The news might be true because the MLS should be the most comfortable place for Kevin De Bruyne compared to the Saudi Professional League. Some players are not comfortable with the culture and religious setting of Saudi society. The US is an open society that offers thesame privileges like Europe. Everything is not money, the Belgian have to consider the comfort of his family before moving to SPL.

I thought De Bruyne would have remained in the Premiership for atleast one season but injuries and drop in form might force him to leave. Anyway, he has nothing to lose since he has won almost everything cup in top flight league. Maybe he  should just go and make more money and enjoy his retirement.

Saka is the one that could be going, he is their highest worth player and they could make 150 million from selling him, I do not know which team would be willing to pay that much for Saka, but that seems like the only reasonable player to sell. They could also look to move Odeegard or Rice, but I am pretty sure that they won't get the same attention that Saka would get, hence I do not believe this would be the same result.

And after they do sell Saka, they could spend 75 of that getting Osimhen so they would have a proper striker, and the other 75 million to replace Saka, rest would be just regular transfer moves like they always do to improve the team.

It's hard to guess Barcelon's motive by signing a new LW. They have Raphinha, which is still 28 years old and performed very well. He's still at his peak. It's kinda weird when they're seeking a new LW.

The only sense reason is that to add more depth to their squad. However, i doubt that any of wingers in the list is willing to join there as a back up for Raphinha. I only put exception for Nico William considering how he's always keen to join them.

Raphinha is the only recognised LW that Barcelona have currently and it's a big risk for the club. Signing another LW won't be a problem if you ask me. Any LW they sign will definitely have enough time to play. Barcelona play in 3 major competitions each season and there are many matches to be played. Like you said earlier, they need to have a good squad depth, and the coach needs another option, should he decides to switch to a different tactics. Also Raphinha might not be as fit as he is now next season. So Barcelona can go ahead and sigh another LW. From the list, I think Nico will be the the perfect match for them. He is Spanish and he plays in the Spanish league as well, and he is also in the national team with some of the Barcelona players. Why did he want to return to England? he almost able to win his first prestigious trophy with Bayern Munich, he should focus in this season instead of planning to leave. It's really strange, probably Kane feels homesick lol.

It is time for De Bruyne to leave England because since he recovered from injury his performance has really declined sharply. Besides, he is not young anymore, so even if he stays at Man City, most likely he will only be on the bench most of the time. MLS has a good option before he retires. Manchester city is grateful for everything Kelvin has done for them. If they had known that this season would turn out this way for Kelvin, they would have sold him last summer when there were offers for him from the Saudi league. I didn't know he would decline so fast that he is not enough playing time. I would prefer Kelvin going to play in the Saudi league than the MLS. We have more football stars that usually move to the Saudi league than MLS. Besides he will be more paid in the Saudi league than the MLS. I think it's still just a rumor, because except for the Saudi League no one can probably offer De Bruyne a good contract, and San Diego doesn't have that kind of money for De Bruyne to agree to move there, because even now he seems to be one of the highest paid players in the EPL and probably for another season or two he can still play at a high enough level in Europe or go for big money to the Saudi Arabian league.

Instead of selling Saka, I prefer Arsenal to sell Havertzwhose quality is always below standard as a player. But it will be difficult to sell a player with minimal club interest in Havertz. Even looking at the poor situation of Manchester City's squad since the beginning of the season, There's a need to try to offload some players whose contributions to the team are obviously on a decline and can get better, And for De Bruyne, he has input a tremendous effort and contribution for City, for a number of seasons since his arrival at the club, and his Legacy will remain outstanding remembered in the club's history. Chelsea transfer policy has been heavily criticised, especially since the start of the Todd Boehly era. The young players they have recruited have cost them a significant amount of money, but have not performed satisfactorily so far. It is understandable that Enzo Maresca wants to overhaul the squad depth again in the summer, by releasing some players to meet the Profit and Sustainability Rule (PSR) restrictions.
Chelsea must stop recruiting young players with little experience if they are ambitious to win trophies, they do seem wasteful in the transfer market, but behind that transfer style, Todd Boehly seems to only want to make a profit.

Is Madrid preparing something big behind the scene? It's getting even wild to see so many players are linked to them. All of these players (Zubimendi, Deanhuijsen) still at their peak.  I wonder whether they are in the process rebuilding a new winning team.

I know some of their players already old enough such as Modric, Alaba, etc. It makes sense if they start to do regeneration. I like all of the names linked to them, and will be so good if they can sign them all.

With some of their valued players very close to leaving the club for new challenges elsewhere It is normal and important that Real Madrid will seek replacements for these players probably in the coming summer window. Lots of names have been linked to Real Madrid but none has been confirmed by the club yet so I assume all are rumors until confirmed.
