Guéhi is attracting a lot of attention as we are closing in on January... You know he is still about to be available for free transfer then. I don't think Crystal Palace can convince him for a new contract.

Liverpool was nearly signing him already last summer but Glasner's ultimatum worked to keep him a little longer. Now Inter is also interested. Real Madrid might also intervene. He is a great CB honestly. He should just go to a place where he can be a regular in the starting lineup.
I do not think Palace would care about not being able to sign him back. All of the great teams are racing to get him, so they could just sell him and make some money. It's obvious that they would rather keep him, or at least extend him and make money that way, but that doesn't mean that they can. In football you sometimes get players from free agency, without paying any team, and sometimes you just end up with doing the same thing on the other side.

I personally believe that in this case we are seeing how things are changing and because of that I honestly believe that we are not going to get that much confusing results all that late. We could probably see this be a lot better over time, because while Palace may lose one, they may gain a few same way anyways.

Here some News regarding through Barca !!!

Saudi Arabia'm side, Al Hilal sent a bid of €400 million to Barcelona for Lamine Yamal. Right now some reports published it that Yamal Jamal is frustrated with Hansi Flick public criticism, and due to this, Saudi Arabian clubs are taking advantage of the matter to send a massive bid to Barcelona for Yamal Jamal.....

Al Hilal is trying to sign him as a replacement for Neymar. I don't know whether it's a rumor or whether they really sent a €400 million bid. What did you think, guys? Will Barcelona let him for Saudi Arabia side or not. I think they will never let him because he is the only player who can do the same thing which Messi did.

What did you think Guys
Let me know
As tempting as this offer may seem I’m sure Lamine Yamal  will favor remaining and playing in Europe to a move to Saudi Arabia at his age. It will benefit him more for his development to remain in Europe to gain more experience, recognition and achieve a lot of goals.

There will be many defenders to be available for free in summers. It seems Madrid will also release Rudiger and Alaba at the same time. So there will be some spots for new CBs available in Madrid soon. I think i also see some names that may be right players to be Madrid's new CBs, these players are Guehi and Konate.
Those names are having PL experience, and can complete Madrid's squad in case they're releasing two defenders next summer. Let's imagine having Guehi and Konate in the same line.

I know they wanted Saliba, but since impossible to get him, why do they need to still waiting for him? I'd prefer to game other players with same quality as him. So, Konate & Guehi will be good to be paired together.
So guys, tell me your preferred choice to be Madrid's next defenders! If you agree wit me, let me know.  Wink

It's a shame the list doesn't specify age, but even at first glance, it's clear that most of these players are 30+, so they're more likely to be looking for a club than for clubs to hunt them down. Naturally, lowering their status and salary easily solves the problem, as in today's reality, the "working" age has been extended to at least 35. As for Real, it’s really difficult to predict that far ahead, the whole season is ahead, and it’s unclear what conclusions can be drawn at the end.

I thought it would be a different story with him. He got a contract extension, and i also thought his form from last season would continue, but it didn’t. Liverpool is in a tough situation, having lost three matches, and everyone expected Mo Salah to keep scoring goals. I hope this is just a temporary phase. I know Salah still has a lot to show, and that a transfer to another club isn’t an option, because Liverpool would definitely feel his absence.
A decline in performance will always happen to every player, and this is inevitable regardless of the influencing factors. In football, the more impressive your performance, the greater the demand for consistency. Conversely even one season of subpar performance will often lead to demands for a departure. Mo Salah has been with Liverpool for a long time and whether he likes it or not, there will come a time when he will leave under unexpected circumstances.

Mo Salah played exceptionally for Liverpool last year despite his age. His performance this year hasn't been bad at all. I think he's already a legend who deserves to be retired at Liverpool. Of course, that could change if Liverpool decides to let him go, or if he decides to transfer to a team other than Liverpool. As we all know, Saudi Arabia can offer him a lot of money. If he chooses that, he could leave Liverpool, but I think he's a talented enough player to retire at Liverpool.

Mo Salah is a good player he is one of the best in the Liverpool team and also one of the best players in the league every season he contributes to the success of Liverpool despite them not winning the league so often but Mo Salah has remained as their key player who should already be treated as a legend of the team. He may not likely retire at Liverpool because he may consider other offers in the future but whatever he decides to do tomorrow Liverpool will always remember him as their legend because he has contributed so much and scored so many goals for the team.

