tokens are not issued on the public Ethereum blockchain they're two separate isolated systems.

I think it is better for the team to have maximum cap, $250k is a very low amount and I believe this would be reached quick but the funding will stall after that because nobody wants to be involved in project that is over valued already. Put a maximum cap on this will help your team alot
