LoL that's really a funny meme but I don't think it's relatable to how it actually is, Ten Hag might have not performed as expected of him but I don't think he is a terrible coach at all and I don't think he will have problem managing Leverkusen to challenge as they always have under Alonso. Despite not having a stable performance he was still able to win trophies for them. Ten Hag had good history before joining Manchester United and it seems the problem at Manchester United is more than just changing the manager and that could be why every coach is always struggling when signed.

Alonso did a wonderful job for them and it will be difficult for them to have a coach as good as him but what do you expect from a team like Leverkusen? I don't think they can sign a top manager yet, they are still an average team and no top manager will want to settle for them so I think they are lucky with Ten Hag is a good move for them probably the best they can get now. I trust Ten Hag to be able to maintain their performance even if he doesn't get them to perform better.

Hahahah, that's so funny!!!Literally, this is the fact that Leverkusen was good under Xabi Alonso management, but unfortunately they lost the greatest coach due to Real Madrid but anyway now it's a turn of Ten Hag which probably not too good. Like he didn't do anything good at Manchester United and was almost called a failure because his Manchester united performance was in front of us in which he did nothing.... I dont know if he will do good at Leverkusen. But their playing style is similar when he was back in Ajax so i dont know honestly. But i think Leverkusen could have gotten a better coach for them. After seeing how Ten Hag effects badly his players,i dont think he can do good at Leverkusen. But still he was a really good coach back in Ajax so anything is possible

While all these clubs you mentioned are hoping to get him don't forget that is left for him to say yes to Galatasaray since they have made their intentions clear. I am also curious about his performance at Bayer Leverkusen. After being successful at Ajax, he went to Manchester United and while everyone expected him to be successful at Manchester United, he was not successful. Maybe it was not a problem caused by him, but Ten Hag was seen as the source of all the problems. Portuguese coach Amorim could not fill his void well.