After Liverpool this season will Mo be playing for Galatasaray next campaign or is he going to choose the Saudi if they came Knocking? If this deal happens will it be a big miss for Liverpool?
The only advantage Galatasaray will have over Saudi Arabian clubs for the signing of Mohammed Salah is if Mo prioritizes a move to an European club over a move outside Europe but I feel Mo Salah will rather fancy playing in Saudi for a huge fee to enjoy his retirement. There is nothing else to prove in Europe for Salah, it will be wise to accept a move to Saudi and make enough money before retiring.

That is a bold idea, I mean to have two of the best defenders dominating the Premier League Competition. Having Hjuisen who was recently signed from Bournemouth shouldn't be forgotten but, I'd move for Konate in my own opinion. As for Konate,  I will love to see Manchester get him and part ways with Harry Kane. Rudiger and John Stones and Umapecano are names I don't think will be extended likewise. Real Madrid has a good back line, but they'll want a new defender to partner with Hjuisen and Militao.

Wink

There are so many great defenders who are going to be free agents, and I think that will definitely attract the attention of a lot of big clubs. So it's not just Madrid, big teams like Barcelona, Liverpool, Munich, and PSG will most likely also approach these defenders. If Guehi and Konate can play together, it could be a solid partnership at the back, and whoever can bring these two together will be in luck, as they will not only be getting quality but also a good investment.

If Real Madrid loses Rudiger and Alaba at the same time, I don't think they will look for two replacements because they still have Huijsen, Raul Asencio, and Militao. So, most likely, they will try to get one of Konate or Guehi instead of signing both of them, because too many players in the same position is also not good for team harmony.
It makes sense but many of them are already more than 30 years old. If the big clubs are targeting some of them. That's pretty obvious they will only use them to increase the depth in the squad. That's also my reason to think Konate and Guehi are the worthiest defenders to be signed considering their exp and age.

Talking about Madrid, your argument makes sense. yet, you forget to mention Militao and Asencio are quite often injured. Impossible for Madrid to finish this season next season without adding more player to increase the depth on their squad.
I think that's the reason they shall have added Konate and Guehi onto their list.

If Salah thinks he is still fit to perform he can take the first move to Galatasaray where he can continue to compete among other big clubs and leagues, even in the Champions League,  but before his contract that will end in 2027, he will be 35 years of age by then, i doubt he will still have the strength to perform as he is used to, moving to Saudi will be okay not just for the money but somewhere that matches his stamina, age don't lie when it comes to football.

Choosing Galatasaray is better for him because he can still compete at the European level without worrying about money.

Choosing to play in Saudi Arabia is also not a bad option because the Saudi Pro League (SPL) has been part of a major league with several top-tier players who are still young and in demand. In fact, some players in the SPL team are also key selections for the national team.

After the situation was favorable and after achieving great success in recent times, it seems that PSG's expense list is steadily increasing because Paris Saint-Germain have sent a tempting offer for William Pacho, because we can see that they are closing in on a new contract for this player with a high salary. In fact, this player came to the French club in a great move in the summer of 2024 and now he has transformed into one of the most talked about members and here he is getting a little more status and rights than his national team in Ecuador.

Even more importantly, he has already established himself at this French club, maybe if he had been in the Frankfurt football team, it would have taken him a lot longer to complete this process, or he wouldn't have had the proper support of the right players there.

You're right but we do have players that have won so many titles in Europe with different clubs and they still have that hunger of still going for more even if they can't win any title they just see themselves as players to be among something in Europe. As for Salah going to either Galatasaray or Saudi is for him to choose where he'd do better and still be inform for his national side depending when he'll stop playing for Egypt but if you talk about Mo playing for Liverpool and still perform well I doubt if h can even get up to 15 goals this season...but I'd love to see him play along side Victor Osimhen.

