I’m not really a fan of their style. These Real Madrid players are way too selfish. Even when a teammate is wide open and has a much better chance, they take a huge risk and shoot themselves. The chance of missing is so high but they do it anyway. Him and Mbappe... It’s greedy. Both him and Mbappe play like they’re the only ones on the pitch.
This is what happens when a club has world class player who are seeking individual glory. Some of these players are more influential than the club that Real Madrid boardd give them more attention. Alvaro Arbeloa might not still have control over these playerss and the problem will perisit. The club would need a coach with high reputation to handle these infleuntial players.

Semenyo looks like the signing of the window so far, he’s only been at Man City for a few days and already scored 2 goals. If it wasn’t tor a ridiculous VAR decision last night he’d have 3 goals.

I really dont know if Pep really has a good eye or the scout really made a good effort in scouting one but you rarely see Manchester City's signing under perform after they switched club. At worst case scenario, they might be benched but those players are still pretty good when they come up the field. I was somehow expecting Semenyo to flop at few early months but he somehow make it clear that he is going to be the first selection

Should really help Man City in the push for the PL title.

I personally still feel that Arsenal is taking this year down

That's absolutely a very accurate observation. Because some players, due to their high egos, have started to harm the team. I don't know if Arbeloa will stay at the helm for long, but he seems to have signaled some changes from the very first game. Although the opponent was a small team, looking at Real Madrid's lineup, it seems like they didn't care about defeat and were sending a message to some players in the team. I hope Arbeloa manages to deal with them.

According to social media reports, Real Madrid made an offer to Jurgen Klopp, but he declined. The reason, he said, is that Alonso's resignation after only six months shows that something isn't right at Real.

If these reports are true, Klopp has made a very accurate observation. Real Madrid currently has a system based on individual players, and unless they solve this, Real Madrid cannot be successful. How successful will Arbeloa be? Or what kind of impact will he have to quickly fix what's going wrong?

Real Madrid cannot be successful unless they get rid of certain players. First and foremost, Mbappe. He left PSG. PSG won the Champions League. PSG tried to succeed by filling the team with stars, but they couldn't.

Because football is a team sport. Individualism brings success only up to a certain point. It won't last long.
If you are suggesting Real Madrid to let go of Mbappe at this point if they want to succeed as a team. Well, that will be last thing on Real Madrid mind to think of because Mbappe performance is not that bad in the team. Infact he's one of the key players, and his contribution in the team is the quite notice.

What the new coach will be aiming for, is how he would make the whole players of Real Madrid to stop the individual playing pattern, to begin to play as team to achieve success(lifting a trophy) by the end of the season

It might sound bold, but the moment Real Madrid gets rid of Mbappe, successful days will come.
He plays excessively selfish football. He thinks more about himself than the team. Along with Vinicius, there's excessive selfishness, and this is harming Real Madrid. They couldn't become a team with Alonso, and they will never succeed with Arbeloa. Alonso resigned because he saw this negative situation.

Barcelona will win the league title again this year. Because Real Madrid won't easily get out of this negative situation. The fact that Alonso resigned despite accumulating more points than Ancelotti and Zidane is a clear indication that something different is happening in the team.

Kylian Mbappé is a very good player, absolutely no one can deny that. However, I agree with you that he plays too selfishly. Since joining Real Madrid, he has wasted too many chances. In many situations, his teammates were in better positions, but Mbappé didn't pass to them. If Kane were in his place, we would probably see a very different Real Madrid. Considering that Vinicius and Bellingham are also extremely selfish, I share similar thoughts that this is a big problem for Real Madrid.

Isn't Mbappe also a key player at PSG and there is no question about his performance, he is good at PSG. I think with what has been proven like this, Madrid management must take decisive action, because if they continue to spoil their players they can lose their reputation as an elite team, after all, if Klopp has said so, what about other coaches? might say the same thing and if it continues which great coach wants to manage Madrid? the progress of the team is not because there are many quality players there but because the coach is able to bridge these quality players into one unit and that will not happen if the players are too selfish and management justifies that action.

Lmfao!! All of as sudden Liverpool are no longer hunting to win the Premier League Competition?! Semenyo has always been good even with Bournemouth. He brings a whole lot of energy and pace into their attacking strength already. I'm certain he'll thrive with and without thus current system and management. Against Manchester United will be another game he will find the back of the net. Manchester United are not all that, hut we will see.

