I was not part of the white list. I can send you my e-mail and address as a proof. I have sent to the hacker and I am still waiting for the CDT. But I understood (as many others probably did!) that people on the white list should have the option to refund for the good sake of the project! By not allowing this you are simply losing any credibility left and making the situation worse for everyone, even those of us who sent to the hacker. Act accordingly, let them get refunded if they want to and proceed from there with the funds left (couple of million dollars should be enough!) and the regained trust.

You're incompetent to secure your website.

The people who sent it to the fake/hacker address are not being left on their mercy at all. If you actually open your eyes you will see there have been multiple options for you to consider regarding this.

- Provide the option to whitelist participants for ETH refund, since you have their fucking ETH! (If you provide the second option, then this option wouldn't be used as much)
- Burn either all tokens that have been refunded OR burn Half and use the other as rewards for those who sent it to the hacker address OR use all the tokens from the refund to distribute to those who sent to hacker.
- Or maybe host another token sale to get the supporters you need, rather than the current ones that have lost trust in you. (After the ETH refund of course).


Devs you really do have a bad background project development in terms of scams and hacks... and with this happening it's honestly not looking good at all. You supposedly scammed many in getgems aswell as paykey, as that's what alot have been saying and linking threads too.   

My friend was involved in this tokensale so I want to help him as much as possible aswell, and all this shit storm is bad for ETH in general since it tarnishes crypto from non-stop news articles relating to how "crypto" is used to scam which it's not!

We can't trust anything from them right now as they said everything without proof without trustworthy reason. I joined the correct address ICO I don't trust this company or this team until they proof themselves. The trading platform that got hacked from the first day of crowdsale is fail company.

They never listen to the community even on BCT,Slack and Telegram they want us to trust them again but most of us can't. The question is why we can't have any option for our money(ETH) ?
