Barcelona has everything they need to show a good game, and they definitely shouldn’t sell anyone right now, because
Flick’s position now is that they can do without new transfers, so it’s not worth selling anyone. If you sell players without replacement, the club will make money but the quality will decline. One of the foremost coaches in La Liga who has successfully balanced increasing profit and balancing team quality is Diego Simeone. He is one of the best coaches when it comes to making a profit from big players and grooming replacements.

He has profited from selling players but I don't think he did a very good job at managing the team as a strong competitor to Barcelona and Real Madrid. He has managed Atletico Madrid for 13 years and only won La Liga twice. He has other trophies but grading a manager in a league as successful with only two titles is very poor. Outside the league, he might have done other things that he should be praised for but in the league he only has two trophies. If other top managers had only two trophies in 13th years we'll be saying they didn't perform very well. He is a good coach but won't be mentioned as some of the best coaches in La liga history. He should change his style of play and attack more and he might win the league. Defending is no longer the way teams should be playing in modern day football. He should also stop selling his best players and use them to win the league.

I agree with you, Diego Simeone has only succeeded in making some profit from the buying and selling of players but he still can't be regarded as a successful coach of the team since he has little trophies to show after a long run as the manager of ATM. Diego Simeone should understand the league now better than he's doing right now because being in the club he has never changed from playing one sided tactics which you clear the mentioned (Defense). I think you were watching Carvajal's explanation closely. And, there is a message in it. It's true that it's impossible to bring Rodri to Real Madrid for now. But, Rodri indirectly told Dani that he would be keen to join Real Madrid after his contract is up. I tell you nothing's impossible in football.

Why should you doubt Enrique's capacity? Didn't he get paid a lot though? So a pay cut can mean nothing if the new deal makes him get paid at the market rate. Who knows though, it depends on the contract and the point of reference when he stated a "pay cut". But yeah, the prospect of playing at the Premier League is probably enough to offset his salary cut, especially if it means he will have better opportunities to attract sponsors and so on.

Maybe this is the reason why Real Madrid prefers to release Joselu because it already has a replacement like Mbappe but I feel sorry if a reliable player like Joselu does not have a good future with a big club from the popular league and only ends at the Qatar club.

Joselu is really comfortable to playing in Real Madrid and when his loan duration ended Joselu doesn't want to moved from this team even Joselu has putting Real Madrid as his main priority and last season he has scores 17 goals in all competitions with Real Madrid besides that everytime played Joselu almost be scores important goals for Real Madrid and help this team to gets the winning result so in my opinion as substutition player status i think these records is very impressive and i thought Ancelotti will considering these records and will give Joselu more chances next season and permanent his status from Espanyol but apparently i was wrong about that because Real Madrid has decide will not used him anymore for next season

I don’t know how one can evaluate such transfers, Kompany is well acquainted with the Premier League and he chooses those players whom he knows better. Although I just read that Palhinha was supposed to become a Bayern player this winter, he even passed a medical examination, but something fell through at the last moment, This means that this transfer was in Bayern’s plans long before Kompany joined the team. From this I can conclude that not everything in the team regarding transfers is decided by the Company.

You cannot bring such a big name to Real Madrid without having players like Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga worrying about their game time and future with Real Madrid. I don't see him leaving Manchester City right now, he has won it all for Manchester City no doubts but it'll be cool if he can just move to another League Competition but Real Madrid? They have both Kylian Mbappe and Endrick coming in next season, they'll both be joining the Pre-season in the next two weeks so they can prepare for the new season.
Maybe not for him, but for Real Madrid? They are the best in the world and they deserve nothing less all they need is standard and Joselu hasn't been up to the bar I wanted or what Real Madrid expected.

I think Nico Williams is still 21 years old and priced at 58 million euros, which is quite expensive and with the financial problems that Barcelona is currently experiencing, it is very likely that some of their players will be sold.

Actually Barcelona could get a lot of money if they sold some of their potential young players but that is not good for the team for the future, so this is a big dilemma for Barcelona.
It's difficult to build a team without having strong finances, especially as their rival Real Madrid is now growing fast enough that Barcelona is required to be able to keep up.

Nico being 21 years old IS the reason why he worths that much, I mean him exactly like this but at 30 years old would not worth this much, but a team who gets him would be able to use him for ten years if they want to, and that's the part that makes it worth this much.

I am not saying that it would be reasonable, but if Barcelona had the money and spent sixty million on him and used him and used him for 10 years, that would be just six million a year, nearly nothing for them, even if you add a salary, we are talking about a cheap player for that much of a long time,  plus they could then sell him to some Arabic team and make maybe half of that money back lol. They just don't have the money for it, and that's why they do not do it.
