finally got the tracking on my three cubes they are scheduled for a wed delivery cant wait to hook em up
Have you hooked them up? Can't wait until they're in stock again and I can get my hands on some, the ROI is amazing on them. yeah I got them connected they are great getting good returns on miningooolhub use very low power and run cool eveb in my hot house both mine at 310 to 315 on any algo do you mind specifying what good returns are? thanks Plug the numbers into a mining calculator. The amount of money you can make if you buy these things is ridiculous. I have two, they make 8-9 dollars a day, I wouldn't call that ridiculous lol If anyone's curious I go over the cubes in this video and showcase my early results, I've been mining on prohashing because this is a simple way for me to amass doge & dash at the same time https://youtu.be/47a4CDeFjqQWell that's just one miner, but the ROI is still good at ~100 days. If you were to invest $10,000 in these you'd net $2500 a month, which is ridiculous for that little amount of money and time invested.

Yeah ROI will only go down on these the key is the use barely NO power , i could run 100 of these an pay only 1k a month in power thats insane I was going to sell another one but I love the units so much Im keeping them and buying a couple of quads when the have stock next

could u tell me how many chips are in the baikal cube, it should be in the net interface
Nine chips. do you know which chips they are? ... im curious as to what fpga / asic chips they use ... any one pulled a miner apart to see? ... only reason im asking is because of the cooling system - and the heat watt dissipation ... knowing the make and model of the chips can give us all the specs we need ... working on a better cooling system - and require all this info we cant seem to find anywhere ... not even in the reviews ... #crysx

But if they are by chance FPGA then there will be something out there. We don't know anything about them and no one has dissected one yet. My first theory is that they are fpga. My second theory is that they are asics that some hardware student designed in grad school in china and was able to get them on a tape out of a research wafer. When i was in grad school for hardware/circuit design, we were allowed to piggy back on unused wafer space for IBM and TSMC. It was something that was free for universities. for research only.

Could anyone please direct me to a guide for allowing remote access to my baikal quad over the internet? I'm going away for 3 months in June for work and there is no way my girlfriend is going to be able to do anything for troubleshooting but hard power cycle it
Also, when I want to manually change pools, I have to change the pool priority on the http setup page, and then execute a hard power restart for it to change pools. Is this for anyone else?

You can download Teamviewer and remotely access it, that's what i'm doing right now too. I don't have to do a hard restart to change pools.

Only buy asics that you can recieve at your doorstep straight off are worth it else cancel it. I have been in the asic boat twice and both ended badly. 1 x cloud and 1 x machine bfl labs you know it. X3 got canceled.
Also those companys mine themselves to or even use them temporary for them selfs before selling them to you. I have seen this happen way to much times. If you want to buy asic buy that ships straight away.
Last tip: If you can recieve them invest bigger so buy like 4-6+ machines and resell just before end will make you the most money.

So far, the trick seems to find the miners in the first place. Been trying for months, but no luck yet. Almost had one bought about a month ago, but missed the payment deadline by 1 day. Had to eat the wire transfer fee ($60).

I do the same, and have remote switchable power switches to boot. It's pretty simple to utilize a VPN, most modern consumer ISP routers include that functionality out of the box. TrX

LOL. You could always buy them at a 200% markup on aliexpress Whats funny is that even when buying them at twice their retail value, they pull in about the same ROI as Bitmain Antminers, haha
