Anyway, these days, players are often the subject of speculation for top clubs regarding their futures. Following Chelsea's recent deal for 16-year-old Deinner Ordóñez, now one of AZ Alkmaar's stars is also being targeted by several top clubs. However, he is already 19 years old, making him eligible to join a club immediately.

Kees Smit, the Dutch midfielder currently playing for AZ Alkmaar, has received the green light from his club to leave.

Source: AZ Alkmaar will allow 19-year-old Dutch midfielder Kees Smit to leave
Chelsea Sporting directors are doing great jobs lately, they are not formally used to scouting young talents, their main focus is on players that have already established themselves in big clubs, but now, they are putting a lot of effort to continue the chase of young talents, the  players that are yet to be discovered, and these players will be cheaper than the players that is yet to be descoverd.

If Chelsea sign this young talented player, it will be the same thing they did as they signed Estivao, and with little time, Chelsea will be a team of young talented player and they will play really well then more than.

I guess we have a very different opinion of what a key player is because I really don't understand how someone could say that Rodrygo is a key player. He barely plays, he barely scores, younger players have more playing time than him, he's also jeopardizing his spot for the next World Cup because, unless things change, I don't see how he deserves to be called to the Brazilian national team.

Rodrygo should do like Endrick and go somewhere else in January, it would be the best move for him.
Rodrygo will just watch his football live been driven away because he refused to stand his ground and know his worth. Rodrygo can become one of the very best players in Brazil but guess what, he can't because there are more challenges for him to fight and win. First it starts with Rodrygo and the club, this is not the Rodrygo we want to see because winning games are now classified based on the rate of player's performance.

Rodrygo been kept on the bench, this is enough reason to tell the manager that he's not in good shape and have been struggling. Xabi Alonso explicitly exclude Rodrygo from his solid plan this season and it was a golden opportunity for Rodrygo to exit Santiago Bernabéu but what did he do? He didn't push or give any EPL side greenlight and decided to stay in Real Madrid, now look at what he's facing.
Maybe, this will send a message to Rodrygo that he needs to be in a club that will put him among their first choice players and not on the bench. The more he stays on the bench, the more he misses the opportunity to improve his performance. Brazil is a country that people respects when it comes to football but they're losing the rep gradually. Therefore, players on the bench in the club isn't fit to play in Barzil squad because there are younger players who are playing regularly in their club.
I knew Rodrygo wouldn't be part of Brazil's starting eleven because once a player is having less playing time at his club, it will affect his chances of playing matches for his national team because it's assumed the player isn't fit enough to play. Rodrygo brought what is happening to him in his national team because the moment Xabi Alonso made it clear to him that he's not part of his long term plan at Real Madrid, Rodrygo was supposed to submit a transfer request to Real Madrid so that he can join another club where he will be guaranteed regular playing time, which would help him maintain his position in the Brazil team.
You cannot blame Rodrygo too much, Madrid didn't want to sell him despite Alonso's outburst, if they had the intention to sell him, his release clause would have been reduced from that supposed 90M£ as alleged. Liverpool and Manchester city where rumoured to have gone for him, but Madrid beckoned as though they still needed him around and a space would be created for him.

The Brazil national team would be wrong to use that as an excuse not to call him to the national team, it's shows that they are more of eye service than the content the player has, looking at the the number of frontliners Madrid have, they are even struggling on who to put in a match and who to bench.  So giving the credibility of Rodrigo and what he can offer a team, he should have been called ON for national duty. If I am in his shoes and I later get regular playing either with Madrid or some other clubs, trust me I won't answer the national call if i am called upon.
Even though Real Madrid never wants to sell Rodrygo, I am blaming Rodrygo for what is happening to him this season because he knows if he doesn't have regular playing time at Real Madrid, his chances of playing for Brazile will be slim, and yet he chooses to remain at Real Madrid without pushing for an exit. When the summer transfer window was open. Don't see Brazil head coach as a bad coach with the way he's treating Rodrygo because it is normal if a player isn't having a regular playing time at his club; it will affect his playing time for his national team.

Interesting news. Karim Adeyemi is a really good talent honestly. He is still only 23 years old. His market value is 60 million euros now but I wonder how much Dortmund would demand for him...

Kovac didn't give him much of a playing time in their last 2 Bundesliga games interestingly. I didn't see any injury situation either. Maybe there is a problem or just to rest after a Champions League week?

If Arsenal and Manchester United both enter the race I think Arteta would win it.
Karim Adeyemi will be good addition to the attacking options of any club he moves to. He’s fast and a good shot. Karim Adeyemi has been linked to Manchester United and I’m yet to see any indication that Arsenal are interested in the player but in any case I think Karim Adeyemi is a better fit for Manchester United than the Gunners because of his personality.

He is an excellent player and would make a good contribution to whatever club he decides to play for, although Manchester United and Dortmund have always been a good market deal when the both teams decide and finalize on a deal especially with Dortmund being on selling end, that being said, adeyemi might decides to go for arsenal because of the particular reason of maybe champions league football and this particular feature might make united lose out on some key players.

