What is the best exchange to use for trading Bitcore now that Cryptopia is down? Are there any reputable and high volume exchanges we can use?
Exrates ( https://exrates.me ) is the one with most BTX volume at the moment but don't know much about their reputation. Anyway you can check here exchanges where BTX are traded at the moment : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcore/#marketsHope this helps. Yes, exrates has the most volume for the meantime. Do we have some news or rumors that Bitcore will be listed to another reputable exchange? There's also hitbtc but of course mostly don't want to trade there so volume's kinda low and a lot of complains with their operations and withdrawals. I am using HitBTC for 3 months and I did not get troubles. The exchange has improved the quality of services. For another big exchange, Bitcore needs a better valua of the coin ^^'... You can find the audit of the Bitcore Team fund on Discord in the section "Fundraising Platform".

It may be useful for BTX to consider listing on a new exchange SonoX: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2105778.msg49871204#msg49871204SonoX is now offering projects to sign up for another listing vote! Top 5 coins on this vote will be listed for free on SonoX right after the vote is complete. We ask users who have an interest in other projects to list them on the vote. Feel free to tell other old and new projects about the new listing vote on SonoX. Apply here: https://goo.gl/forms/5JThj5Dl2aHQaAQ83In the exchange, the team gives three kinds of listing: 1) Basic Listing: $200 worth of SONO 2) Prioritized Listing: $500 worth of SONO 3) Express Listing: $1000 worth of SONO Additionally, there are maintenance fee for wallet upgrade, and additional upgrade fees (visit the blog for more details)

good luck trying to sell anything on there. last time i checked the buy wall holding up the price was 0.0002 cents. all of the trades are fake. I also noticed recently there are new exchanges that just draw volumes. Therefore, it is not surprising that any unknown coin can suddenly fly. But in most cases, when these new coins are traded only on their pocket exchanges, if you want to sell it back, it turns out that something does not work or there are any trading restrictions. So an attempt to make money on speculation in such coins is an extremely dangerous idea..

I think he just wanted to be polite. It's obvious that it's fake volume.

__________________________________________________________ | __ | BITCORE BTX Integrated into Cointopay The number of businesses that accept payment by crypto currencies is growing by the day. As such, it has become necessary that there be software to help people with online currency transactions. Cointopay is one such software for which people who use electronic currencies are grateful. After BTCPay, PayByte, AtomicPay, Paytomat and Kamoney, Bitcore BTX has been integrated with the Cointopay system for crypto payments. Online stores and services can now accept BTX as payment with Woo Commerce, Shopify, Prestashop, OSCommerce, Magento2x, Zencart, Blesta (see more: https://github.com/Cointopay). But we have more for you. As well as the integration to their payment system, Bitcore will also be available on their exchange (reflextrader.com tradeview BTC_BTX). It is an exciting relationship with the Cointopay service opening up doors for easier payments and transfers, for businesses that wish to use cryptocurrencies as a form of payment from clients and suppliers.

http://btx.elitehash.net/ still is the best paying pool, perhaps miners just don't know about it? This is what Elitehash started with, but the pool was relaunched after the address format change. Being the only miner there is no problem as it's PPS!

Here is a lot of colorful news about Bitcore. But the price doesn't know about it. Moreover BTX HAS NO an exchange with enough liquidity. Exrates exchange with "high" volumes has 10% (!!!) spread and empty buy\sell order book

BTC Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System BTC A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

I think, Bitcore - BTX should be placed on one exchange from the list at least: Binance, Huobi Global, HitBTC, LATOKEN, Bittrex etc.

I read a new complaint about them every day either on reddit or on this forum. Be warned.

So Bittrex, Huobi, Binance? really? I think it's practically impossible at least in that year

How so? So many coins, btx included only had cryptopia as a "decent" exchange. They basically had the rug swept under their feet. I think that's fairly obvious, unless perhaps you haven't been following many of those smaller coins. If by "how so" you mean why do I include btx, well, the discussion a few posts above makes that painfully clear.
