I’m seeing rumours that Mourinho could return to Real Madrid this summer, what do you think about that guys?

It’s been a really bad season for a team of Real’s stature, maybe getting Mourinho back wouldn’t be a bad thing. They really do need a firm hand with an appetite for discipline.
Mourinho is a great coach, and he proved it in his first spell at Real Madrid by winning numerous trophies. However, I doubt Mourinho will want to return to Real Madrid, especially next season, as he is still under contract with Benfica.

Real Madrid have endured two poor seasons, failing to win a trophy for two consecutive seasons. Real Madrid definitely needs a great coach next season, and I hope they bring in Klopp. Klopp is currently unemployed, and he is the perfect fit to coach Real Madrid and restore their glory days.
Mourinho return to Madrid is highly doubtful. Perhaps the media has run out of coaching candidates capable of handling the Madrid players, which is why Mourinho name is being mentioned again. As of now, Madrid has not confirmed a replacement or plans to sack Arbeloa. Just wait until the season is over, and we'll find out what Perez plans to salvage the team from setback.

Jurgen Klopp has also been linked, but in this case, Madrid won't approach him unless he offers himself the job. That's what I understand so far as the reason behind the lack of clarity surrounding Jurgen Klopp interest in coaching Madrid.

Yeah, Jose Mourinho doesn’t do too well long term so it does make sense to let him go after 5 years. There is a huge possibility of Mourinho succeeding at Newcastle, they got the money to spend on the players he may want and also he has a good relationship with the club’s hierarchy. Personally I’d like to see him again in the premier league, everyone seem to have gone soft. I kinda enjoy the drama he brings on and off the pitch.

To begin with, Klopp isn’t out of work right now. He has an agreement with Red Bull, where he oversees multiple clubs and their structures. So I think he already has a very strong position with excellent contract conditions. I also believe he wouldn’t turn down the chance to become Real Madrid’s head coach, because it’s a great club with a rich history, and managing such a team is a huge honor.

As for Mourinho, I’m sure he would also gladly return to Real Madrid, even though he currently has a contract with Benfica. But the situation here is completely different, I’m convinced that Real would not invite Mourinho back under any circumstances, because he hasn’t achieved any significant success in football for quite a long time. His peak years are clearly behind him.

For a player to have spent this much time with one club shows how loyal and dedicated he has been over the years, calling his decision to leave a dumb one is out of place. Perhaps the player doesn't feel at home any more haven spent so much time at the Etihad, may be it's time to move on or, the club has reached an agreement with the said player to leave at the end of the season.
I believe the player has  had a mutual understanding with the club and that's the most important thing.

Leaving your comfort zone or where you aren't feeling much comfort again is something that is done almost everywhere and every player does, I mean he has proven his loyalty with the club and won everything possible that a player could win with a club so the choice is best meant for him to make and if he feels settled making the move to another club then it's a welcome move and the club fans where he served should respect the decision.
Absolutely true, yet even if a player has achieved so much in his career with a particular outfit, it's doesn't necessarily mean that he should end up in same place because there may be other challenges or opportunities he might be looking up to take on.
Let's take these two players as a case study, (Xabi Alonso and Toni Kroos) these are two men that have previously enjoyed great success with their previous clubs respectively but didn't stop there, but rather had to move to a new club in search of new adventures and glory.

I hope that Mourinho can bring up more dramas this time with Newcastle because that will make the league more interesting. It's a good decision made by Newcastle management to hire him because if he gets what he needs, success is sure for Newcastle. Of course, long-term contract isn't a good one because Mourinho demands will be too high.

Despite Mourinho being under contract with Benfica, if he’s presented with the Madrid’s job, Mourinho will abandon the Benfica job and take the Madrid offer. Earlier this season Mourinho made one statement that he is surprised that young coaches are getting the big jobs in Europe while coaches like them are getting the small jobs. But I don’t think Perez will even consider hiring Mourinho again because his patter of play is somehow outdated. Truth be told if Real Madrid gives Arbeloa time to fix the club, he will be a good manager for the club. But Madrid being an impatient club with managers won’t allow him take the job on permanent basis. If they want Klopp, they should give him an offer that he can’t reject and he will quit his current job.

Garnacho's arrival at Chelsea was expected to bring significant changes, but since Liam Rosenior's arrival, Garnacho has not had enough playing minutes. Garnacho's statistics are also not good; he has not been able to provide a good contribution for Chelsea. There are reports that Garnacho is open to being sold this summer. He came with a price of £40 million. However, his performance does not reflect such a high price. It seems this situation continues at Chelsea with unstable performance.