Chelsea signing young talents is not automatically the same as building a successful squad and that is where your comparison misses the full picture.Young talent strategy only works when the environment is stable

Chelsea’s biggest issue in recent years has not been the quality of their signings.
It has been Constant managerial changes, inconsistent tactical identity

They think clustering potential Stars will actually guarantee them success 😂😂😂😂

Just ask Barcelona. La Masia produces top talents, but only structured clubs turn them into world-class players.

One other thing you have forgotten is that Kees Smit is not another Estêvão scenario
You mentioned Estêvão, but Kees Smit is a different profile entirely

While Estêvão is a flair winger with high creativity

Smit is a tempo-controlling midfielder who thrives in structured systems

Estêvão is a long-term project

Smit is almost first-team ready

If Chelsea signs Smit, the question won’t be talent.
It will be whether the club provides the tactical environment he needs to grow  something they’ve struggled with recently and they are still struggling with 😂

If Chelsea signs Smit without fixing structural issues, he risks becoming “another talent on the bench” rather than a breakout star.

Adeyemi is more likely to go to Arsenal because it is a more promising club than MU. Arsenal have a problem with right-wingers due to Reiss Nelson being prone to injury and not as fast as Adeyemi to destroy the right wing. But, when MU gives offers too much cash and a more intense playing agreement to Adeyemi, I think there will be a new agreement that makes the Agent give recommendations to Old Trafford. Many clubs are interested in him because he has scored 3 goals and 3 assists in 14 matches, so it is normal that many clubs are interested.

Adeyemi is a good player with skills and pace but he need to learn how to always put the ball at the back of the net, his finishing is not that good. If the manager Kovac isn't seeing him as a good tool to make the squad complete and stronger then he might be thinking of letting the player go and even at that we all know how weak Dortmund is whenever they face a stronger side even with the good players they have it will always be against them, so it will be better if Adeyemi move out.
Again, Man UTD have always have this habit of chasing same player any of the EPL side are going for and I agree with you that Arteta will be on top in this battle to get this player because of the champions league games Arsenal are playing, it will be best for the Red Devils to show more working to attract players to join them if not it will be decline till the end of this season.

Adeyemi has shown his quality in many matches. Even in defeats, he's had the opportunity to showcase his individual talents. He's a truly talented player, and Borussia Dortmund are lucky to have him. Of course, he needs to move to a bigger club now, and I think Manchester United has the advantage. If Manchester United can sign him, they won't have any problems on the wings.

The winter transfer window opening one month later but not any club linked for signing Rodrygo, last season many team interested to sign him like Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur all offering rejected by Rodrygo its self. Now he has take decision if want secure one place at Brazil team playing World Cup 2026 he must get more minutes playing with the club by leaving Real Madrid.
He's a great player, and perhaps no team has specifically approached him for negotiations yet. However, I'm sure several teams will make offers when the transfer window reopens. Arsenal and Tottenham could re-submit bids for Real Madrid, as they may still need Rodrygo to bolster their attack, even though the transfer fee could be quite high for both teams. Furthermore, both teams have already spent significant money on players in the previous transfer window.

The situation within the Real Madrid squad appears to be tense, as in addition to Rodrygo, Hendrick has also asked management to loan him out to another team to get playing time, as they believe this could affect his chances for the national team. If some teams can take advantage of this situation, perhaps the two players will be willing to leave because after all, a career in the national team is the goal of most players today.

Rodrygo is not the problem and the current situation with Xabi has nothing to do with his performance it's just the manager personal preference - he doesn't rate Rogrygo and he's not part of his project. At least he was honest about it.

He has done his part for the Madrid side but he needs to accept his fate and make a move this January to save his Brazil World cup hopes. Of course by accepting a huge pay cut to make it possible.
Rodrygo is in pretty good shape, he knows what he wants but what happened to him? He's a patriotic player for Real Madrid, he's unwilling to move to any club last summer because he believed he could fight for his place in the Madrid team but unluckily for him, Xabi Alonso doesn't find him competitive and competent to handle a role in his starting XI. Most of the time, he starts the Brazilian from the bench and that's not helping matters for the player. This is my kind advice to Rodrygo, leave Santiago Bernabéu and move to a more better team where his presence will be highly valued.
I also think the Brazilian player should leave Real Madrid. He's not being valued as much as he deserves. I don't know what Real Madrid's plans are for Rodrygo, but I think the player should seriously consider a Premier League opportunity. The Brazilian is undoubtedly talented, but we all see that he's frustrated waiting for a chance on the bench at Real Madrid. He needs to make a transfer to revitalize his career.

Making the choice to leave Real Madrid will certainly be difficult because most players want to play there, but for Rodrygo, getting regular playing time is crucial because it can influence the coach's decisions regarding the Brazilian national team. If he doesn't get regular playing time at Real Madrid, then it's appropriate for Rodrygo to look elsewhere. He has the quality and it won't be difficult for him to find a club that can guarantee him regular playing time. Perhaps the Premier League would be a good place for him, although most Brazilian players haven't had as much success in that league as some of their predecessors.

