Thanks. And does it matter what kind of computer, GPU and processor you run, or do you just need to be online?
Newbie question. Sorry for that.
It does not matter what kind of GPU you have. You just need to be online and have RAIN in your wallet. More RAIN will mean more weight but with smaller amounts you can get good rewerds. Got 148 RAIN for stacking 5K coins for about 4 days. Bought 10K more today.

Hi, another Newbie here. I've had my laptop on for around 5-10 hours per day for around 10 days. However, my expected reward time has been stuck on '1 day' for about 5 days now. Any idea what im doing wrong, or do i need to be online 24/7 ? Has anyone connected a raspberry pi with Rain instead ?

Look in to your c:\users\your comp name\appData\roaming\Rain There is your wallet.dat file Standard with all coins Thank you very much for your time and answer. @Andrian: You were once a newbie remember? Whoever is a noob doesn't mean he/she is fool, so don't treat him/her this way. I've searched the OP, the official site and I google searched before posting my question. However, thank you for your time too Please, accept my apologies for my... emotional outburst. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Nice to see the community as friendly and helpful as it was when we started! Were keeping the standard here, might be the warmest group in crypto-space ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Sure it's the warmest group in crypto. And the most wet from raining around ☔ ☔ ☔. Attention please: hold your coins guys! Let the price fly 🚀 🚀 🚀

Not so smart from the people who sold off this presious coin ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I bought a lot more on the dip today ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) It will RAIN a lot more on me next time. The rewerds from the free RAIN are realy great!! Some RAIN rewerds are realy big ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) I realy believe RAIN will easy be $50mln market cap coin with a price of $0.6 and with some gopd support I can see a lot more for this coin. Also I love the community real strong support! I love this coin. First time I made effort to subscribe here to join in on a coin community. P.s. It would be great if you can become more actice on Twitter ajd maybe open an official RAIN group on Telegram. If you dont have the time I would gladly help just pm me. I think a lot of people here would gladly help to involve more people in this project. Let it RAIN on us all. I agree my friend, I put some buy orders in not really expecting them to fill but they did as people are dumping trying to bring the price down which is fine with us as we are here to scoop them all up. We are in RAIN for the long term and I'm always happy when I see these dips as it gives me a chance to pick up some more cheap RAIN before we start to see the really potential RAIN has to offer when its over 10k sats.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

can I turn it off and just turn it on once a day to look how much I've been staking?
You'll stake a bit less and you'll require more days overall, but you are still able to get staking rewards in Rain without having the pc open 24/7. Although rain enforces randomized rewards, as an example, I've had the wallet up and running approximately for 26 hours total since the 22nd of August, and on the 25th of August I've gotten a 162.5 POS mined rain. Don't waste electricity, be mindful of your environment. Mining farms already waste plenty of electricity and create plenty of pollution and trash, there's no need for you to waste energy and abuse your PC to stay open and connected 24/7. Thanks. I'm looking at this the same way as you. But, how much do you own? Not exactly like you say. In a greatly simplified form, it might look like this: There are 100 coins with 100% per annum - turn on once a year and get another 100 coins, a total of 200. The same 100 coins, but turn on once every six months - the first time 100 + 50 coins, and the second is 150 + 75. A total of 225 That is, ideally, the wallet should still work 24/7 online. Mining PoS every day 24/7 is like visiting a bank every day not only for get interest, but to place a new deposit at interest. Also want to remind that RAIN is 200% per year! So, RAIN is the best! 💦💦💦 P.S. I agree with my friends that it's the warmest group in crypto-space 💦💦💦 And this makes RAIN even stronger

Pro-tip: Allow most of the rain that falls to evaporate back into the clouds and over time the rains will get heavier.

Just wait it out, it has done that and plenty of crashes when first downloading all the block info.

I have the wallet on windows but I think it's the same with linux. You have to run that file and then open it after downloading and synchronizing the chain you see that the portfolio is ready for the stack ..... but it still does not run because you do not have coins. Buy your rain and send it to it, so it must go!
