Devs, please update us ASAP on how can we recover our ETH if we were on the whitelist. It is almost 24 hours since the ICO and that option is not active yet. It is matter of simple contract.

Just give back the white list their eth. This is unfair that we need to pay for hacker damages.

This is really worrying they haven't set up the whitelist refund contract by now. Are they stupid and do not understand the longer they wait the more they will loose? Seriously, setting up refund contract immediately would make maybe like 5% of people use it. Setting it within a week would make more like 30% or more use it. WTF devs, you are not responding to any messages in situation like this and you are basically ignoring the one right thing that should be done here - setting the whitelist reimbursemnt contract!

Do they even have a social media person there? Coindash, wake the fuck up! Set up the whitelist refund contract for those who want out and continue the journey with the rest. This must be one of the worst handled crisis situations in crypto ever. Is it so difficult to set a date/method for white list refund and post it here ASAP and stop this madness?

Ram said on Slack as "Guys we really believe that refunding all the ETH and distribute all the tokens right away will end up in you loosing your contributions. We have a tons of support and help from our advisors at the moment and we are coming with a recovery plan to try and make things right. there are a lot of parameters and interests to be dealt with here so we want to avoid saying anything now that will not happen eventually. We will keep you updated"
I don't think we will get refund guys. Whitelist or correct address are nothing. What a shame on this team.

It's not fucking rocket science lol. let me get in the driving seat if you're incapable of sorting this out.
1) Get your shitty little community managers to be active in times like these. Social media, blogs, aswell as forums. Investors need reassurance, our questions answered, and quite frankly your community team need to do their work.
2) Set up a smart contract where whitelist participants send their CDT tokens to get their ETH back. After all, it's their ETH, so give them the option and provide it to the rightful owners. It's only fair in this sort of situation.
3) BURN all CDT tokens that have been refunded.
4) Minimise your dev fund, and provide extra bonuses to those who sent it to the fake address. With the extra bonus aswell as the burning of the tokens, this will help weight out the negatives and hopefully provide a stable, if not, profitable outcome for those holding CDT.
5) Fire your security team.
6) Stop being so greedy and listen to your community, without your investors you'd be nothing.
-- You want to re-gain trust? Stop holding innocent peoples ETH and do the bullet points listed and work from there.
SIMPLE.
QUOTE THIS IF YOU AGREE.

I agree with most of the above stated points. But it's kinda too late for them to regain trust from the community atleast not going to happen for the rest of their lives for the damage incurred.

Because I'm fed up of fucking scammers. I'm a big investor in ETH and situations like this only hurt the concept of ETH aswell as crypto.

We understand that at current state for must of you, your support and trust in us are practically not existing. All we can do now is try and gain that trust back again and we will do our best efforts to achieve that. Please understand that this is not a simple case as many got hurt in different ways. We currently don't believe that handing refunds to some while others get nothing is the right thing to do. We need more time, we understand this is something difficult to hear right now but we still don't want to rush things now and regret later on.
One last point, there have been many malicious accusations here, we are all taking the blame and understand your frustration and just want to point out that we are unite and in this together. None of the team acted at any point at his own and thus should not be blamed for the entire misfortunate events.

Stupid devs! You should do exactly as this user says and then hire him as your new PR person. In times Like this they are ignoring the community? And the whitelist reimbursement token should be already set up! Move your asses!

And I don't get one more thing here why segregate the ones who sent the eth to wrong aka hackers wallet address from the ones who sent to the right aka the Dev's address as a blacklist and whitelist??? What's going on here?? So it means as if those sent to hackers address don't mean anything to them at all??? WTF? Here I really think you(investors/donors) may have overestimated cd's integrity .... Hmm... That calls for breach of trust and agreement in itself!

The bounty thread it full of people asking what has happened to the bounty campaign. I realise this is a minor problem for the devs now but I think they should invest 1 minute of their precious time to tell bounty hunters what's up now with their deserved bounties.

If you feel that paying out or reimbursing the whitelist will "hurt" the "blacklist" then do them a favour and dig deep into your pockets and scavenge what's left of your pathetic financial balance and start paying them by the minute! Ya incompetent dipshits!

If you are trying to imply that you will not be providing a contract to refund the white list investors that want a refund you are basically stealing their money.
Stop fucking around. Give money back to the people that sent it to you through the white list. And then take care about the ones who send their ETH to the hacker without even checking that they were sending to wallet address and not to contract adress.
SET UP THE FUCKING WHITE LIST REFUND CONTRACT NOW! YOU ARE ONLY MAKING IT WORSE - THE LATER YOU DO IT, THE MORE PEOPLE WILL DECIDE TO USE IT
REFUND THE WHITE LIST NOW AS THE COMMUNITY DEMANDS!
