Obviously keeping the young player in the club without loaning him out does not benefit the club in any way if they don't feature him their matches, and whereas he's still receiving his weekly wages, so I support loaning him so he gets better with performance and become more experienced player than he is right now.

If you're a Manchester United fan, you should understand Manchester United's DNA. I mean, this isn't about watching Manchester United play on classic channels, but about what Manchester United should do to overcome their current form.
If changing coaches is the best thing that can impact the team's situation, that's fine. The problem is, when coaches are changed, performance doesn't seem to change.

Amorim is stubbornly adamant about not wanting to change the system he's created and implemented. Professionally, that's good for him, but at some point, he needs to soften and shake up the system he's maintained. One reason is that the formation doesn't fit Manchester United's character.
Let's put it this way: Mourinho managed to deliver the UEFA Europa League trophy, but he was deemed a failure at Manchester United and was replaced. Right?
Now, if Xavi and all the other reported coaching candidates were to replace Amorim, can you guarantee the expected success?

That is the problem and nobody really knows what they can do. If you fired Amorim today and got someone available, like lets say Xavi for example, a great manager, and that did bad too, then what are you going to do? You run out of options when you do that and you already hired a manager that did so well with Sporting. This dude was winning everything at Sporting and that's why they got him and he is getting bad results, so if you fired him too and got another one and that one also did bad, then what?

You would literally end up with nothing left and you would be doing something for no reason. That's why they are not firing Amorim yet, because they want to make sure a managerial change would be enough for them.

Xavi was a great footballer, and he wasn’t bad even in Barcelona, but the question is what he could actually achieve with United. Well, the current coach was just awful. He just made the team so bad that even in the last 10 Manchester United has never fallen to the lower rank of league competition. Like after Sir Alex Ferguson 5 manager were has been back tested and all of them has been failed and sacked off but no one have ever had the club worst than right now as under the management Ruben Amorim....

Literally this is insane. Manchester United is dipping below the top 1o rank. Below you can see that no manager has done such an awful job after the departure of Sir Alex.

Xavi Hernandez seems to be the name on the lips of every Manchester United fan now but let’s not forget that the names of the past five managers also sounded like names to change the club’s decline and it didn’t work out. However the club have not officially stated their intentions to part ways with the current manager but we will see how the coming weeks will unfold.

It’s almost certain that he will leave if Man Utd drops points against Sunderland. Xavi could definitely bring better energy into the team, but whether he will succeed in getting United back on the right track remains to be seen. I believe it was a tough decision for Guardiola and the club to make when they decided to let Alvarez leave the club in favor of Erling Haaland. Alvarez who was to play as a supporting striker to Haaland was too good to be sitting on the bench week in week out and so the only option was to get playing time elsewhere. Thank God he was sent out of the league so other rival fans don’t have to worry about him lol.

I know that the media is saying that the hierarchy at the club is solidly behind the manager and they back him, but i don't expect them to express anything less in public. And as you mentioned, a few names have been linked to the job, but I do not fancy Xavi's and Southgate's candidacies. Both of them are average managers, and I'm not sure they can make a difference at United. Zinedine Zidane would have been my favourite choice, but AFAIK, he's not interested in taking any job except the France national team job.

This is the most serious problem I've seen during my time involved with and enjoying soccer lol.  

But he had already been feeling this way for several weeks, but his performance could still be forced, and now it might be time for a more intensive examination  .

As for Savinho, we know that he performed very well at Girona, but Manchester City is a different level. When a player struggles to adapt and compete, especially when the competition is so tough to beat at the top, the only way to get more playing time is to loan him out, and I think he would still be suitable for that rather than just sitting on the bench, as that could affect his mentality due to lack of playing time.

Anyone that watches Manchester United matches this season will believe Sunderland has a big chance of winning against Manchester United at Old Trafford, so you shouldn't blame people for believing Sunderland has a chance to win against Manchester United, because it seems Manchester United's performance is getting worse with the passage of time. It’s way too big for the player like Julian Alvarez because he is just coming up and never got that hype he deserve to get such market value; his market value should be around €85-100 million because of the club he is playing for and the nature of league.

Liverpool and Newcastle United were not on the same page because Newcastle United never wanted Isak to go, but since Liverpool insisted they decide to put high amount and stocked to the amount to discourage Liverpool, but they paid because they wanted the player in their team.

Unless if Alvarez get a bid from more than two top teams across Europe and he should have scored at least 30 goals this season, if not, his market value will never be up to €120 million.

The only reason I feel Xavi can do something good is because he was able to begin the revival process for Barcelona even though he didn’t completely accomplish it but he did set the foundation that Flick is enjoying today so hopefully he can do the same with United. Someone needs to save United from this decline before they hit relegation level because it is no longer funny.

I just checked Xavi's stat at Barcelona. He had a 62.7% win rate. He managed 141 games, won 89, drew 23 and lost 29. Though he won only two pieces of silverware, the La Liga title and the Spanish Super Cup, but I think he did great if you put other factors into consideration. It was during his reign Barca got hammered with the financial fair play restrictions, and this affected his ability to sign some of his preferred targets.

Recently, I heard rumors about Man United that Zidane is ready to return to coaching. According to rumors, he is prepared to replace Amorim, because Manchester United's performance has not been improving. Zidane wants Manchester United to have a complete squad and a stable environment. Besides Zidane, it seems that Xavi Hernandez is also rumored to be ready to take over Amorim's role. Indeed, both coaches currently do not have contracts binding them to other clubs. I think if Amorim does not quickly improve the team's performance, he might be fired soon.

The way Manchester United is going right now without any improvement I don’t the fans will able to bear with him for the entire season. Because if we look at their performance in almost all of their previous matches their performances is totally bad, and the funny part is that if they meet some teams they will play a good pattern of the games very fine; but after a while or the second week they will go back to their previous form is it that the lack of inconsistency their main problem or the lack of good manger?
