid for free, they should swallow the difficult pill and allow everything to end on good terms.

Why are they owing him his salaries and bonuses for the month of April and May, and since they are owing him that, they're certainly not planning on paying him for June; it is all messy, and i think the best option is for the club to do the right thing by paying him, and then move on.

IMO, Real Madrid has nothing to do with mbappe's case. Although, mbappe is madrid's player, but it is a dispute between mbappe and PSG. Mbappe refused to be sold by PSG, and he left the club on his own initiative. Just to refresh your memory, PSG handed him with two options: Firstly, sign a contract extension. Secondly, Mbappe should agree to be cashed in by PSG, but Mbappe has stated that he intends to leave PSG as a free agent.

And, once again, PSG has affirmed that they are in the process of negotiating payments with mbappe, and if PSG continues to refuse to pay mbappe's compensation, mbappe will take this case to court.

According to Bein Sports Turkey, Aaron Wan-Bissaka is closing in on signing for Galatasaray. This news has surprised me though as I don't think he is that bad for the Red Devils to sell him. Arsenal has contacted someone close to Williams, but there has been no update so far. I am sure this will not be an effortless recruitment for Arsenal, and according to recent reports, Arne Slot is also interested in pursuing Nico Williams as a fresh prospect.

My prediction is that this transfer will not happen.
Let's pay attention slowly, if this transfer really happens, it will not be possible for Nico Williams to replace Saka position and on the one hand, as you said, if Arteta forces Nico Williams to be in the LW position, that will also not be possible because of Martinelli and Trossard much better and more experienced to compete in the EPL.

Even if you are the best player in the world, 100 million is a huge amount of money, you will not find many teams that will give you that. Maybe rich people in Arabia can pay, but after paying such money, the team's expectations from you will be very high.
