Carrick is Manchester united legend and he was Solskjaer assistant from 2018 to 2021 so, he know this team very well but seems the management didn't expect more to Carrick because if this rumour is true Carrick status as the caretaker until this season ended which mean he only handle Manchester united for half season and i am sure the management too won't targetting high goal to him

Ibrahimovic's son is 19 years old, and he is still not that great. He was on the youth team of Milan, not at Milan main team, and now he is moving to Ajax. If he shows any signs of being good there then he still has a chance, but by 1 years old you know if a player is good or not. If he was that good, he would have been worth something already, but he is not and that is why it's hard to beat that.

I have not seen any superstar players son being better than their fathers, all the people who are Supterstars had fathers that were just ok or decent, who has a father that was the best of his era and then kid was best of their era? That probably never happens.

Maybe you are too young to even know who Cesare Maldini was, and he was a great player and then, his son Paolo, became a real legend. Not only for AC Milan but for the football world. I think I wasn't even born when Paolo Maldini debuted in Serie A but I read that many people were saying that he was playing just because he was Cesare's son and then he proved that he was actually way better than his father!

But this is the exception, not the rule. I agree with you that 99% of the time the son(s) are not even close to his father's level. Maybe they are not gifted enough, maybe they feel the pressure, I don't know.

Real Madrid has brought in Alvero Arbeloa for their management seat after the immediate affect. Tomorrow Super Cup were the last opportunity for Xabi Alonso to figure out his future but unfortunately he failed to win the final and that's why Real Madrid have go for another coach Arbelo. This season Xabi Alonso didn't even make any good progress due to some injuries suspect as well as his lack of understanding for player instructions....

Thus far today the Xabi Alonso era has been officially ended with 22 win, 4 draw and 5 defeats. I think it not too bad but still they brought Arbeloa for his job. So Arbeloa will be now their future coach but I don't know he will have a good impact or bad because we didn't see his coaching skill.

For me I would have loved it more if they let Amorim stay and finish what he started and that's taking this players till the end of the campaign but they went on out of desperation to sack him and bring in Carrick now to take charge, I hope they won't start complaining when things ain't going their way. Just yesterday the fans of UTD were busy complaining of being eliminated from the FA Cup while Rashford was busy celebrating with Barcelona and tomorrow the supporters of Manchester United still will say the club is fine? No way.
For me I don't think the manager is the problem, is just to get the right man for the job but who would that be? The owners seem to be the problem for things not to go the way they want and I don't know why I haven't seen much protest from the fans with all these crazy things we have been seeing, at this point I think some players will have to push their way out too.

I think it would be more appropriate for him to manage for half a season. Because it's more possible for Manchester United to find a good manager in the summer. There are currently reports that Real Madrid have let Xabi go. I think Xabi could be a good option for Manchester United, but of course, the Spanish manager might not want to manage a team right away. I think Manchester United could talk to him if he becomes available at the end of the season. Especially someone like Xabi, who is young and ambitious and wants to advance his career, could be a very valuable asset to Manchester United.

Arbeloa is, in my opinion, a really big surprise. I wonder if Real Madrid will leave him in charge until the end of the season or permanently. Although Xabi Alonso had a long-term contract, he was sent away from Real Madrid due to failures. Therefore, I think the duration of Arbeloa's contract is very important for Real Madrid. The important thing is whether he will bring success to Real Madrid.

That's the beauty of being a coach in sports having long contract durations. What these guys call disappointment when they get fired, can't ever be compared to what a normal human being calls disappointment when they get fired. Alonso walks home with a huge bag of cash exactly because he got fired.

This is very disappointing. I have never been a supporter of a coach who suddenly leaves the club that he's performing well, and go takes another Job. Fine, a lot of people call it "new challenge or seeking for better opportunities", but I see it as a total risk that has a higher chance of backfiring. The media reports was that he left willingly, but I believe every single person who knows Real madrid and Perez too well, knows that there is more to this story than what's being told. A job where pressure comes from both the management and the players, it's certainly difficult to control things.

Same thing happened to Amorim, though his own is far worse because he couldn't even win too many games in the premier league. Everyone wants a bigger opportunity, but when it comes to football, we've seen how what has been built easily shatter just by making a move. Well, now that he's free, I hope he's able to get another job where he can freely do his thing, and the players can as well listen to him without showing their frustrations in the public. Maybe a team that doesn't catch too many attention of the public.

The issue that was previously busy when Madrid lost against Manchester City is happening now where the defeat against Barcelona is used as a moment of dismissal.

This is actually too soon but on the one hand, Madrid has always had great power because they are an unusual club so this condition is clearly happening because Perez will not accept failure.
It's a bit difficult for me to express my opinion on the sacking because regardless of how Xabi is performing at Madrid right now, there is a factor of blame when they failed to make a good run in La Liga and had to lose the final against Barcelona, which is obviously difficult for Perez to let go.

Arbeloa is not a new name in Madrid but to become a coach seems like a lot of pressure for him to deal with considering that being in Madrid is definitely going to be very difficult especially with big expectations.

It's possible Bruno Fernandes could also leave the team. Luis Enrique, if he hasn't had any problems with the management, I think he can stay with the team because he has a career that includes winning the Champions League with Paris Saint-Germain. Furthermore, Paris Saint-Germain means a lot to him now. Therefore, unless there's a serious problem, I think the chances of extending his contract are high. Of course, this is only valid if Luis Enrique doesn't receive a significantly higher salary offer from another team that could confuse him.
