The tokens are non-transferrable for the time being because an audit is being conducted. I've been told this audit will last from a few days to up to two weeks (there is no exact date yet). We'll release the tokens as soon as the auditors publicly release their audit.

It was raise maximum cap so ico was ended. PTOY distribution will do after dev iish the audit. For exchange they said it will list in bittrex.
