Arbeloa is coming into a very difficult situation and will first have to build trust among the players before anything else. I know a bit about HNL where Branimir Mlacić played. He's a prospect player with strong physicality combined with good football iq. Acquiring him(CB) for 6 millions is a bargain deal. There are two teams he might like to peak one, either the Barcelona or Juventus but if he doesn't like Juventus, AC Milan will be his team but Barcelona will go first for him because they no what Bernardo Silva can do if he is giving the midfielder, right now Barcelona midfield need capable hands. I won't mind to see him at Como, Fabregas is doing a good job by making Como to be one of the teams in Italy that other clubs will be afraid of playing against. Silva not extending his contract with City only says one thing,but is time for him to make way for the younger ones to step in the mix, after all KDB left the side after how many years with the club so Silva can as well do the same. No if he'd move I'll prefer Como like you have right there on the pic, if Napoli can have KDB, Ac Milan can have Modric then why can't Como have Bernardo Silva? He could go to Barcelona but I think they're going to treat him just as they did to Gündoğan, he was suppose to play with everything but they didn't give him more time at the club which made him go back to the Etihad. If Silva moves to Como I believe that dominating force Fabregas is building will be around him especially in that midfield and we know how both guys (Fabregas and Silva) are when they play so it will be Fab on the touch line controlling and Silva on the field of play, that combo will be a good one.
If you talk about the Saudi I think that's another option for him to consider other than joining Barcelona, the money comes first for players on his age range so that will be a better move if you ask me.

Having the best players in the world isn't enough to win the championship; you need team spirit. You can't buy that with money or expensive players. I think they're aware of that, but a world star like Mbappe requires a huge budget, and selling him wouldn't be a good idea.
