Like in it happened in the time of Abraham if God command me to kill my own children, I will.
In the sense that the Bible said every good and perfect gift comes from God, so the children's comes from him and if he order me to kill them I will cause am very sure at the end of the temptation he will come to rescue me.
God is not the author of bad thing so if he command you to kill your own children he already have an exist door like he did in the time of Abraham by providing the ram for the sacrifice.

I think if it's God's way to test my faith, I would do it. But, I don't think that God would even ask anyone to kill, because that's one of his 10 commandments. It was just like in the bible, God once asked Abraham to kill his own son. It was God's way of testing his faith, but God didn't let it happen just before Abraham did it.

if God ordered me to kill my child, it would be so hard for me to do, I would not have the heart and will not be able to do it, but if that's all God wants from me then I will ask God to take my life, let me which replaces the lives of my children so that they can continue to grow up and become more diligent in worshiping God.

Me, I will not follow God in that time. God do not want us people to kill other because it is against the ten commandments and it is a bad action. I think God is just testing our faith to him if we will follow him. Just remember the scene in the bible wherein he ask to kill the son of the man then he said that he is just testing the faith of the man.

If God commanded me to kill my own child I would still do it no matter how difficult it may be. My reason for choosing faith over loved ones is because God is a being far more superior than me, a human being. I, myself trust God mo matter what he instructs me to do because as a superior being God knows better than any of us.
