Well, I'm sure United's board will never listen to the request, and if, at the end of the day, he returns to Old Trafford, there will be many other clubs willing to offer more to have his signature.

Perhaps his brilliant performance and the rising market value have made Man United regret letting him go to Barcelona at a cheap price. It turns out Amorim's move was wrong; Rashford is performing very well. Reportedly, his market value has also increased significantly, currently estimated at £50 million, nearly double the price agreed upon in the purchase option. If this happens, then Barcelona is very lucky to have loaned Rashford, and reportedly he also does not want to return to Man United because he is very happy in Barcelona.
I was so surprised how rashford readily fell out of love with Amirim immediately he was signed.
I mean, Amorim did not even try rashford for one match to see if he is serious in Manchester United or not. Just from training ground he has already dismissed the guy. Someone are you are expecting much from, you should allow him to perform first before you expect much from him.
As a Manchester United fan, even till now I did not understand the reason why rashford was dismissed by Amorim.
I also read somewhere in the news that rashford said he needed a new challenge, so I did not actually know if it was Amorim's decision, Rashford's decision or the club's own.

Barcelona is a greedy piece of shit. Rashford has done really well since moving to Spain. He has contributed 10 goals and 13 assists so far, despite not being a regular starter. With such a fantastic performance, what's there in paying the £26 million pounds that was agreed upon by both clubs? Which, in my own opinion, is a bargain for a player of his quality. Well, I'm sure United's board will never listen to the request, and if, at the end of the day, he returns to Old Trafford, there will be many other clubs willing to offer more to have his signature.

See it from this angel, Barcelona is actually broke and they do not have money to actually even pay up wages for most of the players many players had to actually reduces their wages for this Barcelona to be able to get registered, see this Rashford is actually worth more than 26 million that was even agreed in the first instance but let’s be real here Barcelona getting to actually pay it is a bargain from the start, then getting to pay way lower than that will be a very good business for them at the end of the day which is even smart business compared to signing Nico Williams.

I do not think Barcelona are actually greedy here rather their trying to milk out from the situation here, there strong hold of why they are now requesting to pay lower is because they see that Manchester United are very eager to actually sell Rashford who sits on a whooping 15 million wages per annum at Manchester United and a sell off will relieve Manchester United of this plus Rashford eagerness to stay at Barcelona. This two things actually is what Barcelona is seriously using for this barging and it’s nothing wrong in the world of business

Just £26M for Rashford, common that is far more than decent for a player like him that is willing to prove himself and help the team.
I was literally thinking that the fee is far more than that, because I still remember that Anthony once had a high fee them. Well, as we all know, Barcelona's financial problems is still very much on ground, and it's not even clear when exactly they will escaping it. But In the case of Rashford, I just feel that they actually don't want the player. Same thing with Joao Cancelo who recently joined them. They're literally getting these players just to address their problem for short term. And I'm not 100%  sure if Manchester United are going to accept him. Maybe it is saudi time already.

I agree that Manchester United is probably feeling bad about setting such low price at the moment that Rashford is once again playing well, but since they will be looking to completely fix up their whole team under INEOS, they might take deal just to get rid of his huge pay.
Even though move to Saudi Arabia is only backup plan in case Barcelona deal fails, for now Rashford is willing to do anything to stay in Europe and make sure he is picked for 2026 World Cup team in England and, so, would think about taking even lower price to join Camp Nou team forever.

Bernardo is gonna leave from City as a free agent. As a city fan, i'm very disappointed if this happen. He's still good and consistent. It would far better if City sends him one year contract extension. However, it's not yet happening. So i guess the chance for him to leave is bigger than stay.
I know it's fine when him leaves caused by Rico is still there as his replacement. However, it's Rico has no intensity like what Bernardo showed. So i think it's gonna be a mistake to let him leave.

Beside that there are some clubs interesting in signing him such as Barca, Juve, Atletico. So he has it will be so easy for him to keep stay at pro scene. However, i'm still hoping City's management keeps him a bit longer.

