Hi GCInc. , I am still waiting on my Nxt Sad ....

I send 12012 Nxt at 08:08:13 (~12 hours ago), Transaction id: 6485993858768687600.
They did reach the exchange address ( http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=3000&acc=6635869272840226493 )

Would you mind looking into that?

Mmmh how long do bitcoin withdrawals take?
Up to one full business day, yes it is manual.

All withdrawals for today & quite possibly for the bulk of the weekend are done, over and out now.

Yep, received ! 3 hours after withdrawal request, pretty neat

Hey sorry mate, look what's happened:
Ok, thanks for clarifying, that makes it clear. All the payments should now show up on your account.

Yea the initial difficulties with the client are causing all sorts of unintended trouble, but it's getting more stable all the time.

With a little patience we will all prosper! Smiley
Hey all great now! Thanks a lot man, you do very good job!

Hey since you do not charge fees for the exchange, I feel that you should post your Nxt wallet address so we can donate to you Smiley If it wern't for you, we wouldnt be trading so smoothly. Amirite?

Have you submitted a deposit form on the DGEX site from the Deposit / Cashout page? Does the deposit show as pending in DGEX your account history? This is required for us to be able to credit your deposit.

Yes, I submitet from the Deposit/ Cashout page, tough now that I think about it, it could be that I enetered 12k nxt in the Nxt amount but I then send 12.012k....maybe that is cousing the problems?
BTW, my acount ID is     214, if that helps.
No it is not showing in the acount history...

No it is not showing in the acount history...
If it's not showing, then we don't have info on it and cannot credit it. Please kindly resubmit the deposit from the DGEX site. It will likely take until Sunday evening / Monday before it's credited anyhow, as we are sporadically at the office outside business hours. Thanks.

Hmm it's been a long time and my 1 million has not showed up.. I know it is a holiday, but if you're running an exchange, you should at least confirm them a couple times today Sad

It's been about 11 hours and my BTC withdrawal still hasn't been processed, this really should be happening more quickly.

I understand your frustration guys, but please read the terms before getting nervous. One busines Day from Friday night is Monday. This is currently One man operation and I actually do not live by the screen although it certainly sometimes feels like that. Thanks

Are you kidding me?

This is not an exchange.  It's a waste of time.

I read the terms and it says

"BTC and NXT deposits are confirmed manually and credited to account balances
several times a day, during and outside central European business hours."

I've not seen anything change all day.  The paragraph you have there makes it seem like your working during and outside central European business hours...umm... that's all the time.  So, what's the deal?

Right, we naturally are not working all the time. The sentence you quoted means business hours and occasionally outside them.

Nobody is forcing you to use the Exchange if you are unsatisfied.

Btc deposits have been confirmed. I don't currently have Access to the wallets so nxt deposits and all cashouts will have to wait until Sunday. Thanks for your understanding.
