Yes, as we have told you multiple times, you will receive the cashout if everything is fine with your account.
We have had many cases of exploits in the past, which made us lose money, so we have to be extra careful and check every case.
Again, please be patient, these cases usually could take up to 7 days. If you didn't do anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.
Is this case resolved already? As I can see its been more than 7 days since the OP posted his complaint.
Previously there was similar issue as well, came from a user TheChin0s but both you and the sure give no update about the issue.
If you have resolved all (hopefully), better to give an update in this thread as it can be seen as unresolved issues that may affect your business.
Coming up to the possible exploits that you have experienced in the past and you are still worrying about it, dont you think that it is better for your dev to check all your games to minimize the risk of exploits?
