I have read the whitepaper(https://patientory.com/patientory_whitepaper.pdf),and found that on page 14:

The founding team will receive a 10% allocation of PTOY, subject to a twelve month holding period. These tokens will serve as longterm incentive
for the Patientory founding team. An additional 20% will be allocated to the Patientory Foundation fund to be used for research and development regarding blockchain technology for healthcare use cases.

I think these information can be useful.