Everton wants En-Nesyri from Fenerbahçe, but they are offering 20 million Euro. Fenerbahçe paid that amount when they bought him from Sevilla. If they accept this offer, they will be sending him away without making a profit on the 28-year-old player. En-Nesyri scored 30 goals last season, but he has fallen behind a bit this year. Half of the season over and he has only scored 8 goals. Despite playing the same number of games, he has scored half as many goals this season. Fenerbahçe could let him go, especially if they are looking to sign a new striker. However, Everton needs to increase their offer slightly.

Bellingham and Vini are big problem for team. they really have too much ego. If they stay, there wont be so much difference after Alonso. Now Real Madrid trying to manage with Arbeloa but it is hard. First sell these two then look at Mbappe. If Mbappe also make trouble, send him away too. Without this, no hope for Madrid.
The reports about Vinicius Junior having issues with Xabi Alonso were widely publicised. Some news outlets also reported that a lot of players want the Spanish coach to leave Real Madrid. Jude Bellingham has refuted the claim that he was part of the problem. He claimed that some of these reports about him are fake. I don't like Mbappe and Vinicius' style of play. Players who don't assist midfielders and defenders when they lose the ball. Alvaro Arbeloa is going to face a hard time dealing with these kinds of players who have more influence than the coach. Real Madrid's management didn't solve the club's problems; they just hired a coach who will manage it.
I also think that Mbappe and Vinicius are the problem and Xabi Alonso is a young coach of course it is difficult to handle these players, now I think Real Madrid management has two options, first sell Mbappe and Vinicius or find an experienced coach who is able to handle Mbappe and Vinicius even though it is difficult there is still a possibility for that and on the other hand the difficult thing to solve this problem is the fact that Mbappe and Vinicius contribute greatly to the team.
Vinicius, Bellingham, Mbappé... Don't you see they all have something in common? The relatively young age. Real Madrid have been purchasing a lot of young players lately, the problem is that now they have no real leaders in the dressing room, just a bunch of spoiled kids who make tens of millions and think they are untouchable. This is the great downside of this type of strategy. Now there is no Ramos, no Modric, no Pepe, no Kroos, no Casemiro, all players with a great experience but also great charisma. I don't think it's a coincidence they all left and all these problems began to show up.

Semenyo looks like the signing of the window so far, he’s only been at Man City for a few days and already scored 2 goals. If it wasn’t tor a ridiculous VAR decision last night he’d have 3 goals. Should really help Man City in the push for the PL title.
He is obviously a good signing, considering that he has been playing in the Premier League, and he understands the Premier League very well, and there is no need for adaptations, and I think there is no pressure on him of a big money signing, because his deal was more of a buyout clause, which was very easy to negotiate considering that he made that decision to move to Manchester City.

I think I would have to watch him playing in the Champions League, that would obviously be a new Environment for him, honestly speaking I’m considering this title race to be over because it already looks like Arsenal is Winning the Premier League this season, unless something extraordinary is going to happen to Arsenal that will eventually make them to loose the Premier League title.

Rumors about Bologna. To strengthen their defense, it is rumored that they have agreed to transfer a 20-year-old young defender. He is Eivind Helland, from SK Brann, and holds Norwegian nationality. His price is estimated to reach €6 million, plus possibly up to €1 million in bonuses. This situation is also due to a new injury suffered by Jhon Lucumi, who is expected to be out for a long time. Helland is quite good because he can play in various positions: center back, right back, and defensive midfielder.

Vinicius, Bellingham, Mbappé... Don't you see they all have something in common? The relatively young age. It has always been in the nature of real Madrid to build a team for the future and that's why you shouldn't be surprised about them now having relatively young players this time. Back in the time of casemiro, Modric, Ramos, Benzema, Bale and all those their fierce team mates, they all came into real Madrid team as young players and spent their useful years in real Madrid. Real Madrid is good at identifying young talents and going for the person because they don't believe in ancient of days players without a proof. We all saw how they closely monitored Kylian Mbappe for many seasons and even luring Mbappe to refuse renewing his contract and also refusing to take PSG conditions until his contract expiration of which it was actually selfish of him, but that's business for you.

Real Madrid is not afraid of releasing any player getting old because they would always make a good signing to replace the person. Both Modric, Ramos and their sets were still very good when they left real Madrid and this still wasn't very noticeable. The only effect is on the discipline level, it's really not topnotch. Now Vinicious Junior, Kylian Mbappe and Jude Bellingham are the light bearers. They have the stage now and once they start aging, real Madrid will lay them off no matter how good they are.

