Heard about rumors that BTX will be added to Ledger Nano hardware wallet? Is that true or only a "pump" rumor?

half true. it will be added to Trezor with the next firmware update.
on the ledger roadmap i don't see bitcore support, am i missing something? i would like to see bitcore support on ledger device but sadly i don't think it will happen. link to their roadmap is below.
https://trello.com/b/5nQ1mdzt/ledger-roadmap

as I said. no ledger, trezor only.

The dev team was not behind any bots.  They do not control what the community does.

Statement regarding Getadcoin

Dear Bitcore community,

We want to say thank you to all of you that supported us with your votes.
Unfortunatelly BTX was disqualified due to a high number of multi-votes from single IP addresses.

I listened the Bircore podcast with Kevin Basham. The interview was great but I think
listening to your voice Ivo at the beginning could be tired enough
when will be the next podcast/interview? When will joining you tube influencers to BTX community?

The Indonesian Laws recognize the currency (IDR) as the only legal tender. but I heard that could change, as some ICOs has launched a terminal device for payment in crypto

If we add PoS along side PoW it would be nearly impossible for them to 51% attack
Even is PoS gets only 10% of block reward people will stake and protect the network

For about 300 kmd a year any coin can get bitcoin level security from Komodo delayed PoW notarisation, they just did this for GAME which effectively makes GAME coin 51%-proof , BTX devs should look into it now that 51% attacks are the latest craze.

Remember, nobody can outrun a tiger, but as long as you're faster than the other prey you'll survive, and the 51% attack predators are on the hunt now, BTX needs something like kmd notarisation to avoid getting attacked. Just a suggestion.

I wonder about the amount of btx  you will recommend to use as a transaction fee?
What is the minimum value of btx that i can use as a tx fee if i don't wanna wait for a whole eternity to get my coins?

As far as I have known, e Cryptopia exchange interface is not so informative. On other exchanges, the coin appeared even later, so I'm writing from memory, there will be inaccuracies.

I really liked the ideas and philosophy behind Bitcore.  However, the execution is deeply flawed.

The BTC dev team have close to zero merketing skills. They also seem to suffer from lack of self-awareness of their weaknesses. Just because you are good at one thing (here: developing a great crypto coin) does not mean you are good at everything.  Leave the marketing to people who know how to do it.

  • Sorry Ivo, but the team need a front person who is able to communicate eloquently in English and get the key message across without sending the audience to sleep
  • Cooperation with emerging ATM vendors, such as Trilliant, rather than a homebrew approach
  • Getting listed at major exchanges - if that requires a fee, do a fundraise or sell some of the BTX in developers hands
  • Create professional promotional materials, videos, collateral - sorry but a low quality video of a few geeks standing around an ATM speaking in broken English just does not cut it
  • Launch a website for easy conversion of BTX to/from local fiat
  • Promote BTX to the overseas worker community (Filipinos, Mexicans, Indians, etc.) as a means to easily and cheaply remit funds bck home

These are just a few suggestions.

As far as I know, the developers are engaged in creating an official exchange that will be on their website now. At least they talked about this earlier.

BTX marketing and technology, https://www.novaexchange.com/
This exchange has restarted operations. Please contact the exchange. Smiley Wink

BTX personal ideas in the exchange platform coinexchange.io:
Coinexchange.io platform is a very convenient and detailed data platform. BTX coins, BSD coins and BTDX coins have been traded in the BTC trading area of this platform. Can the BTX team consider in-depth cooperation with this platform? Open up the BTX transaction In the zone, BSD and BTDX will be exchanged directly into the BTX trading area, which will increase the activity of BTX, and at the same time, conduct business verification of BTX's SEGWIT and Lightning Network, and accumulate experiences in promoting BTX trading areas on other platforms.
