The answer to your first question is yes. Both node software and client software will be available in almost every platform when the project finishes. The current MVP demo is only on Ubuntu tho.

Well MVP means Minimale Viable Product, meaning it's not fully complete but it's of a working standard to 'collect the maximum amount of validated learning's from its customers, similar to beta testing.

The final release might be completely different, it's concept should be the same but how it functions might change depending on how the team sees it fit.

Doing some speed tests and quite impressed. Getting around 50 Mbps and my line claims are 110 Mbps. This will vary a lot by the exit node, but still very good. Just means you have to find a good exit node and you're set.

Later versions could do some quick testing on this and rank nodes by speed/load to balance accordingly.

BTW, it looks like the dashboard is broken. "Available nodes" all say N/A for status. "Last sessions" is not accurate.

Some routers allow you to connect to a VPN from within them Examples: Branch office gateways- That allow the router to tunnel any traffic exiting the WAN through a VPN. This allows for anything connected to the router to route through the VPN. This would be very useful for family's that would like to route all of the IoT Devices and PCs through the VPN.