Man, what’s he even supposed to do among all these players? He’s basically just going to be a puppet for the players. He will only do exactly what they tell him to do. Start me this week or i’m feeling a bit winded, sub me out or don't push us too hard in training today. Honestly, I wouldn't even be shocked if they literally draw up the starting.

That would be very sad and pathetic for such thing happening in a team as big as real madrid, because if by any chance something like this is actually happening, they can be trophy less for more than five seasons, no matter how talented their squad is.

My only question to this real madrid president is that, why pulling xabi Alonso out from where he is highly regarded and where he has stability to real madrid if you know that you wouldn't trust his decision making?
Because it makes no sense that when he was still in charge of the club, any of his decisions that resulted to him dropping most of these players will be questioned, as if he doesn't know why the player was drop. With their performance yesterday against Albacete, it's very clear that the problem will persist, but let's watch and see how the hierarchy of real madrid will enjoy this rollercoaster ride he has supported.

Xabi Alonso won't have to deal with spoiled kids anymore. I'm very happy he left Real Madrid. Alonso's philosophy and vision of the game are beyond the comprehension of Real Madrid's spoiled players. Real Madrid needs an autocratic coach, just like Ancelotti. Because you can only manage very good but spoiled players with a firm hand. Otherwise, those capricious players might start managing you. I hope Alonso goes to a new team where he can achieve the same success he had at Leverkusen. His technical and tactical ability is truly exceptional.

Now I understand why Luis Enrique said he was very happy Kylian Mbappe left PSG. He made a statement about the team, always looking out for him to score, reducing the chances of them playing as a team, rather they play to feed only one man the ball. Immediately, Mbappe let PSG know they won the Champions League.

It seems the same thing is happening in Real Madrid. Each player is looking for personal glory. They do not play as a team anymore. They are being selfish to each other.

This is the great downside of this type of strategy.
I think they are no longer young players (Mbappe: 27 years old, Vinicius: 25 years old). Only Bellingham that we can call as a quite young age (22 years old). The average age of Real Madrid players is 26 years, I think it is quite ideal for Real Madrid squad. So, there is nothing wrong with the average ages of the players. The problem lies on the mentality of the players, they are a bit egoistic because they assume they are top players in the world. This can only be overcome with cooperation between the coach and Real Madrid management. Unfortunately, there is a lack of cooperation between Xabi Alonso and Real Madrid management. Real Madrid management is rumored to always defend the players' mistakes.

Well, the lack of leadership of Real Madrid captain is also another problem. I think Xabi chooses the wrong captain. We know the captain is Carvajal who too often sit on the bench. The captain must be the player who regularly play in the main lineup. I think it is better to choose Thibaut Courtois as the captain.

Now there is no Ramos, no Modric, no Pepe, no Kroos, no Casemiro, all players with a great experience but also great charisma. I don't think it's a coincidence they all left and all these problems began to show up.
Their era has been over. In each era, there should charismatic players. It is the task of the coach and team management to determine the player who is most suitable to be the captain of the team.

Silva will definitely leave at the end of the season but there is no way of knowing which team he will go to. I think Barcelona would be a terrible place to go, that team is doing wonderful as it is, and getting ang aging player from city does not work for them, they tried with ilkay and saw what happened.

Reality is that Silva is not at the "best of the best" levels anymore, he isn't player for a team that "may" win UCL, not that City will win, but these are teams that try to win it, and hope they can. Now he is at a level where he should play for UCL group stage and maybe hope for playoff levels, that's Milan, Galatasaray Juventus, Benfica and so forth, those are good levels and he should be fine there.

These three players are indeed young and they have a long journey ahead of them in achieving dreams. However, we see that they are sometimes so selfish that it doesn't benefit the team as a whole. Real Madrid is missing a leader because there isn't a respected player like in the past resulting in a loss of identity and even a sense of disarray. Dani Carvajal may be a worthy leader, but he is prone to injuries, limiting his role on the pitch, making him a less visible leader.

Real Madrid needs major changes, as they are currently losing their identity and even Arbeloa's debut was embarrassing, losing to a lower-division team. This will be a slightly worse season for Real Madrid and if no changes are made, Arbeloa will face the same problems as Xabi Alonso, even though he isn't projected to be a long-term coach.
