It would be better if you open up your own scam accusation thread against PlayBitcoinGames as throwing up some accusations without proof is really not good with your image especially you as an untrusted member of the community your reputation won't be good as no one will believe a red tagged member. No, checking cashouts isn't my job. Sometimes they could just take a bit more as the support team has to check them for security reasons, but they always try to send them as soon as possible.

And we recently found a bug in the promo codes which some users were trying to exploit, so that's the reason some cashouts took a bit more than normal lately, as the programmers and support team had to carefully check these accounts/cashouts.