Source: https://www.goal.com/en/lists/liam-rosenior-has-reservations-about-alejandro-garnacho-chelsea-open-to-selling-ex-man-utd-winger-this-summer/blt01e2fc9282c143d8
Unfortunately at this point we must admit that Garnacho didn't live up to the expectations. When he was 17-18 he looked extremely promising but then he failed at United and he now failed at Chelsea despite being managed by several different coaches. Probably he is not ready yet to be part of a big team, in my opinion he should move a mid-table team, that could be the right dimension for him, for the moment. He is still very young to he has plenty of time to prove himself but right now the should step down a bit.
I wouldn't necessarily say that garnacho has failed at Chelsea because the Chelsea team he is playing in isn't at their best, and even Cole Palmer that is their best player is currently struggling, so that entails that even the best player in that team will perform badly at this period of time,  so garnacho should not be judged too early, until the team started doing well or is being manager by a better manager than this Liam Rosenior that is presently leading the team.

Furthermore, he hasn't played under a manager that have much confidence in him, a manager that will give him confidence and push him to his limit at Chelsea, so until then, we shouldn't just conclude that he is a failure.
Garnacho played under several different managers between Manchester United and Chelsea and yet none of them really believed in him. Is it possible they are all wrong? Sure, but what are the actual probabilities? If you change teams and managers and you never really play then, I'm sorry, you are the problem. And, again, I'm not saying Garnacho is a bad player, I'm just saying that, currently, he's not good enough for a top team.
Garnacho is a good player, but his problem is that he's not patient, he always wants Rosenior to feature him in all Chelsea's matches and anytime Rosenior didn't feature him, he always gets upset, that attitude is what made him not to stay at Manchester United and also be having problems with his coaches. If Garnacho can work on his attitude and learn to respect the decisions of his coach towards him, I believe Garnacho will develop into a great player in the future, but if he fails to work on his attitude, he might ruin his football career, because no coach will want to have a player that's not ready to stay calm when he's not featured in a match.

I'm not against Newcastle United singing a coach in the age bracket of José Mourinho but for them to go for José Mourinho, it's not a good choice for me, and I believe if Newcastle United succeed in bringing José Mourinho, José Mourinho will ruin Newcastle United. If Newcastle United is looking for an experienced and advanced coach, they should sign Carlos Ancelotti, he's a better choice than José Mourinho.

If you don't have a personal issues with Jose Mourinho you won't be seeing him like someone who will not do well in Newcastle United because of his age. Let's look pass his usual dramas and his history in England but you can't take away the good part of him as a very good manager, Newcastle United should sign him and give him the money to sign good players then watch him do his magic for the club. Carlos Ancelotti that you suggested can't leave his current job now I don't think he wants any England job with either.
Actually his history in English football is what made him the Special One. I’m a fan of Mourinho but I get what Mayor of Ogba is saying. Mourinho has not had the best run in recent years and has been sacked from his previous clubs. It would appear that football has changed and his tactics are not as effective as they once were.
Every club looking to recruit a coach will definitely look at developments over the past few years to ensure they don't choose the wrong coach. Many clubs have experienced a decline when recruiting coaches who haven't made any changes in recent years, even though they were once renowned coaches. Each season has a different level of competition, and every coach needs to keep up with the times and also have new ideas, not just relying on old tactics. As far as I know, Jose Mourinho was fired because of his outdated coaching system, so every club looking to recruit him should think carefully.

These rumors resurfaced in the winter when Xabi was replaced and Mourinho personally denied them, saying that this chapter was closed forever and a return to Real was impossible. I don't think his opinion has changed since then. Some people at the club might want him back, but I doubt they'll be able to convince him. Mourinho would be incredibly good right now for this: to come into the club and fire those who aren't ready to give 100%. Clubs sometimes hire temporary turnaround managers under this scheme.

Real Madrid real problem isn't just the coach the club main issue lies in its egotistical players, who often cause trouble. Players' egos are increasingly uncontrollable, dribbling incoherently, even those like Vini who dared to scold teammates as in the Champions League match against Bayern Munich yesterday. Bellingham was the victim. Team cohesion when trailing at a time like yesterday is paramount. Therefore, hopefully, Real Madrid will sell this unmanageable star player. Because no coach can win games if they can't play as a team and in my opinion Albeloa is simply not a good fit for Real Madrid.

Of the many coaches linked with Real Madrid there are Pochettino, Klopp, Zidane, Deschamps and Mourinho. Among them, Deschamps could be immediately recruited by Real Madrid after his World Cup duties, but Zidane is reportedly the man for the French national team, making it impossible for Zidane to manage Real Madrid. Jurgen Klopp is good because he has experience coaching big teams and star players. Mourinho is also good because he managed Real Madrid before but it seems unlikely that Perez will recruit him again. Pochettino, despite having managed several clubs in Europe still has less prestige than the others. Of the four coaches currently rumored to be linked with Madrid the ones with the greatest chances are Klopp and Deschamps who will replace Albeloa. Let's wait and see what decision Perez will make to build a team that can win trophies next season.