Liverpool can only wishes from afar as it stands because Bayern Munich wouldn't even entertain any offers for this player that has been nothing short but outstanding since the beginning of the season till now.
I know that some folks will say that every player has their price, that's true, but not when a club is not willing to do any deal on such player. The only way for olise to Liverpool will ever work out as it stands now is for olise to push for a move and hands in a transfer request, which I believe that it's very much unlikely, only that way Bayern Munich will be compel to listen to offers, which will definitely go above 100 million pounds before any deal will ever take place.

It's too late for them to sign him, they should sign him when he was still in Crystal Palace.

Liverpool have to think before spend much money, just like they did with Isak and Wirtz.

Making the choice to leave Real Madrid will certainly be difficult because most players want to play there, but for Rodrygo, getting regular playing time is crucial because it can influence the coach's decisions regarding the Brazilian national team.
Rodrygo isn't even a second choice, but he's a third choice by Xabi.

Xabi prioritizing Mastantuono over him, he only play after Diaz, Vinicius or Mastantuono are on bench. It's a big decision to leave Real Madrid, but he's still 24 years old, probably he will join Atletico Madrid because other top teams already have their own strikers. Or maybe move to Liverpool to replace Salah.

Liverpool already overpaid Wirtz who being so clueless in EPL. Who knows they will also do the same to the Olise, which is gonna be their long term talent. They have spent like 300m for three players, it's possible to send another 130m++ offer for Olise when they urgently need Salah's regen.  Cheesy

If they act in such a way and spend such a huge amount of money on olise, that mean that they have not learn from their mistakes. It's true that olise is a proven English premier league talent, but that doesn't mean Liverpool should spend such an amount of money on him now that they are still feeling the effects of what they spent on wirtz and isak. Those players will definitely comes good at a point for this Liverpool team, what they just need is time to get used to their new surroundings.

From what I noticed, these big contracts players mostly aren't successful in the first months of joining the new team and the time required for their adaptation could take up to a season depending from many things including how competitive the league is for example.
Liverpool might get better after this mid season or at worst by next season. Until then, keep adding players will not be beneficial for the team right now because it means another strategy and timing for adaptation. They need to focus on making the actual team more dynamic and efficient. They have enough players already to do that.

Liverpool as a club is frustrated and at the same time are confused and disappointed in the summer signing. They have added no impact to the squad instead they are getting worse than last season, their performance is not encouraging at all. But with time they will achieve their aim, the premier League is very hard to play, we have seen many talented players coming to the English premier League and didn't end well.  Wirtz is not a special case, the system of play in premier League is different from German league, with time he will adapt to the system, he's a good player.

I'm just so disappointed in Isak, he's a premier League star striker, he did well in Newcastle, watching him flop in Liverpool is so sad, he hasn't played well as the Isak we used to know. He's performance is affecting the club entirely, Liverpool should not spend any more on Olisa for now, let them build on the players available.

I don’t think there is anything interesting about Arsenal signing Karim Adeyemi, I’m not disputing the fact that he isn’t a good player, he is obviously a very good and smart player, and a good attacker who knows how to control the ball and knows how to finish chances, but I doubt if he is going to get a playing time at Arsenal unless Arsenal will have to sell some of their players, mostly in attack, Arsenal have enough fire power in attack, and it has been evident that they are good and satisfied with their attackers.

Well it will be good for Manchester United to sigh him because he will have more playing time at Manchester United, but I’m thinking, maybe he will want to play Champions League football, and Manchester United aren’t in the Champions League, but Manchester United can afford to sigh him, thy are obviously a very good team and they knows what they are doing with this players they are looking to sigh.

I've heard a plan by Liverpool to revive their interest toward Olise as Salah's replacement. I remember back a few years ago they have interest in signed him, but don't understand why they didn't do that. Salah is old, and there must be a backup for him.
I thought that it would be so good if they signed Olise, but they didn't and now, they come in just after Olise's price gets inflated. At this point their sporting director deserve the sack.

If they were smart enough, they would have a long term plan. I think it's too late in signing Olise who is now one of player with most created chances.
I'm wondering you guys opinion, does Liverpool need to buy him for more than 100m?

I don't think Bayern Munich will let the player go after seeing all he has been doing to make the club go far and he had been more productive than he was at Palace, an outstanding player, the change is just massive. Olise is on another level and playing for one of the finest club in football made him to be who he is now and that amount of getting him should be more than 100m, if it was then when he plays for Crystal Palace getting him should be less than 100m but now Liverpool need to spend more to get him.
As a replacement of Mo, it will be one of the best signings they have made I mean one of the best Slot have made, that's if he's lucky enough to get the signature of the player because these days clubs are ready to spend the highest to get the best players. The Salah of Liverpool is no longer with the Reds, they player they have now is a player who is at his retirement stage and he'll perform less and thats what is happening now, Salah need to leave for Olise to come in.