The days of staying loyal to one club or deciding to retire there are over and besides Liverpool is a big team that is certainly obliged to maintain its reputation, maintain its strength structure to remain competitive, so if Salah decides to be loyal and let's say he accepts a big pay cut and will certainly sit on the bench more someday, will it be worth it? I also heard that Liverpool has found a potential replacement, so maybe the right decision is to leave, whether it's next season or the next. Besides, I still believe he will always be remembered by most fans for his contributions so far.

Maybe the main purpose of the Saudi League is to bring the attention of the football world to their league, that is why they offer such big money to various players.
Although the clubs in the Saudi League offer big sums to European players, most of the players come to the Saudi League at the end of their careers. If I saw a player who has great talent and can achieve a lot if he stays in Europe but accepts the big offer of the Saudi League and moves to the Saudi League, then I would say that the Saudi League is successful in spending such a large amount of money. As popular as the Saudi League is now, I think this league will be even more popular if the Saudi League qualifies to play in the European League or the Champions League. Al Hilal proved that they are ready to compete with European teams by defeating Manchester City in the Club World Cup. Maybe in the next few years we can see one or more teams from the Saudi League in the Champions League.
Not maybe, this is exactly the plan. There is a wikepedia page about this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sportswashing_in_Saudi_Arabia

They invest so much in sports that they want to pay big money until they become a country that the next generations will see as a great place for sports and luxury tourism and not only about oil.

Big names are very important for this plan, like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lamine Yamal, Neymar, and Vini Jr.

Choosing Galatasaray is better for him because he can still compete at the European level without worrying about money.

I think Mo.Salah still has the energy to perform. This very season might have not been a good start, but as time goes, he will definitely get those goals and assist. He is currently 33 years of age, and we know how a few players performed even at that age. Lewandowski should be around that age when Bayern last won the UCL. So I don't see Mo.Salah's age as a big factor at this point.

The big question now is if Liverpool are still willing to retain him. We know how they struggled to extend his contract due to salary Increment. Who knows if they are still willing to do the same at this point. Galatasaray is definitely a good option, but I think he might go to Saudi League.

Exactly, it will be possible only if Salah chooses to remain in Europe or if he has something against Saudi Arabia teams or their system which I don't think that can ever happen. Salah may have his personal reasons so Galatasaray should pray he still want European football else they won't stand a chance.

The fees paid in Saudi Arabia is very high and very tempting so it will be difficult for any player to reject their tempting offers. With Salah's stand in football I think he will be offered a very huge amount in the Saudi Arabia League and he has really proven everything he wants in Europe and is one of the best African players in Premier League history. He is getting older now so I think it is timr for him to go because he can't at top performance in the highest level again so Saudi League is the perfect place for him.

I know I am alone in this, but I do not like Konate at all. I do not think he is the type of defender Real Madrid needs. I understand that they want to get rid of the Alaba-Militao-Rudiger trio and go younger and be better there too, less injuries.

However, Guehi is the only one I can vouch for on that list. Konate is just way too slow for his position, any fast offensive player would beat him, we have seen that many times this season.

It would be smarter to get Upamecano if you want someone like that, but even that is not a good decision.

Saliba is on their list for a reason, that dude is both big, strong but also fast as well. Imagine a duo there of Guehi and Saliba, would be great. However, Hjulsen is also a great one they already have.

I think Mo Salah doesn’t just stand as one of the best players in Liverpool, but he stands as  the best in Liverpool and the premier league in general. I mean dude have literally been on fire ever since he joined the club till date, breaking and setting new records for the club and premier league in general. He’s among the top 3 all time highest goal scorer for Liverpool. Helping Liverpool to win the premier league after so many years of not winning. Lots of other good players came in almost the same year he was signed to Liverpool, most of this players have left for other clubs but Salah remains in the club till date.

The case of Manchester United is beyond utmost repair and for me getting a new coach wont change anything in that club. For me I feel everything needs to be changed from the whole entire working staffs infact selling the club to a new ownership just like the way most clubs have done example is their city rivals Manchester City and also Newcastle even Chelsea also then maybe something positive might result from the massive change.

That's the solution, but if it doesn't happen, how will they end up then? They still have to keep trying so this team doesn't collapse so quickly Well, I think we as fans realize that these things are quite serious The players are losing a lot of their level In some countries that are in the qualifiers , they will consider the performance of their teams to call them up.
