If you are a club owner and you are presented with Roberto Mancini and Sean Dyche you will hire Sean Dyche ahead of Roberto Mancini? Looking at both coaches CV, I will tell you that Roberto Mancini has a better CV than Dyche. Sean has mostly managed in the premier league alone and in two cases he was sacked, no European experience and no trophies. Sacked by Burnley and  Everton. Mancini has managed in different leagues, and national team, won trophies. Mancini is a more preferred candidate for me.
I agree that Mancini has a better CV, but it's worth noting that he usually had a better squad at his disposal, while Sean Dyche on the other hand, had to work with squad players that were usually fighting not to be relegated and that's why he might be the better choice since apart from a few seasons, he managed to remain in the Premier League in numerous occasions.

Experienced coaches like Jose Mourinho, Ange Postecoglou and others have been struggling to make any tangible impact for some time now. In contrast, young and inexperienced coaches like Vincent Kompany, Cesc Fabregas, Xabi Alonso and the host of others are doing great work in their respective clubs.
You're right, it's not just the players who have to adapt to the format of the game, even experienced coaches have to improve their skills to keep up with the developments in modern football. Therefore, conventional strategies no longer attract the attention of clubs. As the world of football changes, everyone is starting to prioritize statistical calculations.

It appears so. Modern football needs a set of fresh eyes who can see the game as it is now. Jose Mourinho and others were great managers in their day but football has changed and these younger managers successes are proof that they may have cracked the code.
Actually, football is fast changing and there seems to be some new trends that have also been introduced to the game as a result of the recent changes that have taken place including the altering of the rules of the game, hence it is also necessary for any coach to change their conventional style in order to adapt to the modern style or else they risk being outdated thereby losing relevance in modern football as a result of not being able to upgrade to the modern style of football.

At first, Vlahović seemed to be better this season. He started the season with goals in the Serie A. But later on this changed drastically... His playing time also dropped significantly.  Tongue

In this situation, I won't be surprised to see him leaving. In January only there are going to be only 6 months left on his contract. I understand the attraction from the Premier League teams as a result.

Pep Guardiola's tactics are so good that, apart from the biggest teams, no one can find a solution to them. His build-up play is the best I've ever seen, and especially when he was coach at Barcelona, I was a really big fan of his style of play.

However, I expect the next generation of coaches to come up with new styles that I feel are somehow still missing. They don't create anything new, they just improve on what already exists.

Talking about Pep Guardiola it seem he's battling with emotional stress, ever since the divorce issues with his spouse he lost focus, but I just love that he's one of those coaches that adapted to the modern style quickly, if he can put himself together and focus more on the made maybe we could enjoy a better modern style Pep Guardiola's tactics.

As for Enrique, man's a genuis and he amazes me a lot, he combines his old vertical 4-3-3 style at Barcelona with a modern high press and also love his players to make fast transitions, Enrique is someone who love goals so he loves players with an eye for goal in all positions that's why players like Hakimi, Mendez etc who are defenders can easily make runs for goal. Well with time more big coaches would adapt to the modern way.

Hmmm that's good sign for Tottenham because Dusan Vlahović is such a classical striker. His striking position with impactable finishing is outstanding. I believe that he can get the same level of performance as Harry Kane. He spent 4 years at Juventus, and honestly, his goal-scoring figure is so good like in 132 matches, he capped 64 goal which is quite impressive.....

Tottenham Hotspur has already lost some good striker like few years ago they lost Harry Kane, and now they lost H. Son, but I hope now they will keep Dusan Vlahović for the rest. If we talked about his market value then probably it also quite fair enough, like it €35 million. I think there would be no hesitation for Tottenham to start the negotiations.

For goodness sake, Pep Guardiola belongs to the top class of managers, he learned alot and conquered fierce oppositions in the past years. I can beat my chest without any atom of doubt about Pep Guardiola completing all his ambition and trophies been won in his prime as manager. Pep Guardiola is football nerd. He's so obsessed with football and have the best category of players at Etihad stadium. He's been really competitive and knows exactly what he wants, always ready to give his 100% for Manchester City. You talking about new style or pattern of play. Pep Guardiola is acquainted with every solid pattern he chooses and there's every means for the manager to always come out ontop.

Vlahovic has been one of my favorite strikers and if not for his injury I think he might have actually had more greatness that he currently has, but let’s not get over ourselves I don’t see him matching or getting close to Harry Kane’s class at Tottenham because Kane wasn’t just those any of those strikers he is one of those who come around in a blue while.

