As usual Arsenal will continue to be linked with many star players in the transfer market but in the end we only see the interest as just a rumor without any approach made by Arsenal to recruit the player, I think the news is no different from when Arsenal were linked with Osimhen, Gyokeres and also several other players so far, Florian Wirtz is an up-and-coming player at the moment after his performance with Leverkusen is quite consistent and good so it's not surprising that he is the target of many big teams today, although Arsenal may be able to buy Florian Wirtz but I don't think if Arsenal will be willing to spend a lot of money to recruit him, besides that isn't Arsenal rival to get Florian Wirtz is Madrid?

Arsenal don't need an attacking midfielder, what they need is a striker, a quality striker. Gabriel Jesus is not turning u as he should and they need somebody who can deliver. Viktor Gyokeres is a player that most big clubs are keeping an eye on and if Arsenal really means business, they should be going for him. He's expensive, but would be cheaper than Florian Writz.

Arsenal need to take action ASAP, otherwise other top teams will sign Gyokeres. It's not impossible if Manchester United, Liverpool, Barcelona, Milan, or other teams that currently have old/not reliable strikers to recruit him because he's really promising.

If he moved to Liverpool, Arsenal lose two thing, one is Gyokeres and another one is they will face Liverpool with better strength.

It's true that other teams may want to get him, but not sure about United though. Not that United doesn't make stupid decisions, they have been making stupid decisions for a long time now, but they have both Zerke or whatever that new Dutch striker and also Hojlund who I know is injured but will come back.

Florian Wirtz was supposed to be on his way out of this Bayer Leverkusen this summer but I think the progress of the club to champions league and lifting the league hinders that move which to me was good for his personal progression because he needed to stay in the club first before making any move. Next summer I see him leaving this Bayer Leverkusen team and the first club is Bayern Munich because Muller is on is way out and he is German who we all know the love to play for Bayern Munich.

Another club he might be heading to is Real Madrid because of maybe modric who is set to leave and then Manchester city but not in replacement of Rodri but for De Bruyne because Wirtz is an Attacking midfielder and not a central midfielder or a defensive midfielder. The reason for this may be that Barcelona's main target is the Uefa Champion League and a strong and experienced goalkeeper is required in the Uefa Champion League. So for that Barcelona signed an old goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny who is actually an old and finished player but has high experience in UCL. The current situation of Barcelona is very weak fincially so in this current situation it is a good decision if the first choice goalkeeper is injured to sign the retired players on one year deal. IMO, if Arsenal are interested in bringing in Florian Wirtz, it means one of their midfielders must leave. That is, if the player is willing to move to the Premier League. But it is not impossible, in the winter transfer window Arsenal will try to recruit him. As for Madrid, I don't understand this team because they actually already have several midfielders. Except, Florian Wirtz is willing to start playing from the bench in the Real Madrid squad. Florian Wirtz shone with Leverkusen, it is natural that many big teams are eyeing and targeting him. Spending money on a team doesn't equal to winning a title, that's not how it works. If you are in a league like France, then yeah it may work because PSG is the only one who can spend as much money as PSG does, and there is no opponent ,but this year even Brighton spent more than United, so its clear that spending money isn't a win at premier league.

Real Madrid are very smart with their choice of players, when they signed Mbape, it was a free deal because the player was willing but I'm not sure if Wirtz is willing to go they there, so far it's Arsenal that are on the lead for the deal. It could be possible that Real Madrid are interested but the offer for the salary will below what he is earning in his current club Leverkusen beside he has played in the club his entire life, he will definitely be getting good payroll.

Another reason why I think they might pay him like Arsenal is that Real Madrid don't really need Midfielder that much, they have much in the bench and Modric is still around with them unless they are making preparation for come 2025. I thought it would be easy but given Szczesny's absence from the current squad it looks like a move that should have gone easily could have turned into a more serious situation.

Real Madrid is rumored to sign Florian Wirtz since the previous transfer windows. After watching Inaki Pena's performance for Barcelona tonight in their league game against Osasuna, I understood the main reason why Barcelona decided to go in search of a replacement for their injured goalkeeper Ter Stegan. But my problem with Barcelona is that they could've gone for a goalkeeper that's still at his best instead of Wojciech Szczęsny who's already retired and will now come out of retirement just to sign for the club. For me, I don't believe the former Poland international have all it takes to stand in between the sticks for a big club like Barcelona but since he's the only option available for them at the Moment, they've got no other option than to stick with him.

The money spent by United gave no impact to their performance. I dunno what they're doing, but they're getting even worsening. They missed the sharpness on their attack, they lack of consistency on their defence, too. They added new players to their offense and defense. But, they still looked garbage.
