I never really used Nova but it is good to have them back in business. No listings costs as well I think as BTX was already there before their hiatus.

ideas for preventing 51% attack I don't know if the dev team has already looked into this, but this might be an option. I recently read this article about a coin called SUQA : https://medium.com/@suqa/important-announcement-1a5f491b66b6 . In the article they state : "On November 20th 2018, Cryptopia denied listing SUQA on the basis of SUQA blockchain being susceptible to 51% attacks...everyone has to face at some point in crypto is that 51% attacks are REAL and it can easily disrupt a blockchain and devalue its currency. Since Cryptopia wallets already got hacked 3 times, we have to step in...We’ve established a partnership with Komodo in order to prevent such attacks using their state of the art Delayed Proof of Work (DPoW) cryptocurrency consensus mechanism. We are also preparing an in depth article explaining what a 51% attack is, and how SUQA is prepared to prevent one." The article was published 3 days ago, on December 7th. The Bitcore team has already interacted with Komodo before, because that's the blockchain to which BTX made their first atomic swap transaction : https://twitter.com/Bitcore_BTX/status/994010991578017792this might be an option to look into.

I was about to suggest that myself. Delayed Proof of Work (DPoW) has recently been integrated in EMC2 after it had suffered several 51% attacks, and now EMC2 is considered to be a safe coin and it has been removed from this site https://www.crypto51.app/BTX should consider going the same way.

Soon? I am also interested in this question. BTXM would be the hallmark of this coin, which would certainly give it strength. I would like to hear the opinion of the team.

This is very strange, sudden dev disappeared along with the blokirnya's withdrawal. Where the actual goings dev? whether they are preparing something? I hope it is something good.
Yes, it was stated in the official news channel, you can check. In the same news it was told about new team members. are you talking about, these sudden activities were caused by new team members and the disappearance of an old team member? mind to tell me, where is the link to their official news channel? did not see such a thing on their social media : https://twitter.com/Bitcore_BTXyou can see the announcement on twitter here : https://twitter.com/Bitcore_BTX/status/1063157553536876549which in turn links to : https://bitcore.cc/meet-our-newest-team-members/ (for more information) the link above can also be found by scanning this other official news channel : https://bitcore.cc/news-2/the new team members are listed at the beginning of the article. the team members which have left (Steve and Thomas, who are now described as advisors) are mentioned at the end of the article.

I am not a member of the team; however limxdev is, and in this post ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1883902.msg48427001#msg48427001 ) he mentions that Ivo is in charge of the BTXM part and he gives Ivo's telegram address. if Ivo takes a while to respond to this bitcointalk thread, which wouldn't surprise me since as a software developer i can tell you that they've got a billion things going on at once and can find it hard to keep up with all the forums, then you might try contacting him directly, and then relaying any results back to this thread so that we can all keep abreast of any news or delays or whatnot.

Ivo Answered this very question in Telegram a few hours ago. People should do 5 minutes of work per day for their investments.

People should do 5 minutes of work per day for their investments. cool. i totally agree about the 5 minutes of work per day for their investments. i believe that if every one did just a little bit a day to support the coins they have invested in, it can make a difference. i never check Telegram though - their two-factor authentication scheme causes me problems, but my understanding is that Telegram is the place to go to for direct contact with the devs. For myself, i prefer using bitcointalk and reddit, because i am more interested in keeping audience participation or whatever you want to call it up for the coin in a way that involves the devs the least amount possible, so that they can spend that time on what they are good at - development.

You should do more on your phone - I have no issues like that with telegram.

using bitcore graphic as advertisement I've recently started a book on cryptocurrencies, and I decided to create a 'donation' page in the book with my bitcore address and a bitcore graphic above it. This serves a double purpose : to receive extra income, but also to advertise Bitcore. Since the intended audience of the book consists of investors of newly tradeable cryptocurrencies who want to research those coins, I figure that having the bitcore logo on the donation page would make them wonder "well, what cryptocurrency is that? furthermore, since the author prefers to receive donations using that currency, maybe there is something to it." and hopefully those thoughts would lead them to also investigate BTX. I plan on coming out with a new book every month (publishing it in stages, covering the currencies as they get accepted onto coinmarketcap during that month) with the donation page in each book, so that the number of investors who become aware of BTX increases over time - assuming of course that the book doesn't flop, which is always a possibility, as I am not exactly a famous author. Anyways, I mention it here to plant the idea of creating such a donation page for any other authors or budding authors out there who plan to write books about crypto or their experiences with it. The way I made the page was by following these steps : - go here : https://bitcore.cc/resources/eco-system-2/ , and scroll all the way down to the bottom. You will see some "press kit" stuff that you can download. I downloaded "Bitcore Press Basic."
- within that zip, I used this graphic : BitcoreLogoPortailFlat1000x673px.png. note the title helpfully tells you the number of pixels in the horizontal and vertical direction, in case you are not sure how to determine that info from your operating system
- I am writing my book in html format before converting to pdf. This allows me to scale the image to fit on the page. After some experimenting with the page size I wanted, I ended up scaling it by making an image tag, referencing the image, and giving it a css class name. Then in the css file I defined the class like this : .image1000_673 { display: block; width: 550px; height: 370.15px; margin: auto} . I got this by taking the width that I wanted (550 px), then getting the aspect ratio by dividing it by the image size (i.e. 550 / 1000 ), then multiplying the vertical size (673) by that ratio to get the value 370.15 for the height. Then I converted the html to pdf.
If you want to see what the donation page looks like, you can see it for free here : https://leanpub.com/coinspectre_2018_12 (click on "read free sample"). Let me know if you have suggestions on how to make it look better. Again, I recommend that others out there do similar things if you are putting content out on the web, as every little bit of advertising for BTX can help its adoption rate.

Yes, I just tested the link on page one and it leads to the current wallet 0.15.2.0. This version should currently be used.