Yes he will be a great addition to Tottenham but I am not so excited about is signing because currently Tottenham has three strikers of his class, Tottenham has Richarlison, Solanke and just signed Kolo muani on loan so except there is exits then Vlahovic coming isn’t a good move to me

For someone to have his family divorce him because of his love for football says alot on how dedicated he is when it comes to handling his football business and we have seen that countless times and he has continued to show it. Guadiola is ranked among the few coaches who have virtually won everything and done the unthinkable when it comes to managing teams and am well sure that he is not stopping anytime soon

Sacrificed his marriage for the love of the game that alone should tell you how much he loves this game and how much he's willing to sacrifice to keeping it.

City are looking better than last season and they're favorite to win the title this season if everything stays the way they're. His major problem last season was injuries, he's been lucky with one this Season.

I would not fully agree with that Smiley When he was still at Barcelona, he had all the players he needed to indeed execute the best build-up play that has ever been there. For some time it was the same with Manchester City, but you could see that other teams found ways to counter the high ball possession game. Liverpool plays a different style and has been a huge competitor for Manchester City for several years. Real Madrid has changed to a rather low possession style ever since Mourinho was there and you could see that it deserves merit, too.

Over time the opponents understood that high focus on closing the final gaps around their box is an important key against City's football. That is what you could often see last season when Manchester City seemed to be dominating the game, but they couldn't find the final pass and then ran into counter attacks.

There is no doubt about what you have said about Pep Guardiola he is a good manager who has written his name in the book of the legends, Pep understands the game so well he has achieved a lot with the City team winning the league back to back with Manchester City I don't think there is any new style tht he is not familiar with as the manager, his pattern is top notch there is no player he has coached that will not talk good about the manager because he knows what to do at any given time.

Juventus have always wanted to sale him off, and I keep believing he is also pushing behind the scenes to finally leave the club. Tottenham wants Vlahovic.
Do they struggle now with Dominic Solanke. What is the difference between the two players and how are they not the same style of players. This can also be wrong information. Since the signing of Thomas Frank as manager, Tottenham first striker have always been Richardson. Tottenham have enough money to back the new manager.

Pep Guardiola has been big success with Manchester City and especially by winning very hard Champions League and becoming first manager to win four straight Premier Leagues in history. Still, this type of long time success means that things will surely become more difficult. In such good team, two things make next season difficult first is Competitive Adaptation means other teams such as Arsenal and Liverpool study system of City and hire players to beat them. And second is Psychological Burnout means players themselves sometimes lose some of their motivation or enthusiasm due to winning everything. Competition is now better than it was last year, but it is too soon to ignore Guardiola since his true talent lies in fact that he can always change plans of his team. This season will really show whether his genius will remain ahead of steps forward made by all other teams in league.

The sacrifice he made caused him his mental health last season. The most important thing during these hard times for him, its a good thing to still have his daughter who he cherished beside him. What are trying times without the people who you love?

They still have room for improvement, they're also still not favorites for this Premier League title. Arsenal are still above them, they're good but not as sharp like they were last two seasons. Chelsea have the potential for the league but they don't have a consistent defending game in game out.

You are right that Dušan Vlahović is linked with a move & his contract with Juventus is about to expire. It is also true that clubs such as Chelsea & MU are reportedly keen on him.
But keep two things in mind,

1. As the source you provided said, can you provide any solid proof that Tottenham are ahead of Chelsea & Man U? I dont think Tottenham are ahead

2. You said that his playing time has dropped significantly, however as far as I know he prefers to stay at Juventus & whenever he is used, he is performing well.

However, your logic makes sense regarding the move, but the degree of certainty & the odds of the bet are perhaps a bit overblown, imo

Pep Guardiola most successful manager won 4 premier league trophies in a row since season 2020/21 until 2023/24, actually Pep Guardiola have won 15 trophies with Manchester City since appointed as manager at season 2016/2017 and difficult for getting manager can dominance for longer time. Greatest achievement of Pep Guardiola as Manchester City's manager when success winning UEFA Champion League trophy at season 2022/23 and its the first UCL tittle for The Citizen.

Loyal management make Pep Guardiola not difficult for dominating at Premier League and perform impressive in Champion League, every window transfer The Citizen's management always spent up much money to sign top player and its reason why Pep Guardiola renew contract last season have been expired. For this season likely Manchester City still at the race for winning Premier League but in Champion League not really sure will reach until final round or not.