I suspected Barcelona were going to pull something like this. It’s not surprising given their “financial troubles”. It is obvious that Barcelona are trying to take advantage of the fact that Rashford is happy at Barcelona and Manchester United don’t even want him back despite his impressive performance in the La Liga. If this isn’t handled carefully, we might just see a repeat of what happened with Antony.
That's how Barcelona are able to keep most of the players they seek on loan. Although Barcelona has always been a lovable club because of their past history that's why they are able to attract some of these players. Because of their financial problem a lot of these players agree to pay cut just for the love they have for the club.

Rashford situation at United is bad that's why they are still hesitant to pay the £26 million, they are looking to take advantage of the situation and pay less because United want to offload him as they don't want to keep him anymore. Barcelona should not lose Rashford, he has tried for them even though he is not a regular starter he's still done a lot of for them and has helped them solve the Left Wing issue they've had. Barcelona should not hesitate to finalize the deal, they should do everything possible to sign him then maybe persuade him to accept a pay cut.

I don't see it as a disappointment because Bernado Sylva is declining in form and losing his pace gradually overtime. Most clubs needs very young vibrant and sharp players which is why City wants to part way with him. If Bernado is that good as you put it, big clubs should be going for him now that he's a free agent. However, Bernado has been a lovely player in City and I admire his skills.

I think Rashford will get a chance if he returns to United to play alongside Michael Carrick because he is the type of player who seems to fit Carrick's strategy, and as far as I remember,  they did play together when Carrick was still a player at Man United. There are also rumors that Carrick wants to bring Rashford back,  but whatever the outcome, the decision is now entirely up to Rashford. What I see is that Rashford feels at ease in Barcelona, and there he gets more opportunities than he did at Manchester United,  but I also see that there may be reasons why the transfer failed because Barcelona still seems to want to get Rashford for even less, while Man United has no intention of lowering the price.
Even though if you look at Rashford's performance now 26 million is a very reasonable price when compared to the value that I think for Rashford with his current performance is enough for 40-50 million and this is half the price which is certainly profitable for Baecelona.

But they are currently still bidding at 17-22 million which is actually a little outrageous for a big club like Barcelona.
But it is also a reasonable price for Barcelona because they are now even though they look better financially they still have a lot of problems so they might minimize the price so they will try to bid even though it looks outrageous with Rashford's current situation.
It's back to Manchester United's readiness it seems because they also definitely don't want a condition that continues to lose money for them.

It seems to me that Bernardo has wanted to leave for several seasons already, but each time he ends up staying at City. I think Guardiola also understands how important this player is for the team. As long as he is in good form and doing his job well, I believe he will remain at City. There is still some time before the summer, and I think the way City finish this season will also influence the management’s decision regarding Silva. But it seems to me that it would be a mistake for City to let a player like him leave as a free agent. His market value is still quite high.

Bernardo Silva, a player with a history of success, will be remembered at Manchester City for a long time, just like Ilkay Gündoğan or Kevin De Bruyne. However, sometimes the decisions you make must be the best for the club. Therefore, the possibility of Bernardo Silva leaving the team should be a gain, not a loss, for Manchester City. The players who can replace him should take the team forward. If his absence cannot be filled, allowing him to leave would be a huge mistake.

Maybe, just like with De Bruyne last summer it’s time for him to move to a slower league. I’m sure Man City fans will always remember him fondly.

Like Kevin De Bruyne, Silva was a top-tier player. He helped Manchester City earn numerous points. Manchester City benefited greatly from him, and I'm sure they will help him if he needs to leave. I'm also confident they won't forget his contributions. It's still not entirely certain whether he will leave the team, but I think he will at the end of this season.

There's a difference between being greedy and being able to afford something, in this case I don't think they're greedy since they're having financial crisis and have enough cash to pay for Rashford's huge wage bill if they sign him.
You need to understand that Barcelona are currently under alot of financial restrictions on there journey to balance there books to meet the Laliga's 1:1 financial structure, and you need to know that all the months Rashford stayed in Barcelona, they were the one's paying his full wages
Barca does not have money and yet was ready to pay Bilbao €58 million euros for Nico Williams before the deal failed but cannot pay United £26 million pounds for Rashford... Right? It's okay.