There are plenties of good coach available, but why Simeone? If Chelsea is really interesting to assmble a winning squad, then they must get a quality coach. If they're really targeting Simeone, they only try to create a players factory. Simeone has never been good in La Liga. Does he ever won La Liga trophy? yeah he does, but he's not a coach with winning mentality.
So i think it's gonna be a disaster for Chelsea to sign him. I know this is still a rumor, but we have seen how any rumors about the coachlinked to them often became real. So, i think it's possible for this thing to happen, unless Simeone will let his loyalty to his current club gone.

The Mourinho all of know will not want to go back to Real Madrid, aside from what happened between them and Real Betis during the play off, he is man of principle that doesn't accept childish behavior, I have watched him coach Ronaldo and if there is something he likes is orderliness. What most of this childish players in Real Madrid are doing, if he comes into that team, many of them might not even have any time to play if they don't want to behave.

Like what they did with Xabi, I think he is more tolerating than what Mourinho will do them. I'm sure that even the boys will not want him to come. They are going to contemplate about his arrival before they come to that kind of conclusion. I have seen Arbeloa making the news about his replacement, if I'm him I will be happy to exit the club, there was nothing he could do more than what he has done, the man boys can't do more than what he has done.

The game where Benfica won against Real Madrid at the last minute with goalkeepers goal, was the one where Perez probably just hated losing like that, because they could have been top eight if they won that game and failed, while they still won the playoff games against them and got ahead, he probably thought if Mourinho dos that with Benfica, he can do better with Real Madrid.

In reality, for the past 10 years, we have not seen Mourinho do fine anywhere, from United to Tottentham to Roma to Fenerbahce, there were many teams he managed, and sure he won conference league, but lets face it, that alone is not good enough. He is not a Real Madrid level coach anymore, he has been getting worse for a long time and he is still a lot worse right now as well.

All speculations.
Few minutes he is negotiating with Inter Milan,  few minutes he is having a talk with Arsenal. He is solely focused on finishing the season strong with Atletico Madrid. After that,  then we can see talks of where he manages next. The management of Chelsea are jokers, Diego Simeone wouldn't want that  they're not ready for business football rather profit oriented.

Even though it's remaining five years for José Mourinho contract to expire at Benfica, if Real Madrid wants José Mourinho to become their next coach, José Mourinho contract with Benfica won't stop him from saying yes to Real Madrid. José Mourinho still loves Real Madrid, and if he sees an opportunity to coach Real Madrid again he will gladly grab it without thinking twice. But I don't think José Mourinho is in Real Madrid radar as rumours has it that Real Madrid wants Jürgen Klopp as their next coach

I think the likelihood of this transfer happening is quite high - unfortunately, Mourinho is not picky and takes on almost any job, although he could be cherry picking. For Newcastle it will be a 100% upswing because they have fallen too low now.
As for Tottenham, I'm always amused by how Mourinho constantly speaks negatively about them. For some reason, that sacking really stuck in his mind. Just recently, he was saying again that they are losers and that winning are not their style  Grin
Mourinho always brings up things that make us see things, and his articles are always about what he says. He's very thematic about his things. Right now, he has many things going on, like at Roma and Tottenham. I don't know if he has an issue with Real Madrid. Mourinho is really very sensitive; he's very good, but he's extremely meticulous in what he does. His work is impeccable, but wow, he takes everything very seriously. Well, we're used to how Mourinho is.

I am thinking Jose has had his fair share of the stress the Premier League brings and will not be very interested in a job there again at this stage if he has an offer from Spain with Real Madrid.

Don't be shocked he even chooses to remain in Benfica.

I am so much more interested in the players that Arsenal will bring in to replace these ineffective wingers that we have because the club at its current status is bigger than most of them. If Arteta is not going to be sacked, and we know that much of his football style revolves around him playing through the wingers, we need wingers who are deadly in 1v1 situations, wingers who will be a constant threat.

I doubt Real Madrid will be interested in Jose Mourinho. Could you imagine Mourinho and Vinicius Junior on the same team…of course he’s going to bring discipline to the team but with players like Vini who have more power than managers, the relationship is not going to end well.

He one time expressed his desire to return to the Premier League Competition and I won't be surprised if he happens to make the move to Newcastle United if the opportunity arises.
They have the money to get him the players he wants and he has the experience of managing a big side as Newcastle United. There's a news of him being the next Portuguese national team manager immediately after the FIFA World Cup Competition.
