Everyone wants this project to be in bittrex so they can sell at a higher price but let's take into consideration that they need to show some achievement on the project to make it valuable and also bittrex wants to see a big community who support this project but we can stop thinking of it for now as it will just follow.

I suspect that there are also investors going to the startup team because they're selling tokens at a lower price than the initial price, and no investor is willing to go to a loss.