Maybe you guys need to read this.
As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Rashford accepted a 25% salary reduction to facilitate the move. The forward will earn around €5.4 million net per season, an amount that will be fully covered by Barcelona during his loan spell.

According to ABC, Lamine Yamal recently signed a contract extension through 2031, in which he will earn €15 million per season, with bonuses that could raise that figure to €20 million based on performance and titles.

That means Rashford will be earning just a third of Yamal’s base salary, despite being one of Barcelona’s headline signings this summer.

If this isn’t handled carefully, we might just see a repeat of what happened with Antony.
That is Barca's objective but it's not going to happen because Amorim is not in charge any more. The new manager, whether Carrick or whoever takes over may want Rashford back in the team if United does not get the right offer.

Lamine Yamal has the potential of becoming world best player in the next couple of years. I wouldn’t expect Barcelona to put him and Rashford in the same value category.

Nobody at Manchester United wants Rashford back. Even United fans that do not approve of Amorim praise him for getting rid of Rashford.

Sometimes I think he is more important player than Rodri on the pitch because he detects how they should play. He reminds me so much of David Silva as well who played for City. Pep Guardiola has too may good things to say about him.

Maybe a move to Barcelona, they play the same style of football don't they. Adding the world cup to everything he's won will just be perfect. June and July should be deciding factor

Furthermore, Manchester City wants to build a long-term project by bringing in young players. Losing Bernardo Silva will not impact the quality of Manchester City's squad because there are several players who can replace Bernardo Silva's role and position. So, now the question is which team will Bernardo Silva go to? It seems Barcelona will be the leading team to sign Bernardo Silva, especially since he is a free agent. I hope Bernardo Silva joins Barcelona because Bernardo Silva's playing style is very suitable for Barcelona.

I am still very surprised and confused at the same time why the fans of Manchester United would hate Marcos rashford to this extent because if my memory serves me right, he has been a very good player at the club, in the past few seasons, just that he has been made an escape goat for the failings of Manchester United under the leadership of Eric ten hag.
His performance at Barcelona this season shows why I believe that he has been targeted for criticism, when their are so many players at Manchester United that are even worse, but the summer transfer window can be very unpredictable sometimes, because what me might be expecting may not be what may even happen.

Age really doesn't lie and it cannot be denied that Bernardo Silva has passed his prime. Therefore, Man City is not too concerned about the contract, because I think they have their own reasons for choosing to let Silva go (Silva may still be able to play for the next 1-2 years, but that may not be worth the salary that has to be paid). Perhaps this is the same case as Mo Salah last season, where he performed so impressively that Liverpool decided to extend his contract, but this season his performance has declined dramatically, while Liverpool has to spend around £400K per week on his salary.

Barcelona and Juventus are rumoured to be interested with Bernardo Silva, but he may not earn a big paycheck if Silva decides to join any of them. But if he wants a big salary, then Silva must be patient and wait for a proposal from any team in Saudi Arabia.

I mean, the very reason he had to be sacked was because Manchester United were not performing well, the players were not themselves. no?
As soon as Michael Carrick took over, Manchester United has been in a much better shape. You can convince me that that was Ruben Amorim's work. Where was the better spirit of fighting and togetherness when he was still in charge?

Maybe players like Rashford could resurrect under Carrick. You can never know.
This is more about happiness and not about talent. Rashford is not that young anymore, while he is not old, he is not young anymore and he is playing a great game at Barcelona and loved there and can do his best there. So Barcelona wants him, and he wants to stay at Barcelona, all is looking good.

So if United ends up asking an unreal amount, like an amount that is unrealistic to a point where nobody would buy Rashford for that much, he would be forced go back to United, and even if he does well, he would rather be not there.

Yes Bernardo does look like he has lost his good ability that's why Man City no longer trusts this player and is reluctant to extend his contract even though his departure may leave a loss because he left as a free transfer player, no club wants to buy him right now or maybe after he leaves Man City there will be some clubs waiting to recruit him because maybe some clubs may be interested in this player but are reluctant to spend money but want to try him out first to see his abilities.
